Their bad service is why I went with Ehrlich as my new pest control service. They don't take their time and I was always contacting them after normal appointments to come back out because of doing such a poor job.

Could ask for better folks to work with!

So far I haven’t seen any mice in the house. They did a very good job and were very nice.

It is excellent and they are a good outfit. They did an excellent job. They came on time and they did a very thorough job and were very courteous. They were very pleasant and also notified us in advanced when they were coming. We were very pleased. I thought it was a very good price. They young man they sent was very courteous, nice, and he arrived right on schedule.

It went great. They are very professional. They did a nice job with dealing with my specific issue with ground hogs. It was a very good deal. They were also punctual.

They were very prompt, called at 9pm had a text within an hour that they would call first thing in the morning. Called at 8am and was at my house by noon. Cant ask for faster service. Called because heard noise in wall not sure what it was. Search house inside and out to see what it could be and placed poision safety due to pet. Have not heard anything since.

Two people came and one of them was very conscientious and he sprayed everywhere. However, the other guy was in a hurry to get out. But overall, they were easy to deal with and did a good job.

We had this done after a contractor removed affected portions of an enclosed wood deck that included visible termites. We had had March and May Termite swarms on the inside floor which I attacked myself with consumer available sprays. As part of the project Budget also performed interior/exterior surface spraying for crawling insects. | |Budget was by far the lowest price and was the only vendor that used the pressure injection method and pesticide I preferred based on my research. (D-Bug wanted to use only traps and Orkin wanted to use traps AND injection.) | |The proposal provided by the Budget salesman didn't include the lateral spacing of the injection points and I was unable to get a specific answer from the office. However, the service technician was very helpful and provided all the details of the procedures before he started. He also responded to any of my concerns. His work was excellent and, as promised, we couldn't even tell where he had injected the solution. Even the holes drilled through our front porch concrete slab for injecting beneath it were invisible after he filled them. As expected, the surface spraying took care of any crawling critters for the rest of the summer. We will see how effective the termite treatment was in March and May when termites typically swarm.

The reason I gave them a "B" is that they have not been able to rid the front lawn of moles despite numerous treatments. |I would recommend them to my friends.

Be aware: Budget Pest Control Inc. is a scam We have a rental property that is in very nice condition. One of our tenants brought in cockroaches. We tried the department store sprays but nothing worked. Busy with work we hired Budget Pest Control Inc. They told us many times that they would get rid of the cockroaches in no time and they even gave us a warranty. The technicians were very friendly and seem to know what they were doing. They first sprayed the entire house. Two weeks later the house had as many cockroaches as before. So we called them again. They came and put bait and said that for a minor problem like ours this was going to take care of the problem. Two weeks later we still have cockroaches. We called them again and now they say that they would charge us $79 a month to keep coming and putting stuff around the house to control the cockroaches. Bottom line for me: cockroaches are still in the house. I spent $250+ and now this company wants to keep us in the hook for $79 a month. I googled how to get rid of cockroaches and I saw the product they put around. It costs $17 for a pack of four and is a DYI product. I can?t feel more ripped off. I hired a professional to handle a problem that I did not want to deal with. Not only did they not handle the problem, they charged us 14 times the cost of a product that did not work. Now they want me in the hook for it every month.To me this is a simple scam: Budget Pest Control Inc. sells a service they don?t deliver and they want to sell it to you over and over again. Stay away from this company.

They have been pleasant and professional and appear to have granted my request to guarantee that my dog cannot get at the bait. As I previously stated, I purchased an extended contract in an attempt to reclaim my yard & the lengthy wall in which the rats seem to reside.

Within an hour of purchasing the deal, Budget Pest Control contacted me. They came to the house later that day and did the inspection and placed bait. I was very pleased with their professionalism and prompt response.

The provider was very intelligent and knowledgeable. He found out the issues and the pests we had and fixed the problem very quickly.

Very prompt and extremely courteous service. Budget Pest Control installed poisoned rodent feeders at three locations around the house where holes in the mulch indicated mice had entered under the foundation.

After hearing several sounds in the ceiling, I called Budget to schedule an appointment. The representative, who answered the phone, was very informative and truly understood my concerns. I was impressed with her empathy and attention to details. An appointment was scheduled for the same day. Shea, the technician, arrived before the scheduled time. He examined all areas of the house and identified specific signs of rodent infestation. Although visually shaken by his assessment, I felt somewhat better after he calmly detailed the procedures that would be utilized to exterminate these unwanted creatures. The fee I paid included a two-month warranty, which I felt was very reasonable. I also expressed interest in their regular service program which extends the regular warranty without a contract for a resonable fee. The thought of rodents running awry in our home is unnerving! For me, the extended warranty program is invaluable for keeping our home protected and for providing some peace of mind to all family members.

I greatly appreciated the quick service and Nick was great explaining to my elderly mother what and how the treatment worked. See was pleased so I was pleased. The office person taking my call was also very pleasant.

The owner said he would explain what they do when they arrived. I wish I had received more information when I called. I wasn't sure about having them return every month because I wanted to be rid of the bed bugs ASAP. After the house was sprayed, I spread diatomaceous earth on the base boards near the bed. Budget Pest Control returned in a month and sprayed the bedroom a second time. I'm happy to report that this treatment did get rid of the bedbugs.

did a nice job outside and inspected inside to make sure no evidence of mice. Want to keep the mice from coming inside in the cold weather.

I am very happy with them and their prices. They do the basement and the attic also which I like. They are normally quite punctual. We did run into a problem where a technician canceled on me twice, but they gave me a new technician. They call me to set up the appointment and come as promised. The spraying usually takes about 20 minutes.

In March of 2013, I paid for an initial mole control service, and then signed up for the "1-month guarantee" follow-up service. In the pest control world, I suspect that a 1-month guarantee means "we cannot guarantee much of anything, but are happy to charge you $80 a month for return visits." I followed their instructions carefully, and waited 10 days after each treatment to tamp down mole tunnels. When they reappeared - and they always did within days if not hours - I called the company to activate my "warranty." This warranty involved another treatment between the paid treatments, which also did not kill moles. This continued for 6 months before I got fed up with paying for treatments as I watched moles cause costly repairs to my yard. Frustrated, I emailed the company. They - like always - were professional and responsive. The owner himself contacted me and told me he'd come get the job done right. He suggested that he would use a more powerful poison this time (I'm unclear on why he didn't start with the poison that would work right the first time.) To his credit, the owner made at least a half-dozen return trips to my home free of charge. I genuinely appreciated that he seemed to be trying to help. However, his results were identical to those of his employees: he failed in every way to control the mole population. By October, I finally got fed up. I told the company to stop conducting free follow-ups. Although free is nice, it actually was costing me money as my yard continued to be destroyed. After much online research, I contacted a mole trapping company. They came out the same day and set deadly traps. Within 6 hours, they had killed their first mole, which is much more than Budget Pest Control accomplished in 6 months. Every mole expert I've talked to - including the owner of Budget Pest Control - claims that mole "infestations" actually consist of only 1-3 moles at most. They're very territorial creatures except when mating. So although it's too early to tell for sure, my mole problem may be gone. I haven't observed new tunnels in the last week, which marks the first such week since March. I own multiple rental properties and have used Budget Pest Control for ant and cockroach issues in the past, with relatively good results. However, I cannot overstate my frustration with the company at this point. Other reviews on Angie's List paint a similar picture: This company simply cannot control moles. They have clearly failed to do so at my house, and the owner was plainly aware of this at his multiple return visits. In my last email to Budget Pest Control, I asked whether they ever reduce or refund payments made by clients who receive zero satisfaction, in light of their utter failure to kill moles. They have ignored my politely written email for two weeks now - another first occurrence since March - which I find to be relatively spineless. Budget Pest Control offers a 1-month mole control "guarantee" which, for me, only guaranteed that I'd be taken for $600 and have nothing to show for it. For this reason - and despite their previous acceptable control of other pests, and despite the professionalism of all their employees - I find the company to be one worth avoiding at all costs.

They are efficient, polite, and professional. They have great prices and guarantee their work. They also use green materials.
