On June 11th I called Budget after reading the reviews on Angie's List and after speaking to them made an appointment ! I was told the Exterminator would be out on Saturday ate 1:30 p.m and would call approximately 1/2 hour to give us notice. We were also told that it would probably entail a "Bug Bombing" of the house that would need our leaving the premises with our dog for at least 3 hours! Also assured the treatment was animal and human friendly and would dissipate!!! We received the call at 12:30 p.m. Saturday June 14th from Paul the Extermintator saying he was early and would 1:00 p.m be alright which was fine with us! Paul arrived on time and we showed him around our home explaining the problem and showing him the remains of some of the flies on the pest strips for his examination! Paul explained no matter how careful and clean our home was as well as how well we had our windows, pests will find there way in. He than explained all the work he was about to do which entailed spraying around our windows and doors both inside and out and as a last thing "Bug Bombing" as we and he left! All was accomplished at about 2:30 to 3:00 p.m. and we all left! Since that time so far no sign of any flies or other pests! Paul was very thorough and a real gentleman!!

Upon finding about 10 ants with wings, I decided to have this company come out based on their excellent reviews. I had termites around 1995 and needed to be careful. I contacted the company and set up an appointment. They provided a free estimate. The serviceman was prompt and courteous. I explained what I saw and actually showed him one that I placed in a baggie. He said it was a carpenter ant. He proceeded to look all around the basement's foundation; he was very thorough. We talked about it and determined that due to shower water I was collecting in a bucket for plumbing work that needed done was probably attracting these ants and once that was fixed they would probably leave. I appreciated his honesty and that he never tried to sell a service that wasn't needed. I will definitely call this company back if I see anymore flying creatures.

Budget pest picked up the phone on a weekend evening and was able to schedule service for 24-48hours following my call. They arrived as scheduled and preformed the extermination as expected. I had some problems thinking the bees were still a problem for the week following spraying, but they provide a 2 month warranty and will without questions respray my property if I'm not happy.

Great, would highly recommend. Service provider called ahead of time, got there exactly when he said. After looking through everything, helped me prepare the kitchen for the fogging. On top of great service, was incredibly friendly to and understanding of our dog.

Come every 2 to 3 months to spray indoor and outdoor for pests. Very good at contacting me to set up an appointment. Have had no problems with any pests since they started. Very easy to contact. Would definitely recommend!

The gentleman was very punctual. The service was done quickly and professionally. We asked to have some service added which he did.the price for additional services was fair.

I contacted Budget Pest Control through their website on Friday night with a window times to call me on Saturday. I was called during the times I requested and given a quote for the service. I was able to schedule for that Sunday. The technician came out and we explained where we heard the carpenter ants and decided that the exterior spray would be sufficient. They carry a warranty on their service and if we do need additional treatments, they offer a discounted rate. So far, so good. We haven't heard any more ants and have not seen any. They included any trees of concern, as well as our deck. We hope we don't have to use them again, but we definitely would if we need to!

After Budget Pest contacted me, I was fortunate enough to have same day services. I was told that the person coming to my house would give me a phone call about 30 minutes prior to their arrival. Guess what? I received a call at 3:30 and the service person was at my house at 4:00. Like a Swiss watch! I had called for ants, wasps and stink bugs. The service person was aware of all of these issues and sprayed inside and outside efficiently - even with pending storms approaching. I know it's only been a day and the full effects won't occur for another 2 weeks, but based on the service and communications, Budget Pest is phenomenal! They have a no-contract service where they'll come out and spray again every 2 months for a discounted rate. Kind of pricy, but if we can avoid periods of ants, wasps, bees, gnats, and stink bugs, I'm all for it! Should I ever have another pest problem, Budget Pest will definitely be the first call I make!

Did a good job. Sprayed throughout the agreed area. The effect is god too - not many pests so far.

The person who came to spray arrived early (after calling to see if it was okay) and then explained the process and asked where the ants were seen so he would know what area to focus on. He sprayed around that area, and around the front and back of the house just in case. It was very quick. I haven't seen any of them so far and they said if they reappear in a few weeks let them know and they will respray for no additional charge. Great service!

I have used their services for the last several months. They are responsive and take feedback well and follow up on it. Their treatments are effective. I have found their phone service very helpful in figuring out the pest control needs and helpful suggestions. 5 stars for being courteous .

Rob was on time and professional. He was precise, knowledgeable and asked permission before applying treatment to specific areas - which I appreciated. The estimate that I received was the same amount that I paid (after sales tax). Overall, I'm satisfied with the services.

We were happy. They came in way lower than the name brands. They did the same exact job. We haven't seen a termite since.

I should have written this review months ago to sing the praises of Budget Pest control. In early September 2013, we were horrified to realize that we had a bedbug infestation. My husband travels quite a bit for work, and must have brought them home in his suitcase. From there, they traveled to the master bedroom and to our son's bedroom in the basement. If you have ever had bedbugs, or have them currently, you know what a nightmare this is. Reading on the internet just made my worries worse, with story after story of how hard it was to rid your home of bedbugs. I contacted a different local provider who said that since the bugs were in two rooms, on different floors, we would most likely need to have heat treatment. They would not provide an estimate over the phone, but the cost for a single room began around $1000! I was in tears when I called Budget, to see if they could offer me anything better. The technician who answered the phone that day was wonderful, listened to my worries, and then set to put my mind at ease. I had trouble believing that they would be able to treat for the bugs without expensive heat treatment or us having to pack away all and seal up all of our belongings, but for the price quoted of around $300, I thought it was worth a try. After an initial treatment, and two free follow-up treatments, our bedbug problem was solved! We also replaced our bedframe and mattress and sealed the couch that was in the bedroom, and I think this also helped to get rid of the problem but with Budget's help, we were able to solve this horrible problem more easily than I thought was possible. The technicians were prompt and professional, and actually seem to enjoy their work! We did have an issue with one technician, which was quickly resolved by the owner. Since then, we have continued to use Budget to treat for stinkbugs, with similar good results. We have seen only a couple of live ones in the house since we began treatments, which is hundreds less than in previous years. And, I am looking forward to being able to enjoy our screened porch again this summer, after being chased inside by stinkbugs for the past few years.

I contracted Budget Pest Control to perform Exterior Crawling Bug Protection (Angie?s Big Deal). They were supposed to come at 8:00 AM. By 8:30 I called them and spoke with the manager Chad Morgan. He told me that it supposed to be between 8 and 9 (although this is not how we agreed). However, nobody showed up by 9 or 10. In fact nobody showed up at all. Peculiar service, peculiar people? I will never use them again.

Professional on setting up date and time. Always punctual. Always professional regardless of who comes to house. Have been using for two years and no problems with bugs. We highly recommend this company.

This is only my second application of six but it does seem to be working. I get ants on the back porch every year. I have not seen them so far this spring but this summer will be the true test. The company set up my appointments on Saturdays so I can be home and let them spray inside. This was very convenient for me and I am getting inside and outside done for better control. There is no residue or odor with the spray. The service person is always nice and easy to talk to in my home.

Several days ago we first started noticing what we prayed were flying ants. Sadly they turned out to be termite swarmers. We found Budget Pest Control through Angies List and texted them our problem. Within a short period of time, I received a call from Michael who explained that he could stop by in the next hour and take a look (now that's fast!). He confirmed our suspicions and provided us with a quote on the spot to provide treatment to the outside of the house. When asked when someone could get out to the house and actually provide the service, he explained it would be someone later that day (seriously? that's great service). Sure enough, we received a call from Rob, who came over to the house at 3pm. He was fast and efficient, even having to drill through some sections of our concrete patios (front and back). We were told to wait a couple weeks before we see results, so now we are keeping our fingers crossed. Great service, very professional. We will be using them for our new house.

I was originally given a 2 hour window for when the technician would arrive. A couple of hours before that time, I was contacted to reduce that window to 1 hour. The technician called me when he was about 15 minutes away and arrived well within the 1 hour window. He was very polite and professional and explained the paperwork and what he would be doing. Overall this was a very positive experience with both the office and the technician. It was pleasantly surprising to come across a service provider who truly takes customer service seriously.
