This work was completed at my fiance's home in Pittsburgh. The first time we contacted them was at the beginning of June, 2012. Somehow our Pittsburgh home had attacted bed bugs. For anyone who goes through this experience, it's horrific! ESPECIALLY when you're "garunteed" that the problem will be extinguished and it's not. We have had this company return to spray 6 times, total. 4 of these times, they required payment AGAIN... On a garunteed product, this seems a little backward to me. Either the product doesn't work or it's not being properly applied. All instructions given were followed to a T. We ended up having to use another company to eliminate the problem. 1 treatment, at the problem was gone! I do NOT recommend this company. Not only did they argue with my fiance' about the payment, but they acted like they were cutting us a deal and that it was OUR fault that the treatment wasn't working at all. Good things were that they did respond quickly. However the person that they sent every time needed a bath terribly and the smell of them was extremely unprofessional.

They were prompt and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I was very impressed! I called them and someone was at my house about 30 minutes later! The price was less than I expected for all the area they cover, and the guy was friendly and quick! Haven't had a problem since!

He explained the process and the materials used which were not toxic to humans, dogs, cats, but would repel rodents when they sensed the smell.

From start to finish, the company and its representative were pleasant to deal with, prompt and courteous as well. It was a good experience.

Called this morning and was told Alan would be out between 10 AM & Noon - he called at 9:45 to advise he would be here around 10:15 -- he knocked on my door at 10:13 - Alan asked some questions about our problem and explained what he would be doing. Our problem is stink bugs inside our home. Absolutely disgusting! Alan sprayed everywhere outside and inside -- he went into both of our attic spaces - we expected the worst - have heard horror stories about people having thousands in their attic. Thankfully, that was not the case - only one of the spaces had a few. He sprayed both attic spaces - to our huge surprise he found lots of straw - seems we have had birds get into both spaces and build nests! Gratefully Alan cleaned all that out for us - once warm weather comes back we will need to have our roofing checked to see how the birds are getting in! I arranged with Alan to come back every 2 months to spray inside & out to keep the darn stink bugs out! I was quoted a price when I called last week and even though he did extra, I was only charged what I was quoted. Alan was very professional, knowledgeable, and he did much more than we expected. I would recommend Budget Pest Control to anyone. Thanks to those before me who wrote such great reviews - they are what made my choice easy!

We had signs of rodents in our kitchen area. The company representative came and made a thorough exam of our house, inside and out and put out packages of poison so that the mouse would take it back to the next and get rid of all the rodents. It worked wonderfully, did not smell in the house and was a very reasonable price since it was one of your special deals. I would definitely recommend this company.

I had seen evidence of rats in my basement. The technician examined the entire house, inside and out to make sure there was no evidence in other parts of the house. He showed me the holes outside where they had probably entered, and said he saw no evidence of them in other parts of the house. He then put down bait, in places where my dog could not get it, and said it would take up to 2 weeks to get rid of them completely. Sure enough, after 2 weeks, there were no new droppings or other evidence of rats. The technician was punctual, polite, and professional. Highly recommended.

Budget is very professional and upfront. They showed up on time, provided a written estimate and made a follow up call. They were very knowledgeable and explained the entire process. I will use Budget anytime I need pest control.

We had used budget before at another location and were very pleased. They came quickly 24-48 hours from the call, if it was 48 hours it was due to a scheduling issue on our part. Examined the house inside and out, verified the problem. And applied a remedy. Overall all good. Would use again, and would recommend.

He called; he came; I didn't have to be home. We have been plagued by mice in years past. This year no sign of them.

Budget Pest Control came out and did what they said they will do. They spread the pellets as planned. They spread the pellets outside in areas that I told them to do. There was only one area that they saw that I did not think the mice would be. Once in the house they again spread the pellets in the areas that I told them. I saw one mouse half dead a few days later which was not all that bad. Where he spread the pellets, were gone 4 days later obviously eaten by the mice. Everything he spread was gone within a week. I have heard some (very little) mouse activity since so that's why I would like them to come back for a follow up procedure. Overall I am please with the results and would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased an Angie's List "Big Deal" with Budget Pest Control, Inc. because we were concerned that we had critters (the four-legged kind) in our home. We thought we had seen mouse droppings, and the Big Deal was for rodents specifically. Because we also have an issue with spiders in our basement and garage, I was hoping that I would be able to talk with the technician about that, too. From the moment that I contacted Budget Pest Control to set up our appointment, the experience was very, very good. The phone representative was quite helpful with scheduling and answering my questions about how the process worked and if I would be able to get additional services at the appointment for creatures other than rodents. He was patient and knowledgeable. Alan was our technician, and he was excellent. We walked around the perimeter of the home and looked in every cabinet, closet, in the basement and in the garage. He talked about what he was seeing, how mice move from place to place and that we, indeed, had a spider problem. I think the exact response he had when asked about the spiders, "Your basement is a hotbed for spiders. There are meal carcasses everywhere." Ew! He showed me what he would be using throughout the home and outside to deter the mice. He also showed me where he would be placing all of the poison packs, since I have small children. None of them were placed in areas that my kids would be able to access easily or even see. We went from crevice to crevice in the basement and garage, and he pointed out where he would be spraying to help with our spider issue. In addition to the service work that Alan provided in the spring, we are on a bi-monthly program with them to continue the rodent and spider control. We do not have to be home for the additional service times. They work from the outside of the house. We have only seen one or two spiders since the initial visit, which is amazing considering we used to see them weekly. We have not seen any additional mouse droppings, either. We are quite pleased with the initial service and ongoing maintenance.

The fellow who came out was very nice and everything went very smoothly. I was very pleased.
