Bee Control

Everything went well. The $195 seemed high for the 5 minutes it took to remove the nest. Although, the young man did walk around the house to see if there were other nests. Since I got stung 3 times in 3 weeks, I guess I have no reason to complain about the cost. Something had to be done.

I called Bee Control on a Sunday because I had a yellow jacket problem. They were entering the wall at gap at the dryer vent exhaust at the exterior wall. On Sunday morning a number of them were in our unfinished basement. The gentleman at bee control offered to come out on Sunday for the emergency fee, but he took the time to understand my problem and discuss the options with me which included getting someone out the next day and saving me the emergency fee. Sure enough, everything he told me was accurate and I had no issues with the bees on Sunday or Monday. Someone showed up Monday afternoon and solved the problem. The owner on the phone and the technician that did the work were very polite and professional. I appreciated the time spent on the phone understanding my problem, the willingness to get a tech out on Sunday, and the honesty of advising me that in my particular situation there was no reason to pay the emergency fee. I'm sure that other scenarios would warrant paying the extra fee, but in my case it made sense to wait it out.

From start to finish, this was an extremely positive, pleasant experience. I talked to Steve at 9:00 am and described my problem. He listened, asked all the right questions, provided all possible scenarios and was accommodating to my schedule. He had Chris (a VERY NICE guy) here within an hour. Chris assessed the situation, explained what he was doing while he was doing it. He treated my house like it was his own. He had a great personality (in spite of being in a profession where he gets stung on a daily basis) and a professional demeanor. He told me what to watch for and when to call them back if it was necessary. He did a thorough job and didn't rush through it just to "be done"! I would recommend this company.

Bee control came on time, Chris was very considerate and wore protective booties when in my house. The process took about an hour. I was warned I could see stragglers for a week or so but within a few hours all of the yellow jackets were gone. I immediately walked him next door to a neighbor having the same problem but much worse. He was back that afternoon and took care of her problem too. Both of us are very pleased with Bee Control.

Very good experience with this company. Steve was very cordial on the phone and came out the same day. He was punctual, professional and friendly. He examined where the yellow jackets were entering the siding and also where they were entering the house. He then sprayed the nest from inside and outside our home. Steve then explained what to expect in the coming week or so and also the warranty. I would definitely recommend this company and I would use them again.

We have had Yellowjackets for many weeks that we noticed going into our siding, to the left of our front door. We tried various sprays with no luck. Then, they started one by one coming into the house which prompted us to call Bee Control. We called them on Thursday morning and they were able to recognize our situation just over the phone, provide and estimate, and an outline of what would need to be done. I was extremely pleased with their knowledge from be beginning. They came out, took a look at the situation and got to work. In about 40 minutes, he was done and he made sure to follow up with me with what I can expect over the next week, outlined our warranty, and answered all of my questions throughout the process. Since they've came, I have yet to see a bee! I can safely walk through my front door again!

I would never hesitate to call them again if I found another problem with nests and/or bees. Very professional outfit.

The service was great. I first got an explanation on the phone. I was then put on the schedule right away. He was there exactly on time and took care of the area. He let me know that it may take about 10 days. He was right on target. I have not seen any since. Great customer service

I contacted Bee Control on Monday and they came out on Tuesday to complete the work. The whole process was very quick and I haven't seen a bee down there since. The service is a little pricey for something that took less than 20 minutes to complete, but it worked and no one got stung.

It went very well. It was a holiday weekend and they told me they would do everything they could to come out and fix the problem. The owner is very personable. To come out at 7 PM on a Sunday on a holiday weekend was so wonderful.

I called Ian on a weekend after noticing multiple wasps in our house. He responded very quickly and gave me tips on what to . Look for and things I could do while I waited for his staff to arrive. Steve was very professional and explained everything he did.

I showed the workman the area where I saw the yellow jackets. He located their nest and dug it up. I had no further trouble with them.

Great service. Service person showed up in a “space suit” and got rid of the bees. It was really hot inside that suit, but he still got the job done timely.

No problems. The person was a little late, but the owner called and let me know in advance so it wasn't an issue. The contractor did exactly what he said he would do, and the wasps never came back.

I was very pleased with Bee Control. We have used them on several occasions, most recently a week ago. We have a pest control service, but they never seem to be able to properly handle bee issues. Bee Control came out the next day and found the location of the nest inside the wall and treated it easily. They guarantee success or will come and retreat, although I have never found that necessary. They are extremely knowledgeable about stinging insects, and always have responded promptly. Most times they will come and do the job on the day of the phone call or the next day. Every worker seems to be very knowledgable about bees, and respectful of the property and home.

It was fine. We have used them many times. They are a little expensive but they get the job done.

It was outstanding. Every time we've called they have come right out. He starts spraying right away. He also took out the queen. They came last year to spray for wasps. Their card is on our refrigerator. The owner know me without me saying. They made us their first stop in the morning.
