Brian assisted our company with upgrading our analog telephone system to a cloud based IP phone system from Mitel. He made the transition seamless with almost no down time. Brian also maintains our servers and workstations company wide. He is always prompt, professional, and helpful often going out of his way to assist us.

Brian did a wonderful job. He is a great communicator and arrives at your home ready to work. He clearly understands networks and WiFi, but he can explain it in easy to understand terms. He stocks a considerable amount of equipment right on his truck so there is not any back and forth. He clearly understands what he can do for his customers and he delivers as promised. Not only did he get our WiFi running at the optimal level, but he also 'tuned" it to prevent conflicts with the various pieces of hardware. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, YouTube and FaceTime have never worked so smoothly. Brian is worth the money and he is also just a really nice guy. Thank you again Brian for a job well done!

Service was great! With kids in virtual school and everyone streaming wifi, I needed Brian's help souping up our internet. He was able to remotely (COVID-friendly) help me configure four new wireless access points around our home. Now we have perfect wifi coverage everywhere and faster connections. Awesome job and highly recommended!

Brian (BQV Consulting) was very responsive and professional. I have my back up laptop that is an older (2013) MacBook Pro 13 that works great in every sense and even lasts 8-9 hours on the battery. I was not ready to get rid of it, however, it started to run slow more regularly because of the seven year old hard drive. Brian replaced the drive with a solid state and re-installed the Mac OS within hours of receiving the device. It is infinitely faster and is on par with my 2018 MacBook Pro 15. I would definitely use his services again and recommend him to others. Thank you!!

We were operating on an old Dell desktop and were experiencing freezing in programs. We were also operating on old Windows 7. The latest edition of Quickbooks 20.0 Enterprise Edition was not working to the fullest extent on the old Windows 7. Security was becoming an issue. I called emailed BQV Consulting and received a call within the hour. We set up appointment and Brian was on time and listened to what our needs were. He immediately went to work and now we have a new Dell computer and now operating on Windows 10. He also transferred our data from old hard drive onto new computer. Brian is located close to our office so he is just a phone call away. Everything is working great!!! We would highly recommend BQV Consulting to anyone.

Highly knowledgeable, competent, professional, personable and honest. From the initial contact to the completion of the job, Brian was responsive and organized. This one's a keeper, people. My laptop was so dysfunctional it was unusable and I was prepared to trash it and purchase a new one. Brian diagnosed the problems, installed new programs (in addition to other things) and the laptop works like new (no exaggeration). I asked Brian to assist me in selecting a new PC to replace my dated one that was running Windows 7. Brian asked numerous questions regarding my computer usage and recommended a different one than what I had selected online, saving me a great deal of money. In addition, Brian was able to build my computer to my particular needs (example - external hard drive with CD/DVD player). He explained everything well and was patient with all my questions. Brian completed everything in one visit in a timely fashion. At no time was I pressured to purchase anything from him. Brian was so helpful! He not only saved the data from our laptop after we received a “fatal error” message, he was able to install a new hard drive and transferred our data back to the new drive. All that in a day!

It went very well. Brian arrived on time and reviewed what we had talked about when I called to make the appointment. He went to work and answered all my questions. Part of the problem was that my computer is old but he "fixed" it so that it is running much better. He answered my questions regarding buying a new computer in the future. All went very well. Brian showed up on time the day after I called for his help. He quickly figured out my problems and fixed them. He was here under 2 hours and his fee included the cost and time to install optional hardware which I opted to purchase. He explained clearly what was being done and why and I saw immediate improvement when he was done. He is very professional and diligent about his work. I highly recommend him.

Brian came within 5 days after I called him, assessed the situation and recommended a wireless solution (wireless router with two wireless extenders), had the products with him, set the system up and tested it - all within 2 hours. The new system is much faster and so far totally reliable. The total cost was about $800, but about $600 of that was the new system.

From the first day I called BQV it was a very good experience. He called me right back and we talked a few times and he ended up at my home within a few days. He was always very easy to get a hold of. He showed at my house on time and was able to figure out what was wrong with my computer and had it fixed within 2 to 3 hours. My computer has been working great since he did the repairs and I did have a few questions after he left the home and the times I called or messaged him he was very easy to get a hold of. Very professional and knows his stuff. If I ever need any computer repairs in the future I will be contacting Brian at BQV Consulting.

Brian was very punctional and professional. He is true to his word that he will take his time and figure out the problem before he leaves your home. He was very good at explaining what he was doing with the computer and what my options were once the problem was figured out. Excellent. The young man was here for 1 1/2 hours, his minimum for house calls. He removed the virus including additional potential threats in less time than anticipated, with enough time left to help my husband who was experiencing some computer issues of his own. I will definitely use his services again.
