I’ve had him back out three times after the Big Deal! They’re fantastic. The job went well and I’d happily have them back out.

The price turned out to be a bit expensive because my issue was really not a big one, but his price is quite reasonable compared with the rest of the offers I saw on Angie's list.

Brian was wonderful to work with. We had many issues that we had been dealing with for a long time and Brian was able to sort everything out and make us comfortable. I will definitely use Brian in the future. If there was an A+ in the categories, I would certainly have give him an A+ in all of the ratings.

He came out and looked at it. He told me that I need a new computer. He came over two days after I called. It was not one of my better purchases. I would not use him again.

It was wonderful. The technician was very professional, informative in an educational way, positive, punctual, and I would recommend the company to anyone. It was the best money we have ever spent for what they did. It didn't take long to fix the system, so he asked what else he could help me with to take up the rest of the time. Brian has really delivered. He's been quick to respond from the beginning, knowledgeable, and a clear, efficient communicator. Very straightforward and time efficient to do business with. The hosted Exchange platform he established for us has been a great positive to our work, and he's been there to deal with follow up questions, as well as other computing questions, from hardware to software. Another thing I've appreciated about Brian is that if you touch on an area where he's not as knowledgeable, he'll tell you. I can definitely recommend Brian to other businesses with needs like ours.

Brian is OUTSTANDING!!! I was in a jam at our office (main computer down--not good!), and our previous IT guy of 5 years was no longer available. I searched Angie's list and thought I'd give Brian a try. WOW..He returned my call within an hour and was at our office the next day by noon. He corrected the problem within a short period of time, and we were back in business. I called him again a few weeks later to pick his brain regarding the sending and receiving of x-rays via email. My expectation was that Brian would offer some guidance. Instead, he exceeded my expectations by coming to the office and by setting up a website for the business, providing us an e-mail system that enabled the transmission of x-rays in an efficient, user-friendly manner.

It went well. I have no real details. Problems were solved quickly.

I have an HP Pavilion Elite desktop that had stopped working due to possibly a bad power supply. I had contacted HP support and order the necessary part, but it ended up being a power supply that I could not use for my model. This occurred a second time and it wasn't until this second time and 4 customer service people later that I was told that my computer was too old (4 -5 years old) for the newer power supplies that they now putting in their computers and that I would have to go through a 3rd party to get the correct power supply. So I searched Angie's List to find BVQ Consulting. I emailed him explaining what my situation was (he replied immediately at 8am in the morning) and he told me I could bring it by. I dropped it off and he said that he would contact me when he knew something. I didn't expect him to immediately start working on it because it was Friday late afternoon and have it ready to return back to me that quickly. I left the Lowes area to get on the Parkway heading East during rush hour and got to Penn Hills by the time he called me and said I could come and it. WOW! Thanks Brian! Its good to have the old gal home. My overall experience with Brian was very pleasant and informative. He put in a higher grade power supply to assist with my video card, suggested a UPS brand to use, and let me know that if I had any problems to let him know. Again, thank you Brian!

Brian has done work for me before and much of it is done online taking over my computer from another location. Frequently tweaks things when I have a small problem and does not charge me. He is extremely knowledgeable and pleasant.

l called and made an appointment for Dec 6th and true to his word Brian came out and proceeded to inspect my wife's laptop! After checking it out, he came to the conclusion that her hard drive was totally corrupted and had to be replaced! While discussing the problem and telling us a new hard drive had to be installed, I asked about the new solid state hard drives and Brian stated that it would cost about fifty dollars more than a standard drive but would be much faster and not as easy to damage! I and my wife discussed the situation and agreed to the extra cost and were promised that the computer would be returned the next day with all of the information and programs installed. The next day Brian returned the laptop and true to his word, it was totally loaded with everything Brenda had on it and was much faster than originally! Brian also checked my P/C and loaded a program to check for mal-ware at no extra cost! I will recommend BQV Consulting to anyone with any computer problems or if they are in need of a new system or training!

The professional arrived at the set time. he performed services (clean up) for approximately 30 to 45 minutes. He was polite and very professional.
