BKG Design - Budget Kitchen & Granite

The design for my small kitchen was great. The complete space was utilized. Done quickly with quality products and very good workmanship. I worked with Terra at the South Hills office and she was professional and very patient with me being the first time I had remodeled. She answered my questions and always responded quickly. I could do as much or as little that I needed which worked great for a smaller budget. I'm very happy with my new kitchen and it looks better than I imagined. I would recommend BKG Design and also use them again.

We do NOT recommend BKG! Our job - a 9 x 12 kitchen took them 2 months to finally finish. 3 weeks without water in our kitchen. Because necessary instructions and pieces were not ordered properly in the beginning, our job was done piecemeal and kept getting delayed and delayed. They fit us in over the course of two months to complete our job. The quality of the cabinets and counter top was good - dealing with BKG - NOT good at all. Highly dissatisfied.

It went great. When they scheduled to be there, they were on time. They worked till it was complete and no problems. Any questions we would ask our designer Terra and she would get us an answer very quickly. Our kitchen remodel went smoothly. We are completely satisfied with BKG Design they did a wonderful job for and would recommend them highly.

This is my second remodel in three years. Erin Nerone is the designer that actually gave me what I wanted. Others told me that it couldn't be done. Erin knew better. My kitchen looks fantastic! She designed the work, coordinated the project and responded to all of my annoying calls. It was a pleasure working with her...she has a magnificent eye for design and is very detailed oriented. The workers that came to my home were wonderful as well. They were so professional. I would hire them for any project in my home. I wish BKG the best of luck...this is a wonderful company.

Priced much better than the big name stores, work was done quickly and professionally.

They said they don't do that and would not work with the insurance company. Guess they didn't want our business.

Budget Kitchen and Bath were very professional. They used software to design and layout the kitchen and took my input until it was how I wanted it. The software can show you the design at any angle, so you know what it will look like ahead of time. They were prompt in always returning my calls and emails and kept me informed of the schedule. They have a wide selection of cabinets and countertops at various price points. You are able to get a quality custom kitchen at an affordable price.

Budget Kitchen and Bath is professional company with outstanding work ethic. Dave and Noelle are a pleasure to deal with very informative and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your product and service performed. My husband bought a house three years ago and were waiting for the right estimate to upgrade 70's style kitchen. We had three other estimates. After going to the home show, we decided to get an estimate from BKG. The first impression said it all. The different granite samples were overwhelming. We left the home show with our cabinets and granite already picked out with the help of Noelle. The quality of the cabinets exceed expectations as well as the attentiveness of Noelle. She not only designed our kitchen but also helped us pick out our floor. We highly recommend that if you are interested in renovating your kitchen, make a trip to BKG and ask for Noelle.

My wife and I bought our first house 2 years ago and had plans to update the 60's style kitchen inside from day one. The first contractor that came to our house asked if our budget was over or under $20k which was extremely shocking to a newly married 24 year old couple not far out of entry level positions. After looking around we found BKG Design in the North HIlls and were able to order the cabinets and counter we wanted for such an incredible price that we added on the installation as well! Noelle helped us through the process and was very prompt responding to any questions we had. We just had the installation done this week and I couldn't believe how quickly the installation went. The cabinets look great and we have already recommended BKG to a few other people who are looking to remodel.

Our designer, Terra, was always very polite and professional, and she was prompt in getting back to us quickly. She was very patient as we changed our minds at different times. Noelle from the BKG Design North Hills location was a godsend. I can't say enough good things about her professionalism, patience, and skill in designing my kitchen. The only thing I regret is not having BKG install them as well. I began a home remodel in May 2016 and had a nightmare of an experience with the contractor, but Noelle worked around that and was still assisting me until May of 2017 - almost a year after the cabinets were delivered in June 2016. Due to mistakes by the contractor, I had to order additional materials three times, and Noelle and BKG were most accommodating. One of the cabinet doors was damaged and they replaced it with no hassle after almost a year. My cabinets are beautiful and I'm very happy with them. I would certainly recommend BKG Design for remodeling needs.

We ordered kitchen cabinets through BKG in north hills. Noelle is wonderful, she helped me put my vision on paper and delivery was quicker than many other companies. Their cabinet prices are very reasonable. We have used them for 2 projects and would use them again.

Bkg worked with us to get exactly what we wanted to fit in our space. They were willing to sit down with us multiple times and adjust layout plans

I worked with Erin through my entire process. She was great at designing my kitchen layout and providing prices for my kitchen cabinets and countertops. She really helped me along the way answering every question I had regarding the process. She responded really quickly to my emails and returned my calls promptly. They had the best cabinet prices and a great selection to choose from. Everyone on the staff was helpful and courteous.

Terra was fabulous to work with. She made the design process so easy. She was very helpful the entire process. They took care of all the little problems that we had (we had a few drawers that needed repaired). We also had an issue with the island counter top being cut wrong but that was taken care of with no problem and within a matter of a couple of days. I am very pleased with the product, the value and especially working with Terra. I would highly recommend them.

My kitchen remodel went great! It was my first experience in doing any type of remodel work so i was very nervous but Stephanie made this a very easy process for me The contracting crew was awesome - they went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfacation-I couldn't have been happier. I would defintely reccomend this company to anyone....as a matter of fact, I already have! THANK YOU!

We went through a complete kitchen remodel, and used BKG for the design, cabinets, and granite. Noelle did an amazing job with the design, even as we had changes that we wanted throughout the process. She was a great resource, and very knowledgeable about everything. Our finished kitchen looks amazing, would highly recommend this company!

Very well. We worked with Erin, and she was very responsive to our questions and needs. We used our own contractor to install the bathroom.

The cabinets are getting delivered today, but prior to today the process of looking for cabinets, having the kitchen designed and ordering the cabinets was relatively easy. Moving into a home, gutting the kitchen and coming up with a layout within four weeks is very stressful. Noelle was able to get the cabinets ordered quickly so they could be installed before we move it. My husband decided to install the cabinets, so I cannot comment on the installation process, but I can't wait to see the kitchen complete.

I have nothing but good things to say about BKG. I worked with their North Hills office and the ladies there were very nice and helpful. I personally worked with Erin who had to put up with all my silly questions being a first time home owner and having no idea what goes in to installing a new kitchen. She responded to my emails in a timely fashion and answered all my questions with knowledgeable information. I felt very comfortable, as a woman, dealing with this company, that they weren't going to take advantage. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I recommend Budget Kitchen & Granite for their kitchen cabinets, design and customer service. Terra Brubaker at the South Hills Office designed my kitchen to fit my budget and was instrumental in each step from the detail in the design, to ordering cabinets and accessories, arranging delivery of the cabinets, and measurement and installation of my granite countertop. The process went smoothly which made this a great experience.

Overall very good. Demo was clean/neat and swift. Cabinets arrived as expected. One did not fit right but a good work around was suggested. That required ordering a couple of new parts that did take a bit longer than I hoped but look great now.
