The technician did a great job and very knowledgeable.

Anthony was fantastic! He figured out the problem right away. He gave us several options on fixing it. Got the AC working that day and gave us a ballpark estimate on a permanent fix which was very reasonable. I am looking forward to having them come back a replace the AC soon! We had an awful experience with a different company last week so it was refreshing and a weight off of my shoulders to have Anthony help us, be so reasonable, and so kind! 10/10!!

In about 5 1/2 hours old unit was removed and new unit was working properly. Technicians cleaned up so well you would have never known that they were there making a mess!

The Bolster-DeHart team is SO professional and SO knowledgeable. We have steam heat in our house, and a technician comes out each fall to check our boiler and replace any necessary parts. They are so thorough, painstakingly remove and replace each piece, are so patient with answering all my questions, and leave the basement spotless at the end. I am grateful to have someone that I trust and can call anytime - this boiler is definitely not something I want to mess up!

Responded quickly; replaced the AC first since it was so hot and my husband was ill. Replaced the heating system a couple of days later. our heating bills are so much lower this year.

Identified backdrafting of hot water heater. They sent a specialist who was very thorough and wonderful. He was late because the previous job ran over, but I'd rather have thorough than punctual for investigating "nuisance" carbon-monoxide alarms that were actually very real. (Bolster-DeHart has been right on time for other work.)

Bolster Dehart came out looked at everything, explained all options and left info and a Number to call for any further questions. Then came out and measured and looked at everything. Then took out the old furnace and installed new one and explained everything. Every time they were nice informative, very professional. You can tell that they each and everyone of them cared about what they are doing!!! I will use no one else for mine and my family and friends heating and cooling needs!!!

They replaced our old central A/C unit with a new unit. They arrived on schedule and did a great professional job. They left our home and yard clean and completed the job in less than 1 day. We have used Bolster-Dehart for all our HVAC needs for many years and trust them to do the job right.

Wow! My husband and I are so pleased with the work done by Bolster DeHart! I called SO many companies for estimates, with a lot of disappointing responses, everything from "What's hydronic heating?" from receptionists to "Oh.... that's gonna be a complicated job." Bolster DeHart gave us the most detailed estimate, they were 100% confident in the service they offered. Although its just in the basement, the finished job is a work of industrial art, I wish I could add photos to this review. My husband restored antique radiators for our house and they were OK with working with them. We could only afford to install a few radiators at the time and really appreciate that they were OK with this. We look forward to working with Bolster DeHart in the future to install the rest of our hot water radiators. We cant thank them enough for the fantastic service! :)

Everything went great! From the initial call to the last call after installation, everyone was courteous and professional. The installers were very professional, friendly and kept to task. Answered any of my questions without hesitation. The installers were focused each day, rarely taking any breaks. Couldn’t have asked for better installers!

We had approached them as we were thinking about installing radiant heating to improve the winter comfort level in the basement family room. Paul agreed to price it out, and when the amount of materials and labor became excessive, he approached me to suggest that we should consider alternatives. He recommended installing a RInnai gas heater. We followed his recommendation. The only glitch was the discovery during installation that the unit came with a 9-inch air intake/exhaust and the outside walls of our home were discovered to be 13.5 inches. They immediately contacted Rinnai to acquire the longer fitting. Two weeks later, they were able to complete the installation... works great.

Same day appt. Technician was very efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Diagnosed the issue accurately, ordered parts and returned the next day to install. All was quick and painless. Even talked to Nest support for us since he was a certified Nest pro for no additional cost. Highly recommended

They come twice a year on a annual program and do a complete check. They are totally professional and confident. The technicians are polite and confident. We have been with them for decades. They're prices are very fair. They come out really fast if you have a problem.

Paul was outstanding! Very professional, knowledgeable, and listened to our goals to find the best solution for our families heating needs. Price was reasonable as well. The installers, Kris and Jared, did outstanding work and were respectful of our home. They also went above the call of duty on a couple items that we didn’t even have to ask for, which is the sign of true professionals. The job was done neatly, courteously, and on time. We are very grateful to have found this firm and will continue using their services for the long term, in addition to recommending them to our family and friends.
