Hello, I hope you’re having a good day. We were very concerned when we initially read your review and do apologize for any miscommunication with our office. After looking into this matter we were able to locate the call logs from our office and GPS logs from our technician’s company truck. It appears that our office spoke with you and this appointment was set-up via the telephone on November 25th, 2015. The service date was November 27th, 2015, with instructions from the customer for our tech to ring the doorbell upon arrival. When our technician arrived there was no answer from ringing the doorbell, so our tech knocked on the front doors, waiting for an answer for about 10 minutes. After the door went unanswered our tech called both the cell and home telephone numbers provided, leaving a voicemail explaining that he was there to treat the home. Unfortunately, there was no call back. After waiting approximately 30 minutes our office instructed the tech to treat the exterior of the home thoroughly and that we’d call the customer, as well. Our tech was there for a total of 1 hour and 14 minutes, during which time we treated the exterior of the home thoroughly. We understand that things do come up that may prevent the customer from making their appointments, which may have been the case here. Again, we apologize for any miscommunication and ask that in the future the customer contact our office to discuss any issue. Regards, Budget Pest Control, Inc.
