Budget did the original termite elimination, so when I saw this deal, couldn'pass it up. They are the best in price, service and reliability.

Tenants advised me of a mouse problem, so I immediately reached out to a national pest control company. After 3-4 days and several phone calls with the company, I had received no assistance and no date for when the service would be scheduled. I looked through Angie's List and found Budget Pest Control. The situation required immediate attention and Mike called me within 10 minutes of me signing up for his service. I couldn't believe how quickly he responded. I gave him the details and the contact at the house. He reached out to the tenants immediately and had something scheduled for the following day based upon their availability. I was out of town, but he kept me updated on the progress at the house and had everything handled within a day after my initial call. He turned what could have been a nightmare situation with my tenants into a very positive experience. I would highly recommend Budget Pest Control. They are fine. They go up the attic and make sure there is no mice activity and they also go down to the basement to check there. They have some bait boxes outside and they refill every time they come. They turn up when they say they would be.

I have been very satisfied with the service from Budget Pest Control. I had them do an initial application when we moved into a new home and then eventually I set up a recurring visit for every other month. When we moved in, the house had been vacant for 6 months and there were quite a few spiders, bees/wasps, stink bugs and millipedes. After the initial application, the service tech told me to call back if I saw any pests within the 2-month warranty period. At the six-week mark, I noticed some spiders so I gave them a call. They scheduled a free return visit for that same week. After that application, we seemed to be bug-free so I called again to set up a bi-monthly maintenance routine. The scheduling is extremely easy. When the house is due for an application, they call me a week ahead and schedule an appointment. Then they confirm the day before and call a half hour ahead to let me know they are on the way. I have had to reschedule a couple of times and it is always an easy process. I usually get the same technician and he is extremely professional. . . respectful of my property and knowledgable about the variety of pests in my area. I had a wasps' nest in the eaves of my house and the technician got out a ladder and power washed the nest away. My neighbor had the same issue with a wasp nest in the eaves and her pest company told her they don't handle that type of thing. . . and she pays more than I do! I told her she should switch to Budget Pest Control!

Since the work has been done she has not had any problems.

We have been using their services for several years now. We initially chose the company because their prices were better than others. They are prompt to appointments. They are pretty diligent. They will call for scheduling when it is time for treatment. If we don’t respond, they will call back as a reminder. They are good with scheduling. They provide a window for the expected time frame. They also call about thirty minutes before arrival. They are also very responsive when we call. They even provide the cell phone number for the technician scheduled to come out.

We were extremely satisfied with Tony and Budget Pest Control's responsiveness to our situation. Tony made light conversation as he treated and made sure we were comfortable with the education we received about the roach we found as well as the treatment. He thoroughly explained the warranty included with the treatment. Would use and recommend them in the future.

I want to emphasize that it was nothing that they did wrong. It was merely that we decided to not do the work. I did speak to them on the phone and they were very prompt and polite.

They sprayed for bugs, a week later I saw spiders. They wanted to come every two months but we didn't want to sign up. There treatment only last for two months, and two weeks later there were spiders in our basement. I would never use them again.

Great. The gentleman was prompt and very courteous. Gave us all the details. Worked efficiently and didn't leave any mess. After two days, we have not seen a single ant.

He came and set two bait traps. I have yet to see any mice

Finally! A pest control service who not only delivers excellent service at a reasonable price, but actually shows up as promised. I highly recommend Budget Pest Control!

As far as I know the problem has been taken care of. I haven't seen any mice since. The person who came out was very courteous and thorough and I was very pleased with the service.

Ok. Was almost an hour late and it was dark when he arrived so not sure if the quality of the inspection was as good as if it was performed in the light.

When I spoke with them, they couldn't find any appointment after they left me a message with the appointment. They are unorganized.

I'm selling my home and following a home inspection, I required a termite treatment to be completed for the sale. I contacted Budget Pest Control on Wednesday evening the night before Thanksgiving, thinking I would leave a message and someone would get back to me in the next few days, but to my surprise Mike the owner answered the phone, I explained to Mike that I was selling my home and needed the termite treatment for the sale. Mike described the treatment they would perform and would also provide the necessary documents I needed for the closing. Within 10 minutes I had a quote emailed to me. I spoke with Mike again on Friday and was on their schedule for Sunday at noon. Bob the technician called prior to his arrival and was right on time. Not only was Bob prompt,but was also very courteous and professional. Bob explained in detail what the treatment entailed and that he also had the documents I needed for the sale. Bob went about with the treatment and totally cleaned up the area afterwards. I had a $25.00 coupon for Budget Pest Control from Angie's List. I forgot to mention this to Mike before the original quote. They were very gracious about the coupon and adjusted the price immediately. I had called a couple other companies for quotes and they finally returned my call a few days later and were higher than Budget's price. I would highly recommend Budget Pest Control.

During our discussion we discovered that the package only included exterior treatments and not interior. To add on the interior treatments it was going to cost a bit more than we were comfortable. After talking it over with my husband we have just decided to wait and revisit having the service done later. This was to no fault of the provider, we just decided to wait. I have contacted Angie's List in order to get a refund of the Big Deal.

Their responsive was very good. He called me like the same day. He was very nice.

Have not seen any mice since.

The service was a complete failure! This company will not look for and seal points of entry. All of the insulation needs replaced and the attic sanitized. Month after month their workers never mentioned the damage! After a year of service problem much worse.

This company is a good one. Their schedulers are always very courteous over the phone and can usually get me in at a time that is convenient for me. The techs are prompt and show up on time. This is so important to me! I've used these guys for 3 years (maybe longer) and I've been happy with the service nearly every time.

The provider came, set up baits, gone in 20 minutes.

Great. They were prompt, polite, and provided the extra documentation I needed for the bank.

They are pretty professional, but I am not sure about the quality though. I cannot really tell if it works. I have been using their services for probably six months or so. They are doing a good job with keeping the bugs out. I think it worked, but I needed them to do the ant eradication in the house. It worked. They did what they were supposed to come and do for. I guess I am satisfied. Their responsiveness is good.

The person they sent for the actual service, whose name was Paul, was extremely nice and professional. He made it into two older crawlspaces and went in there without hesitation. He inspected them as well and, thankfully, didn't find any infestation. (I was being cautious, since I saw termites in an old picnic table.) Since I was told the Termidor would likely last ten years, or even more, I have peace of mind. Overall, the job was done very quickly and professionally. The only downside -- the original quote did not include tax. I specifically remember asking the gentleman who did the initial inspection if the total he presented was all I would have to pay, and he said yes. Then, when the worker came, he presented a bill with tax. That's just one of those things that winds up making an otherwise excellent experience annoying. Still, I would use them again. -- but hopefully for other concerns, this the termite protection is supposed to last ten years!
