The provider removed a hornet's nest from under the gable of the house and sprayed on a preventive material. They were able to give me an estimate over the phone and I received a discount for being an Angie's List member.

We found a small hole in our basement wall with winged termites crawling out, about 50 insects were out before my husband taped the hole shut and we called Budget Pest Control. We had not had termite problems before. BPC called back same day and came to our house to inspect. Inspection revealed we had termites coming in under the cement pad in front or our front door. The infestation was not as bad as some, but the termites were swarming and we wanted to take care of the problem as soon as possible. The price quoted for treatment seemed fair based on other amounts we had seen on Angies List. Treatment took place the following day. BPC sent a truck out and one exterminator to drill holes at one foot intervals all around our house and insert chemicals to kill the termites. The treatment takes 3-5 weeks to work, but we kept the "swarming hole" taped up so that no other termites could enter the house. The holes are drilled through concrete, asphalt, and dirt (whatever surrounds house) and then once chemicals are inserted the holes are sealed and really are not that big even though we can definitely see where they are on the driveway. Not that big of a deal compared to potential termite damage to our hardwood floors! The treatment process did not take long (2 hours at most) and was not very noisy. We will use Budget Pest Control again if we need them. No complaints.

During a window installation, live termites were discovered, much to my dismay. I immediately ran to Angie's List and looked up pest control service providers, and found the great reviews for Budget Pest Control. I was able to get someone to come to my house while the installation was still in progress, and an estimate was given to treat a few days later. I know from experience with another company (about a dozen years ago) that Budget Pest Control's price was quite good. (A 5-year guarantee is also included.) The person performing the extermination was on time and seemed to do a fine job. Hopefully, my problem is solving itself underground now!

we had small ants and some creepy things but they got rid of them all outstanding service -- We moved and the service moved with us without a hitch! the stink bug service is too pricey and this doesn't help with them

The service person showed up on time. We discussed rodent issues in and around the house and he explained what was going to be done. He did a thorough job. We are very satisfied with the experience.

I had carpenter ants. They were able to tell me what I had over the phone by my description . They came the same day. They are VERY professional and informative. They explained what they were going to do. It's safe for pets too. Which was important to me as I have a dog. The treatment worked the first time and continues to do so. I have used them for other reasons too. I highly recommend them!!!

We thought we might have an ant problem. They came out and sprayed the perimeter of the outside and the inside of the house. We haven’t seen any ant since then. The staff was very nice. I didn’t call anybody else to do the price comparison.

I like everything they've done so far such as writing information about their services. They've been timely. They were fast in getting here. They have done everything they said they were going to do. We thought their pricing was competitive to their competitors. When they sprayed the external part of the house, my windows got dirty so now I had to have a window cleaner come out to clean the windows. They liquid sprayed the windows and they didn't prepare me for that. I would consider using them in the future.

They called shortly after I purchased the big deal to talk about their services and explained all about the procedure, how important the timing was and what was involved. Many questions I had were clearly addressed. The application date was scheduled. They then called after they had completed the work to inform me that the job was done and there were no problems encountered. They also told me to call them if I still had insects invade my home. Thus far I am very satisfied. Usually by now I would have seen quite a few centipedes inside when warm weather came, but have only had two. I am quite happy with the results.

They have an excellent service. They have very little waiting time. They were nice when they came out. They watched for my animals making sure they were out of the house when they sprayed. Overall, I would use them again.

Budget is very professional and responsive and call to remind you that is time for spraying. I have used this company in the past and liked their services so much that I renewed for another year and they gave me a discount for renewing.

It went well! They arrived on time, did what they needed to do and was out in no time The spray had no smell, though they did recommend letting it dry for a few hours before letting pets near it (just in case of an allergic reaction). I am now seeing the benefits, there are dead little carpenter ants in my home...I'll take it over live ones! They offer written warranty that they will come back and do the service again if there has been no improvements after 2 weeks. Each service lasts for 2 months and they offered a discount to set up another appointment (I am doing so just to make sure they are taken care of!) I'd recommend them!

It was okay. They were courteous and fine. But their mold control program was expensive and secondly I think it was not effective.

Budget Pest arrived within the appointed time and spent well over an hour performing the work. The representative explained in detail the work he would be doing and was very professional. There was no 'hard' sell; Budget Pest doesn't need a hard sale; I'm sure 'word of mouth' is their best advertisement. While their price is much lower than their competitor, their employees and equipment display a company that takes pride in their business and knows they can only stay in business by making customers happy. I am very glad I made the call to Budget Pest and highly recommend them to anyone who has pest problems. It's amazing these days to find a company that believes "customer service" is a top priority.

Very professional technicians and customer support.

They showed up the same day that I called them. I was charged the price they quoted over the phone. I had a mice problem in a rental property. I will not know if the mice issue is taken care of for about 2 weeks. But they said the mice eat the bait and then go back to their nest, somewhere outside the home. I would likely use them again assuming I do not have more mice issues in that home.

Things went well, the visit was brief - approximately 15 minutes. But since we hadn't had this service performed before, I don't know if this was the typical timeframe to perorm services of this nature. I should clarify my statement by saying while it seemed brief, I didn't encounter any problems so I considered the services to be effective.
