Anytime Sewer and Drain

He was able to let us know where our mystery water was coming from. Thankfully it ended up being a very simple fix!

Cliff and Rebecca arrived on-time, which was great. After an hour of messing around with my kitchen faucet, Cliff replied that this one part was going bad and that it was $70.00 for the part alone. He recommended that I just replace the whole faucet. I had purchased another Psifer faucet at Lowes and he replaced. Now we're going on almost 2 hours and they are both back in the back bathroom. Next thing you know, they are leaving to go purchase a stopper. Came back, installed it, and now we're all in the kitchen. I asked Cliff how much I owed and he said $295.00. By now I'm ready to just get them out of the house. Wrote a check and next thing you know, they're gone. I realized a couple of days later I called Psifer customer support about the original faucet and they told me there was NO WAY that part would have gone bad after only 5 yrs and suggested I send it in to them and they would troubleshoot it. That's when I realized that Cliff and Rebecca took the box my new one came in AND my faucet with them. Mind you, they took the pump soap dispenser that was two months old, also. I have been trying since MLK Day to get with them about it and they are avoiding all of my calls and text messages. Extremely unprofessional and you obviously need to keep your eyes on them at all times.

They have been very good, quick and reasonable. I will recommend and absolutely use them, again.

They came out the day that I called. Diagnosed the problems quickly and efficiently, and provided some troubleshooting tips for the future. Also provided an estimate to replace older parts. Courteous and professional. A responsible local business that I wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Cliff was quick to respond, even on a Sunday morning. He came out within the hour and knew exactly what needed to be done, giving me background information on plumbing basics as he worked. He fixed the broken seal, also fixed the toilet shut off valve since it was hard to turn on. He also went to use the faucets in the laundry sink in the basement, found them difficult to turn (as did I), and fixed them. He found the main shut off was leaking and also fixed that. I was glad to have all fixed as I knew they were a problem, but he took action to make everything work properly. Would gladly hire him again.

Professional and performed quality work in a timely fashion. The price was higher than I had hoped it would be, but that seems to be the case for any plumbing job.

Couldn't be better. The work was completed promptly and efficiently, with minimum disruption and no mess left behind. Cliff was able to provide a good solution to the leak. He even made recommendation in other stuff in the house. I called him on a Sunday morning and he was able to come to house in 30 min and got started in repair right away. I was nice to be able to have the repair done really fast so I could reopen the water in my house.

This is the second time I have called on Cliff from Anytime Sewer and Drain who I found on Angie's List and I am just so extremely pleased with the service received. When Cliff and his assistant arrived he began to look for the leak and through the process we discovered that I had a backup in the pipes that was pretty far down from the second floor. I had been having problems on and off with a clogged sink and tub since I moved into this house but the plumbers on the home warranty contract could never find a problem. Cliff found the problem and fixed it and also found the cause of my leak which turns out I need the tile re-grouted. Cliff is so knowledgable and is extremely efficient. Cliff has top notch problem determination skills and he sees the whole picture. His assistant was knowledgeable as well. I will absolutely use him again and share his name with anyone I know. We had a small amount of water coming through our basement ceiling one day and a deluge a few days later. We used Angie?s List to call Cliff. We thought it might be coming from our kitchen sink but really weren?t sure. We left a message for Cliff and he called us back the same day and set an appointment for the next day. Cliff was friendly and professional. He listened to what we had to say and then investigated the issue. He checked everything and then double checked it. In his investigations he found a few other little things that we were then able to fix before they became bigger, more expensive, problems. It turned out the problem was a pipe in the powder room behind the kitchen. He had to rip out part of the powder room wall to get a good idea of the extent of the problem. It had totally rotted through. Cliff explained all the issues and the different solutions. He spent the time needed to determine the problem. The job was too big to do in the time allotted. He set it up to minimize the leak as much as possible and he promised to come back early the next day and fix everything, which he did. Both times he cleaned up before leaving and made sure the plaster dust from the wall didn?t go all over the house. He did a beautiful job. It has been a week and the leaks are gone and the drain he cleaned out for us runs like a dream. Cliff was nice, professional and an excellent plumber. His fees are very reasonable. A terrific combination and when we need a plumber again, Cliff is the one we are going to call.

I had a recurring problem with the drain box at the bottom of my driveway backing up due to tree roots in the old terra cotta pipes. One of the options to correct this was to dig up and replace the old pipes, which would necessitate going through the driveway, wall and walkway, and approximately 60 feet of ground. The other, more reasonable option was to install a sump pump. I scheduled estimates and asked for solutions from 3 plumbers, but Cliff was the only plumber who looked at the entire situation with the drain AND the downspouts, and looked at where the existing pipe had been discharging the rainwater over the hill behind my house. The other plumbers who came to provide estimates, looked only at the drain box and were here and gone within 15 minutes. . Cliff was the only one who took the time to walk my property to see how the downspouts and drain box pipes were discharging rainwater, to make sure that the solutions he proposed would take care of all of the issues. He then explained exactly how and where he would dig to install the pump and have it connect to the downspout that discharges to the storm sewer. In addition, he took the time to examine both downspouts and showed me that they were not discharging properly. They were both above the curb and the rain water from one of them was actually running back under my driveway. To correct this Cliff cut out a section in the curb and re-cemented a trough for each of the downspouts. Cliff and his helper put in a long, hard day doing a quality job. They were here until almost 8 in the evening to complete everything and remove the debris. They swept the driveway and hosed it down so that there was no dirt or mud anywhere. I feel that Cliff is an outstanding service provider not only because of his attention to detail and thoroughness in assessing the situation, but also because he approaches his work with total professionalism. He treated me with respect and made sure that I understood all that he was doing. I will definitely call Anytime Sewer and Drain for any future plumbing needs.

Cliff returned my call within10 minutes, then came out to our location exactly when he said he would. Cliff was very professional and knowledgeable and was happy to give advice to prevent problems down the road. I highly recommend Cliff and Anytime Sewer & Drain. A real pleasure to do business with!

My external garage drain was clogged and my basement flooded two days in a row. I searched on Angies List for a reputable plumber as I did not have one. I felt the reviews for Anytime Sewer and Drain were excellent so I called this morning at 8:30am. I received a call back in less than one half hour. Cliff said he would be at my home as soon as he finished a job in another part of the city. Cliff was punctual and got right to work. The drain was cleared and then Cliff moved on to check the two sump pumps as I had some conerns they were not working. Cliff found a clog in one of the sump pumps and promptly fixed and tested it, then checked the other sump pump which was operating correctly. Anytime Sewer and Drain is a reputable company and Cliff is knowledgable and efficient. I am extremely satisfied with the service and the company. I will use this company again without a doubt. This is not the first time we've had Cliff out for plumbing issues and he is terrific. Prompt, professional, courteous, friendly and honest. We'll definitely use him again and highly recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

Great. Quickly returned my call Arrived when he said he would Opened a frozen drain. Took care of a hot water pressure relief valve issue. It was a pleasure to deal with Cliff. He knows what he is doing and does it cheerfully and well. He will be my first choice if we have future plumbing problems.

.It was a Saturday and after repeatedly and unsuccessfully plunging a completely clogged toilet, I started looking on Angies list. After dealing with Gillece once I was not going to call the heavy advertisers again and went to the list. He got back to me in about an hour and I explained it was my only toilet. He was there immediately. After a very professional greeting.he got to work immediately. I guess he tried plunging and then went to his truck for a snake which ultimately cleared the clog. I then asked him that if he had time, could he look at the 2 slow running drains. The one was fine (probably my daughters waist long hair and tons of conditioner) and he didn't make up a story about some costly repair. Just said to do a better job cleaning out the drain strainer. The sink drain had pipes corroded so badly (he showed them to me), he replaced the pipe going from drain to wall. I then said "since your here ...". And he kindly obliged changing my shower head. When done, he cleaned up his mess and mine. All said, he did the toilet, 2 drains and the shower head in just about 2 hours and charged $135. I finally found a plumber! He's really a nice guy, was respectful to me and my family, kind to my dog, didn't swear while working, clean, reasonably priced and honest, quick and effective. What more can you want? I'll use him "Anytime" again and you should not hesitate to do so also..

It went extremely well. He communicated well in advance of the visit: promptly returned my initial call, schedule a time, called when he was on his way. He was on time, thorough, and did a great job. He explained everything he found/fixed to me, in as much detail as I wanted. I would definitely recommend him, and will use his services in the future.

Cliff showed up right at 9 a.m. as scheduled and got right to work. The snake that he used was not able to clear the drain so he went to the vacuum and that did the trick. He needed to take down my downspout to do the work and when he finished he got out the ladder and rehung the downspout and reattached the bracket. Everything looks like it wasn't even touched. I would use Cliff again if needed.
