Sales rep came to my home to evaluate my needs and present a range of choices. He suggested that I slightly downsize my unit and that the greater efficiency would make up the difference. He was right. This was not the lowest price I received but I had more confidence that I would get the most for my money. I believe I was right. The installation took one day with two technicians. All related components, ductwork, venting etc. were neatly done with a minimum of disruption to my home. We have had a cold winter. The furnace has worked perfectly and my home is more comfortable than ever before.

The office staff scheduled the service visit for a window between 2pm and 5pm, and I asked that they give me a call about 1/2 hour before the technician was to arrive. They called me as promised, and the tech arrived between 3-and-4pm. He went to work, checked the unit, cleaned it, reported back to me with the problems - some missing insulation and low freon. I said I would replace the insulation, and the tech told me he would add the freon and let me know how much that would cost. (We also discussed the cost of additional service the system might soon require, and the options for replacing the unit.) Within 45 minutes he was finished with the work and my AC was ready for summer.

They came on time. They were friendly. They did their job and left, it was pretty basic.

We have used this company for years and years. They installed our furnace. They were priced right. They had the right brand. Any problems that we have had they have bent over backward to get the job done. They are always here for us.

They installed the new furnace and did a very good job, no complains.

Very good experience! Both sales and install personnel were punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly. They answered all of our questions (and we had a lot of questions). They actually quoted a higher price than we were charged, which was a nice surprise! They installed a two-stage, variable speed gas furnace, thermostat, air cleaner, and duct work. The entire project took approximately 6-7 hours. The detail work completed by less experienced workers was not up to our standards (we had to ask them to clean up a little better, left pieces of their duct work on the garage floor, asked them to use our broom on the dust because their broom was not doing an adequate job, they punctured a ceiling tile while installing the condensate line, and they will need to return to re-mortar the intake/exhaust pipes at the brick work; they're in the heating/AC business, not the bricklaying business). With that said, we will contact them to install a new A/C unit in the spring.

I have been using Arendosch for several years now and I like that they give me a senior citizen's discount. I only paid about 70 dollars per unit to be checked and cleaned. I am very satisfied with their service and professionalism. They have also been very prompt and efficient as well.

Service was prompt and my A/C works as a result of this contractor's work. However, I had a problem with one of the service charges. I spoke to a manager of the company and he promptly sent out a reimbursement check for the charge I was disputing. I still feel the overall charge was a bit steep, but the manager assured me that R-22 refrigerant used to charge my A/C unit is skyrocketing in cost. Fair enough.

VERY GOOD PRICE WAS FAIR, ONLY DOWNSIDE, FINISHING OF CONCRETE OUTSIDE WAS NOT AS NEAT AS WANTED. STILL WOULD RECOMMEND. GOOD IN CLEAN UP. GIVE THEM A HEADS UP ON CLEANING.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, HONEST, AND HIS EMPLOYEES ARE PROMPT, FRIENDLY, AND DID A GOOD JOB.

I WAS ABLE TO SET UP A CONVENIENT APPOINTMENT TIME. THE STAFF MEMBER ARRIVED ON TIME, LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS AND EXPLAINED HIS FINDINGS.

THERE WERE NO OBSTRUCTIONS; NO CEILING TILE IN THE BASEMENT, NO FURNITURE TO MOVE, NO CARPETING TO CUT. APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 1 PM. THEY DIDN'T SHOW UNTIL 3:30 and DIDN'T BRING THE RIGHT TOOLS. THEY CAME BACK ON MONDAY and THOUGH THE TECH SAID HE WOULD COME LATE AFTERNOON, THEY CAME AT 11 AM. ESSENTIALLY, I PAID $355 AND TOOK 1-1/2 VACATION DAYS FOR TWO 20-SOMETHINGS TO DO LESS THAN 2 HOURS OF WORK. WHEN I QUESTIONED THE COST, THEY SAID IT WAS BECAUSE THE METAL WAS SO EXPENSIVE (THOUGH THEY TOOK MORE THAN THEY INSTALLED) and THEY COULDN'T (OR WOULDN'T) GIVE ME A COST FOR THE METAL. I ASKED FOR A CO2 TEST and THEY WANTED A $55 DIAGNOSTIC CHARGE IN ADDITION TO THE $25 TEST FEE. I THOUGHT THIS JOB WAS TOO SMALL TO GET QUOTES FOR and SINCE THIS WAS THE COMPANY THAT INSTALLED THE FURNACE FOR THE PREVIOUS OWNERS. I THOUGHT THEY WOULD DO OK BUT, OF ALL THE CONTRACTORS I'VE HAD IN MY HOME FOR THIS REMODEL, ARENDOSH WAS THE ONLY UNRELIABLE and DISHONEST SERVICE. I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT ALLOW THEM IN MY HOME AG
