Went very well.

It was a good experience. They were punctual, professional, and honored my request to use as little pesticide as possible, even though this meant they may have had to come back (under warranty) for a second application if necessary (it wasn't necessary). They told me exactly the chemical they would be using (Talstar, which is considered a moderate toxin, poisonous to insects as well as amphibians and fish) and told me the amount they usually use. My one compliant would be there were no nontoxic alternatives that they would try and although I was told the pesticide they would be using was organic and biodegradable, in reality it is not. Suffice to say, their application worked completely, destroying the next within one day. My reason for not wanting to hire them again has nothing to do with their quality or service (which was excellent), I would just like to find a company that has nontoxic alternatives to pest control.

They are good. If you see bees afterward they will come back out and spray. They do a good job. There are fewer bees than if they weren?t? here. They will come pretty quickly if you call. They will call you back the next year to see if you want them to come back.

We have used them for several years. They do really well. We are very satisfied. They work around your schedule. They are nice to deal with. If you do have a problem they came back without any problem at all.

They are good. I like them. We had bees in our wall four years ago and don?t now. They are contentious. If I have concerns they come right away to check them out.

I haven?t seen any carpenter bees since. It was overpriced. I wasn?t real happy. I thought they were going to plug holes and they didn?t. They just sprayed. The person who came out and did the work was a gentleman, very respectful and clean in the way he did the work.

It was fairly inaccessible. They had to get on a ladder to get it. It was good. I would recommend them.

They were pretty knowledgeable and gave me the information that I requested and they were all nice. I would have used them, but the other company provided what we needed a bit more.

They were timely, had good service, and I have no complaints.

Everything went ok and they are no longer there. They did come on time and were knowledgeable about what needed to be done.

As I said, I was very happy with the company.

They originally treated the house successfully for the first time last Spring. Now in the Fall, wasps started showing up in the house. They were very responsive and showed up the day after I called, at no extra charge. They came back again and sprayed the walls and openings in the overhang of our roof. The treatment is working. They told me if I still have problems to call them back.

I have used them before. They are very expensive, but something positive always comes out of calling them. There are not a lot of people that perform this type of job. The owner is very personable. I would recommend them.

The owner and his staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. I have an allergy to bees and they have taken care of us well for the last 3 years. We have used other companies and none have provided a guarantee. We always had to pay service fees. Not with Bee Control. Their product is superior to the others. While we no longer get nests on the house, we have gotten them around our pool and in the ground. Someone from his staff has always been to our house within hours of us calling. This is a great company. Very easy to deal with and the cost is much less (over $100) than we paid to competing companies.

The person on the phone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He told me that the yellow-jackets would die soon if I did nothing, so I opted to do nothing. He also confirmed that the company I had used previously didn't know what they were doing.
