They were very good, very cooperative, very helpful, and to the best of my knowledge, every thing is working very well. I haven't had any problems. I thought the cost was reasonable.We were pleased with the quality of work, things have improved since they cleaned things out and changed things out. I have signed a yearly contract with them.

I've dealt with 2-3 techs, who were all thorough. When they do the cleanings, they tell me what they did and explain what went on. The tech that came out last time was very patient and gave me options. They're always very responsive. I've signed up for their annual maintenance program too.

Both issue were fix to customer satisfaction and I am about to call them for an HVAC tune up today. Very professional and provide great customer service.

Have used this company for years. Originally someone was installing a central air conditioning system for us and abandoned the job. They were VERY helpful and finished the job and understood about air flow. Since then I have had them come out and service our air conditioner and check the heater etc. I just had a furnace replaced. They scheduled the install right away so we were only without heat for 1 day . They brought over heaters to use for that time .

I bought a service contract from them for my A/C and Heating last March (2013). John came over yesterday to check the boiler and heating system. He always goes above and beyond his duty. I had been having problems keeping the radiators air free. John had me go up to the attic and open the highest valve. He stayed in the basement and checked the water pressure. It dropped a lot. He adjusted the water pressure in the system and explained to me that it couldn't be too high or the auto system would open the valve to dump water. He got it balanced, and now I don't have to keep on bleeding the system every week or so. He also check all the points of the system for function. All good. Plus if anything goes wrong Boehmer will fix it. John is also the one who solved my A/C problems with a wonky sensor on the variable speed fan. Boehmer generally seems to hire great people.

It has taken 2 seasons to actually get the unit to work the way promissed. During the 2 seasons it has taken approximately 20 calls to resolve problem.

We noted a clicking and bussing noise in the air conditioner, called Boehmer and they sent a tech with 1 hour. Upon listening to our observations then looking over the unit he found the issue in about 15 minutes, there was a loose wire that just needed retightened. He was very honest, explained that our unit is in good shape and noticed that we kept the filters very cleaned and explained that it was why we did not need a new unit (even though closing in on 20 years). He did more review of the unit and basically said you are in good shape - I have to say that if this was another firm they would have talked us into buying a whole new system, this was not the case. Honest, thorough and very neat is what I can summarize from this experience.

We have had Boehmer install a new heat pump as well as service our HVAC system for the past 20 years. We have never been disappointed with their professionalism, promptness or prices. They are friendly and fair.

I have a 4 year old high efficiency Lennox furnace installed by Economy heating. Economy has now become Boehmer and offers yearly maintenance. I alerted the Boehmer representative that my electronic air filter that was installed with the new furnace, was not functioning. He said 'it's broken - you'll have to get a new one". Instead of offering to fix it he said I can live with just the filter without the electric charge or I could pay Beohmer $2000 to install a new air filter like hospitals use. I thought he should at least offer to repair or replace the existing filter but no - he did not. I also discovered, after he left, that the humidifier, installed with the furnace, was not functioning and that (based on his service checklist) he neglected to even check it. Finally, to add insult to injury, I presented a $30 off coupon mailed to me by Boehmer. The service rep said the price is still $95 as if I never had a coupon. In other words, I presented the the coupon sent by the company and he ignored it and charged me $95 anyway.

We noticed that our furnace/ac unit was not turning on properly. Called Boehmer, and Jim promptly came out to the house. After a thorough investigation he found that the main control board on the furnace was not working properly. As a consequence of the control board failure, the ac unit was stuck in a state where it was constantly running which in turn ended up freezing our ac lines. Jim was able to wire around the control board as a "quick fix" so we could have our system function again, oh and did I mention this all happened on a Sunday? On Monday we had the company come back out for more investigation to see if anything else was wrong with the system (besides the control board). Turns out our AC unit was on its last legs (was really old) and needed to be replaced. Jim didn't try to sell us a unit we didn't need, in fact he recommended one of their cheaper units (still very nice quality) and said with the size of our house anything more would be overkill. We decided to have Boehmer do the AC replacement and as an added bonus they said since we are doing the AC with them that they would fix the humidifier, replace the control board, and clean and service everything for only an extra couple hundred dollars. The control board alone was worth over 500 installed! All in all, they were a great company to work with. They really know what they are talking about within their trade. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again to service our furnace/ac unit...in fact, we signed up for their yearly service plan.

Steve and his crew were fantastic to work with. Steve came out multiple times to provide advice on how to run a complicated duct into our new space upstairs. He worked with our busy schedule and took the time to answer all of my questions. Steve's price was higher than a few other quotes we received, but it was WELL worth the small difference in price to deal with such a class outfit. The installers showed up on time and finished the work neatly and quickly, even taking the time to let my inquisitive two year old watch some of the process. I will be using Boehmer for all of my Heating and A/C needs from now on.

They put the furnace in (a 2 stage furnace). They installed the furnace and I knew it wasn't going to heat my house. After installation the weather wasn't too bad, but it didn't run well. It would start up and then shut off quickly. I disagreed with their installation decision. A tech spent 4-5 hours out here and suggested I change all my duct work. I had never had to change my ducts, even after 3 furnaces. They finally agreed to take the furnace back, refund my money. They wanted me to tell them when I found a new furnace and a/c unit to take it out. I ended up buying a different furnace from a different company and it's working well. I got my check form them within 2 days after I had my furnace removed.

Steve Boehmer's professionalism was top-notch. He did a thorough survey of the house and its requirements, explained why he was suggesting a different (smaller) size than the current furnace and explained the pros and cons of the 3 different systems which he was offering. He answered questions thoroughly and clearly.

Steve arrived on schedule to provide me with an estimate for adding/changing the heating/cooling ducts to provide better heat in my home. Steven took measurement of the house etc. and said it will be a few days for him to review his findings and decide what work would be needed. He was very professional and I was looking forward to his advice and possibly having his company provide the service. It has been around a month and I never heard from him.

I wasn t pleased with what they did. He really just came out to do a quick fix. He took care of the emergency, but I m going to have to pay more money to clean up what he did. He said I needed a new thermostat. I think that he was just too tired to make the proper repairs. He tried to tell me that the air conditioner wasn t hooked up and that wasn t true. He just basically disconnected my emergency heat pump.

They were very responsive and sent someone to the house very quickly to provide the estimate. However, the price we were quoted was much higher than other quotes we had received so we did not use their services.

Steve Boehmer came out to give us an estimate, took the time to explain things to us and addressed all our questions patiently. His was the lowest quote for the type of system we wanted. It took his team 2 days to get our huge old boiler out and put the new system in. They were courteous, clean and punctual. On the first day they took the old boiler out. The second day was installation, and it took the men longer than expected, but they didn't want to leave us without hot water so they stayed late in the evening to finish their job.

They are very considerate, I feel they respect me as a customer. They are very business oriented. Their pricing is very good. I feel they are respectful about being inside my home.

Men took some time to explain certain things about the system, since I am a do it yourselfer, I was curious. They did an extra small, but necessary task without even mentioning it. A 110 line that was connected to the 220 line needed rewired and rerouted. All their work is clean and wiring/pipes etc straight and neat. I get that "sense" that things were done right. They started at 7:30 am and said it would take all day. Installing the freon lines properly is important and they didn't want to rush. They instilled confidence. I just want an expensive system like A/C to work for years. They back their work with a one year warranty on parts and labor.

Steve was very professional and was able to answer all my questions (even being available by cell phone later on to answer additional ones). He recommended one boiler but was able to suggest alternatives so I could choose among multiple options. I ended up going with his recommendation, and am extremely happy with the choice. There were problems during the work, however: I had turned off the water and drained the taps in order to prevent the pipes from freezing. When the workers turned on the water for the installation, they did not close the taps beforehand. Consequently, the 2nd floor bathroom sink overflowed, leaked into the floor, and damaged my kitchen ceiling below. I will pursue repairs via my home insurance first, and then follow up with Boehmer. Also, they didn't search the whole house for additional faucets, and one tap and one tub were still running when I arrived home, wasting water. Excepting these two things, the rest of the job they did perfectly.

They are very good. They are very nice. They come quickly, and if I've been without heat then they are here within in a hour.

They always sends out great guys who are professional and friendly. They get the job done in a timely manner and never leave a mess behind. Even the office staff is friendly and efficient. They are a pleasure to do business with.

I'm very pleased -- my heating system is now coherent, rather than cobbled together. I've even got extra space in the boiler room, since the new piping is arranged more compactly. They replaced the vent pipe on their own initiative (without extra charge), mostly because the shoddy previous work offended them.
