Description of Work: Installed a sink and toilet, toilet was running one day later. Said he replaced a stack....did not but still charged me for it. Installed a tile floor which looks awful, baseboard is scuffed and never painted, cut the opening for the register vent upside down, cut off the bottom of my bathroom door too high-was splintered and crooked..etc. Took him to the magistrate and I won, never paid me damages. This guy is not a registered plumber, verified with the Allegheny Health Dept. and was told to stop doing all plumbing. Never hire this guy for anything, he can't do anything right!

Response from Anytime Sewer and Drain
Member became a member for the sole purpose of continuing to harass our company. This work was performed over a year ago. This was a referral from a neighbor, who asked us to help her friend out. We are registered with the City, State and County **Angie's List has stringent guidelines in regards to companies being appropriately licensed** Estimate was between $1300 and $2000, IF we had to replace the flange and a portion of the stack, We did not. A simple flange repair was performed. Due to the fact that she had removed the toilet and sink in the bathroom, as a DIY project, and we only reset the existing toilet back in place. We did not file a blue card, which was required, and has since been filed. Actual Work that was done, Removed existing flooring (two layers of linoleum and vinyl tiles), reinforce area around toilet flange, installed backer board, installed customers tile, grouted, and sealed, repaired lavatory water lines, re-piped lavatory drain, repaired toilet supply line, installed shut offs for the lavatory and toilet, installed new supply lines for lavatory and toilet, repaired toilet flange, installed wax ring and bolts for toilet, re-installed customer baseboard, re-installed customers vent cover, made adjustments to door and door frame. removed all debris. She had asked us to hang a mirror, cabinet and light fixture in the bathroom, we were unable to do so due to the size of the cabinet and light fixture, she needed to return items and purchase the correct sizes. We did return to install one of the items listed above at no charge, the other two items were still not the correct sizes, at that time we noticed the door and told her we would replace it, she had stated that it was fine for now. Instead of calling us back to install the items, she decided to take us to court. Regarding the Judgement, the Judge awarded her $500.00 to replace the door and frame, we agreed, all other work that was performed was more than satisfactory, based upon the photographs she presented to the Judge. We did make payment to her in full through the magistrate, as far as we know she has yet to retrieve her money. We are a three time Super Service Award winner with Angie's List and strive to give our customers the kind of treatment that they deserve, The Best. It is too common these days for companies to forget the most important part of their business, Customers!

Description of Work: Cliff came to our house for an estimate of services. He was in a rush and left very quickly. He claimed we didn't need all of the work we thought we did. We have tried to contact him multiple times to follow up and he is non responsive. Very disappointing.

It went very well.
Description of Work: We had a sewer backup in our basement. He came promply and with his tools was able to find and remove small roots from the drain pipe which runs from our house to the street. This opened the sewer. He guarenteed his work for 4 months. To call him in that time and he would come out for free. He also gave us advice of how to treat the sewer with a root remover product to prevent future problems.

Description of Work: Christmas night our pipes backed up and flooded the kitchen- quite a disaster. We managed to unclog it for the most part, but made some calls to emergency plumbers as we weren't sure if it had worked and if we could use the water. Cliff was the only one who returned our call, at ~8:45 Christmas night. He talked us through how to make sure the drains were ok for now, and what to watch for. He spent about 10 minutes on the phone with us, and saved us from a HUGE amount of stress and $$ and time! If we have any further problems, we will definitely call him. Well, they did back up again-- this afternoon. Came down from shower, kitchen flooded. Called him immediately, he was there w/in the hour, cleaned water up with Shop Vac, snaked pipe, cleared clog, gave us good advice on insurance claim, care for wet areas, mold prevention, etc.
