Description of Work: My project was for granite installation only and as a result of the limited scope, BK&B was a broker to the fabricator and installer who performed the work. BK&B made no visits to the jobsite before or after installation and offered no particular exertise in the process. |I would consider using them on a more complete project to test their expertise. | |Finally, Terra was courteous and professional in our dealings. |

Description of Work: The date is a guess. Went there in person, made an appointment and they never called or showed up. Business must be good for them. They didn't need my job (bathroom gut and remodel).

When I sent them an email, I always got an answer back. They were very knowledgeable and they helped me make decisions. They were just there for me.
