They called when thley were on their way. They were on time. Clearly explained procedure. Price was good. Gave a one month guarantee. I am very lsatisfied.

I called Budget after 9:00 P.M., and the answering service said that they would get back to me. They did not call last evening, but called this morning at about ten seconds after 8:00 A.M. Though they were very prompt and professional in calling back so quickly, we had in fact contacted the city, and they city was sending some men out. But I was extremely impressed by the prompt call back. I selected them based on their Angie's List rating, and if the need comes up again, I would call them first.

Service was good & hopefully eliminated critter problem.

Making my appt was easy and convenient. They had no problem adjusting to my schedule. The person making the appt was informative and helpful. The technician was on time, listened to my complaints, visually checked my concerns and addressed them in a very professional manner. I would gladly use this firm again if the need arose.

I have had good results. We are having them back about every 2 months as it is getting colder to make sure no little critters return.

I called 8am in the morning, they came at 9am... they inspected, found and got them out by 10am... set up some traps just in case. All is good.

Scheduling of assessment and treatment was easy and quick. Mike arrived promptly for the assessment, and Amanda performed the treatment a few days later. Timely with reasonable fees. Spray is not toxic to pets or humans. A big plus! No hard sell on monthly service, or anything like that. We were told that we shouldn't see any live bugs, but to call them if we noticed ANY bugs in the next couple of months, and they would take care of it.

They said give this couple weeks and if I still saw any ants to call them back and they would come back and finish them off. I did and they came at no extra charge and finished them off. I haven't seen one since. They were lovely.

Professional and quick results. The rep was fearless in taking out the yellow jackets. Were are pleased.

Ben was extremely professional, thorough and attentive. He listened to all of my concerns, took his time locating entry points and explaining everything. He also did the patchwork to close off mice entry points around the interior/exterior of my home. Cost was much lower than competitors. I haven't seen a mouse since he left many months ago!! Would definitely recommend!

Our service provider was very quick and easy to work with. He did a thorough walkthrough and explained everything that would happen. He was very careful about where he laid bait because we have a pet and a toddler. He also was quick and thorough with spraying our house. He found several wasps nests which he cleared as well as bees. We are very happy with their service and will continue to use them for the bimonthly plan through the spring/summer/fall months.

Things went very well, we were satisfied and will use them again as the need arises. They handled the job and were very professional. We loved their communication and professional presentation. They were so easy to deal with.

They were okay. There was a bit of issue in terms of what time they were supposed to come out. I added an interior pest control and it ended up being a weird scheduling. She wasn't so friendly. I would have appreciated more of a consult when she was done to kind of let me know where the mice were entering my house. It just seemed kind of rushed. The mice were gone so it was effective. They were pretty quick to respond.

It was convenient because I scheduled on a Sunday. All communication was professional on the phone, by e-mail and in person. Bill took care to do a thorough job and was very neat and tidy. There was no odor or smell of any kind and in 2 days I noticed a marked difference. They promise to come back if there is not improvement within two weeks but I won't need to be calling. I had requested MSDS sheets on the chemical used and it was sent to me by e-mail right away. I think this is a great company.

The first time, they didn't get them all. It looked like they didn't do enough of the work. I had to call them back and tell them that whatever they did didn't seem to be working. They weren't thorough. Their professionalism seemed alright until I had to call them back. They didn't take care of it but they also did not look everywhere and check everything out.

They came back out and he was more thorough then and they took care of it. Second time, they used a bomb and we had to be out of the house and things like that. First time, they didn't do that. It seemed like they were kind of rushing me for more money before they found out whether or not everything was working well.

They came the time that was scheduled and they had to come back again and then after that everything was resolved. The guy that came out was very friendly. He did as well as he could I guess but it was just dealing with them to come back that I had the problem.

Regarding interior and exterior inspection, the inspection is performed visually, no instrument is used to confirm where the mice are present. You tell them where the holes are in the house and they tell you holes need to be patched up. You tell them where you saw the mouse activity, and they throw some baits and spray for outside. Done within 10 minutes. For a $129.00, this is not a great deal.
