I had the unfortunate experiencing of discovering termites during a home repair and immediately called Budget Pest Control. I have been using their services since discovering carpenter ants after moving into our home. The owner himself came out that day to perform the extermination. I also purchased an extended warranty, the cost for the treatment itself was a little over $500 without it. He was very kind and understanding, as you could imagine I was mildly hysterical. Was able to resume home repair the following day.

The technician (per work order 37220- Bill Beckwith) was very informative, explaining what he was looking for and what we should see. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly and kindly. He was very professional and I would not hesitate to request him again.

Mike was on time and very efficient. He sprayed wherever I asked. Webv will have to wait and see whether or not this worked.

After requesting the service I received prompt communication and a convenient appointment. The employee came on time, was knowledgable, and explained options. The best news is that our problem was solved!

Scheduling was very easy. person on the phone answered my several questions as this was the first time appointment. I thought they were very informative and very courteous. I really appreciated the time they were able to give me and did not make me feel rushed at all. once I was satisfied with the initial phone exchange, I scheduled the appointment, they came on time inspected and confirm that there is a rodent activity and put some rodent bait in the attic and around the house. it was effective immediately. right before the second treatment was due (two months from initial one )there was some more activity and they came out and did some additional treatment. I use there every two months treatment package that comes with a guarantee of rodent control.

Okay...I guess. Be advised that it is dificult to submit a review of a pest control company until it can be determined if they (the company) did in fact, eliminate the problem. They were very efficient, professional and punctual. Now then, if we don't have an ant problem this spring I will speak glowingly of them.

Before I bought The Big Deal, I called the office and talked to a man there to make sure their services would fit what I was looking for. He answered all of my questions. After I bought it, they called and scheduled me. The technician arrived right on time and waited for me because I got to the house after he was already there. He explained how he would treat the house and was friendly. All went well. I paid for them to treat the inside as well that day for an additional $59.00. They will come back in approx. 2 months to do another exterior and interior treatment, but the total now will only be $59.00 for both the inside and outside.

Rob and his partner showed up well within the 2-hour window. They were courteous and professional. The information they provided was clear and they understood what we needed them to do and based on their efficient review of our garage understood what was the right course of action. They accommodated our tight schedule and finished their work quickly without compromising the thoroughness of their job. We would recommend Budget to our neighbors and would use them again. The charged price was the same as the price provided at scheduling.

I am currently on a regular plan for outdoor pest control prevention and maintenance. Their service and responsiveness has been excellent and their prices are the best I have found.

Perfect. Came in, took off shoes to not get carpet dirty and made a thorough inspectin.

I called to check on a price for pest control in my house. They took time to explain the details over the phone and were very courteous and friendly. Because I was away, I had missed the Big Deal that wase offered, but they gave me a great price anyway. They came at the scheduled time and were very efficient in applying the treatment. Even with a couple of days of warmer weather, I have not seen any insects yet. So I am expecting a great year ahead without the unwanted invasion of pests that I have had in the past. I recommend their services and will be using them again.

They are very accommodating. I have them scheduled for every other month on Saturday. The only thing they could improve upon would be the waiting window. My wait window is 10 am to noon.(2 hours).

I first contacted Angie's List for Budget Exterminating to come, but had incorrect information as to the type of service I needed. I re-established what I wanted and started over. After confirming an appointment with Budget Pest Control, the tec. came out and looked over the situation and made an inspection to determine what was needed. He quoted a verbal price for the basic job and added 4 more years to the contract. This was quoted as a special sale price at half their going rate. I then added a request for treatment to an outbuilding. This was also stated at half the price. Of course none of this was "cheap", but definitely a good situation compared to the previous big company that never gave me any real satisfaction and kept taking my money every year till I gave up and finally called Budget. As for the "quality" of their product, As it stands, I of course, have no way of knowing If their treatment works - I'll just trust it will and have confidence that they will uphold their warranty should I have any termite problems for the next 5 years during my contract. Thanks guys, you were great.

Process went very smooth. I called company on a Friday to set up an appointment and they were at my house Monday morning at 8am. They were on time and very professional. Two very polite gentleman came to my house and were very respectful. Work was done quickly and I had all my paperwork that I needed to proceed with the sale of my house. They were also the best price around for this treatment and I had called around 8 different companies. They also match prices and offer a one year warranty.

The technician Bob was insightful and did not push an expensive service on me. We have carpenter ant problems in the basement. The bugs come early May so I won't know how effective the treatment is until then.. I will come back on here to say the result then. We also set this company up to do every other month spray outside for I think $79.

Budget Pest Control have the right chemicals, and it worked. Their personnel came in immediately, I didn't have to wait. He is kind and accommodating. He knew exactly what to do, did it and he was gone within a half an hour. The pests were eliminated in just two days.

Budget Pest was always very timely and professional. They always answered the phone and usually sent someone to our home the same day. However, I wasn't always pleased with their attention to detail. The solution that they recommend always seemed to be throwing poison packets everywhere but their attempts to find where the mice were getting in seemed to be minimal. I say this because I consulted with another pest control company that was about 5x the price of Budget and they were confident in their ability to monitor the property, find where rodents may be entering, seal the holes and trap/kill rodents outside of the home. I couldn't afford that company so I chose Budget. All in all, after 3 months of service our mice issue seemed to be gone however they did not seal any holes for us. I would have liked that so we could prevent the same problem this year. I would recommend them if you have a simple problem and just need poison packets to be placed.

I was impressed with this man that came out.

The technician did a thorough job inspecting the entire house and the grounds surrounding the house. He placed bait stations in appropriate (and safe) locations where mice would normally visit. He also baited outdoor stations to keep the rodents at bay. He did a thorough job.

When most of the bait traps disappeared I called and they offered to come back and perform the service again at no cost. The owner said he would honor that for several months. The mouse problem did go away and we are very satisfied with their service and would definitely use them again.
