Budget Pest control technician arrived as scheduled and reviewed the bore hole in the wood siding which he indicated were caused by Carpenter Bees ( a/k/a Bumble Bees ) which lay their eggs within the wood. Fortunately we are having our house painted this board section will be replaced. He also reviewed termite damage done to a wood post in the basement and determined it was done prior to the house being treated. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly and indicated no charge for their review. I would hire them in the future if required.

Fantastic! Quick response to make the initial inspection and a quick response to apply the termite treatment. Gave a very detailed explanation of how termites enter a home, the damage they can do and showed me where they had started some damage. Professional staff from the first phone call to completion of the job. This is the second time I needed them and will definitely call them again if I need them. Very professional.

I was able to get a quote over the phone immediately. They scheduled quickly but gave us a few days to complete the extensive prep work required. The initial quote was for $500 and subsequent visits would be $99. (I called several companies and Budget's quote was 1/3 of the other companies. Additionally, the other companies would charge my the full price for follow up visits!) The technician was on time and was very accommodating. He answered all my questions ahead and gave me a call when the service was complete so I would know exactly when I could come back to the house. We were lucky that our problem was not yet an infestation so one visit was enough. I would highly recommend them.

It went well. The exterminator did all interior areas that we asked him to do, as well as the outside. This included the attic and garage. He was very accommodating. We were, however, surprised when my husband asked him a question about termites, and he said he did not know much about them!! This was the reason I did not give them an "A" on professionalism. We signed up for follow-up maintenance. Again, they were very accommodating. They did the outside, and asked if there was anything inside we wanted sprayed.

Exterminator arrived same day as call just after the agreed upon time. He saved us as the yellow jackets were coming in through the light fixtures and two elderly residents had already been stung. We greatly appreciate the timely and professional service on the worker's birthday no less. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

They set up a cage. Its 160 dollars for set up 41 dollars a day 75 to remove the animal. After 3 1/2 days no squirrels were caught. I watched the mother squirrel and two babies walk in the cage and out this morning. This more then likely has been happening for 3 1/2 days which cost me 41 dollars day. They replaced the cage saying because it had babies they put a more sensitive cage on my roof. Why didnt they do that in first place. They knew the squirrel had babies. Its a scam. So i had them remove the cage. I spent almost 400 dollars for poor service. I got scammed out of my money. They should have put a more sensitive cage there in the first place. Be proactive in your game plan.

I asked for credit for days that had the wrong cage you said no. I then asked for the cages to be removed. You took my money bottom line you did not want to make it right. I ended up having Court Pest control come out they put the right cages out and caught the squirrels with in a week it cost me 250 dollars. All i wanted was to be credited for the 3 days with the right cage you were not willing to do that. Which didnt make sense to me except you wanted to take my money and run up a bill.

Serviceman was extremely accommodating. Making sure that enough pesticide was administered, both inside and out.

I called the company and was able to schedule an appointment for that week. The call representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. Thomas, the technician that came to the house, was professional and thorough.

I wanted to write this to let everyone know how amazing this company is. I ended up with bed bugs, I still am not 100% sure where they came from but I have my suspicions. Having bed bugs is awful! I had a pretty bad reaction to them which did result in them being caught early. This company was great not only with coming out to treat but I had tons of questions all of which were answered with care and empathy. I never felt as though I was bothering anyone. I can tell you they are gone now but I did my part in the treatment as you do have a list of instructions to follow prior to treatment. Also I did research the pesticide they use and it is top notch. I would highly recommend this company and want to say thank you to them for their wonderful service!

My husband scheduled two appointments, one for our home and the other for rental property. The person that took the order over the phone scheduled two differant dates to have the service performed. When the technician came to do our home, I was informed that the company offered get one service done and the 2nd. service at any other location would be half off. I called the company to get this deal and was denied because they said the service had to be performed on the same day. Both services where scheduled at the same time, I explained that if we would have know we would have had the service performed on the same day. After waiting on the phone for 15 minutes to speak with the manager, a worker returned to the phone and refused to honor the companies advertisment. The manager never came to the phone. I am a landlord with several properties and I have used this company prior to this incident. Due to this poor business practice I cancelled the service for my rental unit all together. I also had intentions of using this company for other services at other properties, It is not a problem for me to pay a little more for a company that stands behind their own policy and is true to their word. So happens that after this, I found a company that is willing to do the work for less than Budget Pest Control. I guess it was our blessing that this happened the way it did. Budget Pest Control's loss was a gain for us and the other company.

We have a stinging and flying bug treatment plan that has removed the issue of wasp in our sun porch and basement.

I found the yellow jacket problem in the evening and called Budget. The gentleman took my name and said that someone would call the next day. I got a call at 8AM to set up the service for the next day. They showed up when they said they would, they killed the yellow jackets, and I am very pleased!

The guy was great. When he was finished, there wasn't a flying insect anywhere. What a joy to sit outside and not worry about being stung. Would hire Budget Pest Control again in a heart beat.

We had to reschedule due to rain and they were very easy to work with and cooperative! The rep explained what products he was using and very thorough. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. Very pleased with professionalism from start to finish.
