It went great! John, the tech, was knowledgeable and polite. He went above and beyond! All their employees do!

Nate was the Pro who came. He was very pleasant, polite and respectful. He told me what he was doing as he did it. He went beyond his job to get things done. I hope he can return the next time I have an appointment.

Every single person who has come out to service or check either our AC or furnace has been top notch. They are on time, knowledgeable and are able to describe to me what they diagnosed the trouble to be. This is a well run company and I think they have recruited the top guys in the industry to work for them.

The service was professional, competent and thorough as usual. I was a bit disappointed at the technician saying that the permanent metal pre filters in my furnace were “crap” and I should replace them with disposable filters at $65 every few months. No thanks I said. That seems like an unnecessary up charge to me. My metal filters have always served me well and collect lots of dust.

The job was done well. I appreciate that they checked the work that was done and determined it wasn’t done well and came out to re-do it. People are always friendly and knowledgeable

Because this website will not let me add or edit a review once submitted this is an addendum to my review of 10 minutes ago: Wow! My husband and I are so pleased with the work done by Bolster DeHart! I called SO many companies for estimates, with a lot of disappointing responses, everything from "What's hydronic heating?" from receptionists to "Oh.... that's gonna be a complicated job." Bolster DeHart gave us the most detailed estimate, they were 100% confident in the service they offered. Although its just in the basement, the finished job is a work of industrial art, I wish I could add photos to this review. My husband restored antique radiators for our house and they were OK with working with them. We could only afford to install a few radiators at the time and really appreciate that they were OK with this. We look forward to working with Bolster DeHart in the future to install the rest of our hot water radiators. We cant thank them enough for the fantastic service! :) Also, this work was STARTED and COMPLETED in Fall of 2019.

Excellent service. The service man was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was very thorough and gave me information about my boiler that service men from other companies did not relate correctly. I switched to this company earlier this year and glad I did.

Anthony called within a couples hours on a Sunday when it was cold and they had numerous furnace repair calls. Arrived when he said he would, quickly diagnosed the issue and was back the next day with the part to finish the repair. Bolster-DeHart has been to our house several times and it is always a positive result.

Dave or technician was polite well spoken and very knowledgeable about what he was doing. It was one of the very coldest days of the year, and he worked hard to get the parts we needed the same day. When he found out that our daughter was getting married that same week he made sure that the work was done in the same day

The furnace is 20 yrs old and needs parts. The technician got the furnace to work and show me how to reset it in case it stops working. For the price of parts and how labor intensive it will be to replace the part and the age of the furnace. I asked for a quote on a new furnace. A representative from Bolster DeHart stopped out the next day and gave me a quote for a new furnace. They will be out next week to replace the furnace.

Service men came to assess my gas water boiler. It is 40 years old but still functioning reliably. My current heating company advised me to replace it. Got second opinion and quotes for two parts that might need replaced in the future. I plan on switching to this company. Charge for assessment was $94.00

Very thorough, I talked to the tech the entire time and he answered questions. Heat exchanger is rusted through and getting a new furnace installed next week

The technician I worked with was great. He thoroughly explained the work being done, did the work in a professional manor at a reasonable cost. I intend to sign up for an Hvac maintenance/service plan and would recommend this company to anyone in need of hvac service.
