TJ was very prompt and efficent.He checked out the drain from the basement to the kitchen.He checked out the pipes and replaced one under the sink and used the snake to remove the clog. .Excellent service and professional help from TJ .The price was very good for the quick service. .

I received a call from my tenant at 10:30pm on Monday night about a leaking shower. The second floor shower was leaking down into the first floor living room. I immediately jumped out of bed and started making phone calls to plumbers to get someone lined up for Wednesday. George Bauer Plumbing was my third call and the only who actually had an answering service. George called me back within 10 minutes of my initial call. We talked through the issue and he promised that he could have someone out the next day. I spoke with George's brother Pat Bauer the next day shortly before lunchtime. He said he could meet me over at the property in about 45 minutes. Pat arrived on time and was very easy going and professional. Pat listened to me describe the problem and let me show him the initial troubleshooting that I had already done. I really appreciated this because I know a little bit about plumbing so it was important that he was willing to listen as it ultimately led to us finding the leak more quickly. Pat expanded the hole I had cut in the ceiling on the first floor to validate what we suspected. He was careful not to make a mess and insured that we had proper plastic down to catch any of the drywall or water. It took about 30 minutes to fully identify the problems and build a plan of action. Pat was upfront about the price and quoted me $320.00 which I thought was fair for the amount of work that he needed to perform. Pat had to leave and go to his shop to get the right parts and fittings as he would be joining copper plumbing and PEX. I offered to give Pat a key so he could come and go as he pleased and asked him to just call me when the work was completed. Pat called me about 3 and 1/2 hours later letting me know that the job was completed and he was cleaning up. I returned to the property and we reviewed all of the work which was absolutely professional. Pat corrected all of the issues and took the time to properly cut the hole in the ceiling so I could easily repair it once everything was dry. Pat also neatly folded up my plastic tarp and placed it outside to dry. Pat stepped me through all of the work and answered all of my questions! Pat honored the $20 off coupon that I printed from Angies list and we settled on a final bill of $300.00. You never want to have a plumbing emergency but I feel that I can sleep better now that I know a great plumbing service to call. George and Pat you run a great business and are both professional and honest as well as skilled in your work. Thanks!

Our water was shut off on Monday night due to a leak in the line leading into the house. Tuesday morning we started calling plumbers, trying to find someone who could come out that day and make the repair. George returned our call at 9:38am and said he could do the work in the afternoon, but would try to rearrange his schedule to come earlier, since we had no water. He said he would call back in about an hour to let us know when he would be here. At that point we stopped calling plumbers and waited for George. After two hours passed, and George still had not called, we tried calling him back, but got his voice mail. We left a message and at 12:22pm he returned the call and told us that not only could he not come earlier, but that he could not do the work at all that day. If he had told us up front that there was any chance that he couldn't do the work that day, we could have found someone else, but at 12:30 in the afternoon it was impossible to find another plumber who could do the work that day. In fact, it was difficult to find someone who could do the work the next day. As a result of his lack of professionalism, we had to go another day without water and we had to take another vacation day from work. He made a bad situation a lot worse, so keep that in mind if you are considering his services and are in need of a timely repair.

I awoke to no hot water. After taking an ice-cold shower, I contacted my home warranty company which gave me the names of 2 different plumbing services...neither of which was able to come to my house on the same day. I logged on to Angie's list and searched for the best rated companies closest to my home. I contacted George Bauer Plumbing and received a call from George within an hour. I had someone at my house by lunch time. The problem was diagnosed and work needed was explained thoroughly. I needed a new hot water heater...Pat Bauer and his son performed the work, removed the tank and installed the new one in only a couple of hours. Once the work was completed they cleaned up the area and left no mess behind. I was thrilled with the quality of work, the professionalism, and with just how nice they were to me. After the job was completed I was trying to get my home warranty company to cover the repair done by and "out of plan vendor" and George was kind enough to call the insurance company and explain the work performed. Thanks to him at least a portion of the job will be covered by insurance.

We were red-tagged by the gas company and without gas due to a leak in our line somewhere from our in home meter to the curb. This occurred on a Friday, so we tried phoning various plumbers over the weekend in order to obtain emergency service. We had no luck so became upset at the fact that even though every single plumber advertised immediate emergency service 24/7, no one wanted to actually do it. However, George Bauer plumbing was very prompt in calling us back, confident in his skill, and promised to do the repair on Monday. (The other plumbers that actually did arrive to give an estimate were not sure at all at what to do. ) George and his crew of two (T.J. and Doug) arrived on time and were complete professionals. From start to finish, we felt in good hands and they performed a quick, neat job. Luckily they were able to do the repair without tearing up the sidewalk or yard. George even assisted in getting the gas company to come out sooner than normal to get the service turned on. We are very happy with their service and would use them again.

Could not ask for a better experience. My husband talked to the plumber yesterday afternoon and explained what happened. Since the plumber had done work here before, he knew exactly where we lived and called this morning shortly before his arrival. He checked out our situation, brought back the needed parts very quickly (with a receipt so we have a valid warranty if anything goes wrong) and removed old parts and replaced with new ones. The entire job was done in under 2 hours and the price was very reasonable. He did a great job with cleanup, too. After a very bad experience 4 years ago with a very big plumbing company I've learned my lesson and will call Bauer for any future plumbing needs. They do good work for a fair price and they're just good people.

We had leaking from the kitchen into our basement. It was a lot of water! We discovered where it was coming from, turned the valve off. The next morning we called and spoke with the answering service who said that George would call us back. He called back within 10 minutes and said that someone would be out that afternoon and would call us. That was probably around 10:00 a.m. We received a call promptly and Patrick was at the house at noon. He was courteous and neat. Very professional. We had used them before and he remembered us from that. Left the house clean. As far as pricing goes, I have no idea if the price was fair, as I know nothing about plumbing, but it looked fair to me, just a regular service call and the new pipe material.

He is very responsive. If it is a very serious condition, he will be there quickly. He is professional, does great work, is personable, honest, and I would definitely recommend him to others.

I have used them multiple times. They are very knowledgeable, honest and offer quality service. They are a little more expensive than other plumbers. I will continue to use their services as it is quite difficult to find a decent plumber.

The experience was a total rip-off and in fact, unconscionable. I would not allow Bauer Plumbing back into my home.

Patrick was on time, and very careful about making a mess. In addition he did a good job cleaning up afterwards. This was more expensive than I wanted it to be. However, I think it was done well.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. I CALLED OFF WORK TO MEET FOR AN ESTIMATE AND THEY DID NOT SHOW UP OR PHONE IMMEDIATELY TO EXPLAIN WHAT HAD HAPPENED. THEN STOOD ME UP A SECOND TIME.

POLITE, CLEAN, AND PUNCTUAL. VERY RESPONSIVE TO CONTINUED PROBLEM AFTER THEIR FIRST VISIT, CAME BACK UNTIL THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED.

MY GAS LINE WAS ACTUALLY RED TAGGED BY THE GAS COMPANY, BAUER CAME THE NEXT DAY & MADE MY BAD EXPERIENCE SO MUCH BETTER. THE TWO WORKMEN WERE YOUNG, BUT VERY POLITE, MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THEIR WORK AND CLEAN UP WAS GREAT. EVERY JOB THEY DID NO MATTER HOW COMPLICATED, WAS EXCELLENT! I AM ALWAYS SATISFIED WAY BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS BY THIS COMPANY. I'VE HAD THREE DIFFERENT CREWS & EACH WORKS JUST AS WELL.

BAUER PLUMBING ANSWERED MY CALL PROMPTLY. THE WORK THEY DID IN THE LAUNDRY ROOM WAS EXCELLENT. THE PLUMBERS WERE VERY POLITE.
