I think they are great, reliable, respectful and get the job done.

They called to say they were coming and announced that they only sprayed outside after the first treatment unless I had experienced problems. This was not made clear on the initial visit or during the phone call to hire the service. I explained that I had seen ants since their first treatment, and requested that they spray indoors as well as outside, which the tech did. Then he said that they generally just come without calling for the next three visits. Since this would mean that they would only spray outside, and I would be taking it on faith that the spraying had even been done, I requested that they call before coming. That should be happening within the next week or so.

They came out and treated with several materials. They sold us on a monthly treatment plan and they guaranteed their work. I asked why I had to get a monthly plan, and they said that it would take a couple of months to get rid of the problem. They went on to say that if we didn't notice a decrease in activity over the next months, they would come out a no charge to retreat until such time that the critters were gone. They did come back after two weeks after I called them to tell them that the activity was as active as when we started. They actually treated our yard 5 or 6 times over 2 + months. The pesky critters are still destroying our lawn and beds. The fellow who came out would knock on the door, and I would show him around each time. He said that he would treat each and every spot where he could see the activity, and I went back into my home. He never let me know that he was finished with the treatments, or tell me what he did. It seemed that he was only there for 10 minutes each time, I I felt that there was no way that he could treat the entire yard in that amount of time. Further, every time that I called their office, a different person answered the phone. The office called us two weeks ago to schedule the next treatment and I said that it wasn't working and we were cancelling the program. They engaged me in a rather lengthy conversation and they offered to send a different service person at no charge, as well as me asking for the owner to call me to further the conversation. Neither ever happened. We are still awaiting at least a phone call from the owner. I engaged this company based solely on their 'excellent' reviews on Angie's List. Unfortunately, they are apparently NOT as advertised onand would NOT recommend them based on their lack of follow through. I still invite the owner of this company to call me to discuss our issues.

All aspect of the experience were very professional. The technician called to tell w me he was on his way and then again to say he would be late due to a detour he didn't calculate into his route. Once he arrived he asked questions about the problem and then was very thorough in spraying everywhere he thought the ants might be colonizing.

Prompt service. Carpenter ants were gone in about 1 week. No reappearance in over 2 months.

It went well. The guy was super fast-maybe a little too fast. Our flying ants were gone within a week.

The serviceman was at my door within two hours of my initial call for service. He was very professional, friendly, and reassured me that the service is warrantied for two months. I was very impressed with the prompt service and the information i was provided. I was given several options regarding future treatments, and found this to be very helpful. Will definently use this service again.

The service man initially came and did an inspection to determine if it was in fact a termite infestation. He met with my husband and gave us a price quote for the service. I did get a discount from being an Angie's list member! Anyway, he returned a couple of weeks later to do the job. He came early and was there the expected amount of time. The only problem we had with him was that he used our hoses, that part was not explained to us, and he just threw them on the ground in the mud when he was done. We did not appreciate that part of the service. The termites have not returned again so far, so I believe he did the job for which we paid him (minus the hose incident). I would use this company again.

They were very good. We have not seen any pests since.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. We were satisfied. I paid additional when he got here because he did both the inside and the outside. They came on the time that we agreed upon. They said I wouldn't see any ants but I did see ants.

They were efficient and clean. They put everything back when they were done with the work. They even offered my an extra year of check-ups in addition to a discount that I already received. I paid for a one year service and I am getting two years.

Carlos was exceptional. He informed us what he would do and what we could expect in the future. If Carlos is the example of this company, we are sure to have Budget Pest Control whenever we need them. Dr. D

Very friendly. I was able to get an appointment right away, on a Sunday. Arrived on time and explained everything. 2 month warranty. We decided to have them come out every 2 months. There was no pressure to do this.

He sprayed all of our outdoor wood work, fence and deck. He seems to have corrected the problem. We are satisfied

They came out twice and we thought they did a good job. They checked around the house and then they set traps out. We still heard them and they came back and took a look again and set a few more traps, and that was it. Their price was fine.

I called Budget (based on Angie's List reviews) on Friday 6/14. Steve told me he would contact their termite expert and hav him return my call. Mike called back within the hour and scheduled an appointment for the following Monday 6/17. Mike arrived at the scheduled time on Monday. He confirmed the presence of termites in the yard, but found no evidence of termites in my home. He explained how the preventative spraying would work. There was no pressure to choose his service. I was impressed as Mike was the owner of Budget Pest Control. I would not have contacted them if I didn't have a concern of future termite problems. I scheduled the treatment for the following Friday 6/21. His serviceman arrived as scheduled and explained what he would be doing. He treated my home and had left within an hour. He was thorough and courteous. I am very pleased with the service I received from Budget Pest Control and would highly recommend them to anyone.

My experience with Budget Pest Control, Inc., was great. They did an excellent job and I was very pleased with the purchase. I paid an additional $40 to do the interior of my house as well as the outside. I signed up for a yearly contract with Budget Pest Control, Inc.

The sales person on the telephone was extremely personable. He presented his option and answered all of my questions. The service worker was punctual and polite. The spraying turned out to "soaking" the front and back of my house. I asked him to avoid certain things on my deck which he did. He told me that the spray would not stain the windows but it did leave marks that came off with cleaning. It took them about 10 minutes. So far, I haven't seen the wasps again. The service came with 2 month guarantee so I can call them back if I see any stinging insects. I had suspected that the wasp nest was under my deck but they claimed that the total spraying was the way to treat them. The did not ask me to sign a yearly contract which was good. If this works, I would have them back.

The technician explained in detail what he was going to do. He was very neat and efficient in the application. As I followed him around the outside of the house I could see that he never missed anything and the insect repellent was sprayed well up the side of the exterior bricks and door jams. When I told him about a problem with sugar ants entering through a window on the inside, he concentrated more on that area.

They did an excellent job. They were very punctual. They came for same day service, which I thought was excellent. They honored a $10 coupon for us for being an AL member. They said for $59 they would come back out to do another follow up treatment, so they are coming back in two months and then in another two.

It was a very good experience. They came out the same day I called them.

The only thing is I thought if they caught them they would take them away. It was more of a preventive measure then anything. They were good and responsive.

Budget Pest Control Inc showed up on time and did the job. I saw one scout ant 3 weeks later and killed it but nothing has ever shown up since.

It went well. They explained what was wrong and how they would take care of the problem.
