They were unbelievable. I can’t afford a new sewer pipe but he told me how to maintain it. He even looked around my house to see if my toilets were updated and stuff. He was just really good. His personality and everything was very good.

Great service! i called at night and he called right back and came out the next morning. fast response!! you'd be hard pressed to get that kind of response ANYwhere else, unless you want to pay big big bucks for emergency service. he came to my house when he said he would, on time, prepared to deal with the problem, not just look at it. he snaked out the drain and cleaned up in no time at all. he was very polite and friendly. gave helpful tips and advice too. the price was a shocker. he charged what some places might charge just to come out and look at the problem. i was very impressed and will recommend him to all of my friends and family.

I called several places to see if I could get someone to come fix the problem, no one could come fix the problem until Monday, until I called Cliff from Anytime Plumbing, he came to fix the problem, on a Sunday morning, due to my schedule conflicts. WOW, what a life saver! This isn't the first time I have had to gets the roots removed from the drain, it happens about once a year, so I kind of know what to expect. I has very happy that Cliff didn't try to up sell me on his other services, in fact, he told me how I could prevent more roots from growing and causing the same problem. When Cliff was done, he cleaned up everything and then even helped me with another project. I highly recommend Anytime Plumbing (Cliff Kaltreider) to anyone that is in need of these type of services. I will definitely call him again, if I need a plumber.

At 10 p.m. at night, a clog in the sink prevented it from draining. After trying to snake myself, I relized the clog was behind the wall somewhere through a bend or two in the drain line. I called Anytime Sewer and Drain Cleaning but got voicemail. I did not leave a message at first. About 10 minutes later, they saw a missed call and called me. I had an appointment booked for 8 a.m. the next morning. Cliff snaked drain in bathroom that was preventing sink from draining. He was in an out in approximately 40 minutes. Very clean and provided some suggestions on how to address this situation in the future. Would call this company again in a heartbeat for service. Very responsive. The call back is what impressed me. I've left voicemails for companies and don't get a call back for days/weeks/if ever. They called me because I tried to call. That's the sign of a company that wants your business! A+++++

There was another plumber that came out and did it improperly. I had water coming out of it so it was awful. Anytime Sewer & Drain Cleaning came out and fixed it. In our bathroom upstairs, there were these turning knobs that looked like plus signs, one looked like a plus sign and another looked like an X. He took it apart twice, worked with out and adjusted it beautifully. It turns the right way now, so there is no problem. He's great and I've used him before to install a sump pump for us.

I was pleased from the first phone call to the end. He talks to you personally, he is very nice and an honest business owner. He came himself to do the job although it was not a large one - just a clog needing unclogged.

Cliff came quickly on a last-minute call even though he was swamped, which was greatly appreciated. He was personable, professional, clearly knew his stuff, and even threw in a few helpful pointers along the way. He did the job quickly and left my bathrooms cleaner than they were when he arrived. If you have to have a "plumbing experience," it's nice to have an enjoyable one. The price was also right - the big companies wanted to charge me twice what I paid. I would call again in a second.

We called Cliff in the evening after noticing water around the outside of our sump pump. He came to our house 30-45 minutes later, inspected the sump pump and gave us a free estimate, which we found reasonable. He said that he would return the following day to replace the sump pump. He called the next day to let us know that he was dealing with a plumbing emergency and gave us an estimated time of his arrival. He arrived at the time expected and completed the work. He explained the warranty, answered all of our questions, and left the area very neat. He was extremely professional and willing to accommodate my work schedule. We will definitely be using him again.

Cliff called Weds. morning to tell me he was stuck at a job and running several hours behind. I told him I would be home all day -- and to take his time. Several hours later he and another gentleman showed and spent 20 minutes inspecting my toilets. His conclusion: Replace one toilet (too much calcium and bits of a decaying washer were blocking the water channels along the rim). The other needed a good cleaning with CLR to de-calcify. He described how to clean the toilet -- and asked if I wanted him to do it for me. I said I would take care of cleaning - seemed easy enough. I asked what I owed him -- and he said "no charge" on account of him being so late from the original appointment time. That was a very nice and unexpected gesture. It's rare that a contractor or service provider does that anymore. I hope this review helps someone looking for the service select Anytime Sewer Cleaning. I would definately recommend them to others. We has a great experience. Cliff was slightly late but actually gave us a discount for being late. He snaked the drain, cleaned the tub, and gave us advice about how to keep the drain cleaner in the future. Very conscientiousness, polite, and clean. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

Main drain leading from the house to the street clogged on Sunday. I called Anytime Sewer and Drain Cleaning on Monday morning, and they said they would arrive between 2 and 3 pm. The owner Cliff arrived during that time period and got right to work. After snaking out a short distance (20 feet?), the clog was cleared but not to Cliff's satisfaction. So, he hauled additional snake into the basement and snaked out 60 feet (which is probably enough to go out to the main sewer line). After Cliff was finished, he mopped the basement floor, hauled his heavy equipment up the basement steps, cleaned the muddy footprints from the landing, and was finished. Cliff was very personable and answered all of my questions.

Because the shower drain was clogged during the holiday season, I was concerned that I would have trouble getting someone to service it that day. Fortunately, Anytime Sewer and Drain Cleaning was available and agreed to stop by that day. They were good about contacting us when they were running an hour behind schedule. Upon arrival, they completed the work as expected and shared other useful information to help with other related issues.

Anytime Sewer was very responsive and kept me informed as to their availability. The plumber was very knowledgeable, and was able to clear the clog in about 30 - 45 minutes using an electric snake. He was also neat and cleaned up after the work was done...all those icky cobwebs and spiders we keep behind the washer and dryer :-). A nice man and he gives an Angie's List discount.

After getting a quote for $1400 from Gillece to replace a malfuncting toilet, I contacted Anytime. They came out the next day to assess the problem and gave me an estimate. He purchased the toilet and installed it the following day. He actual bought a better model than originally agreed without increasing the cost of the repair. He was a nice guy and did good work. I would use him again. I recommended him to my neighbor.

we had a plumber give us an estimate for $1000 to clean drain, and i didn't think that sounded correct, so i found anytime plumbing and they came out that day and all the drain needed was snaked due to paper towels flushed down the toilet. and all i had to pay was $95. excellent professional service.
