Description of Work: Made an evaluation of what needed completed. Applied clear silicone water repellent to entire chimney, installed stainless steel chimney top damper, removed existing cement crown on chimney top and installed new one, installed new gas line and gas log system. Kept everything clean. | |No leaks to date. Fireplace working nicely. Very happy.

+ -1 morePOOR. A PHONE CALL ISN'T TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR. ACTUALLY, FOR SOMEONE THAT WORKS 9-5, M-F, WHICH I'M SURE INCLUDES A LOT OF PEOPLE, IT SHOULDN'T BE TOO MUCH TO ASK IF A CONTRACTOR CAN COME OVER AFTER THOSE HOURS.
Description of Work: CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE. ASKED IF THEY COULD COME AFTER 5 OR ON THE WEEKEND. SHE SAID THEY DON'T USUALLY DO THAT, BUT THAT SHE'D ASK AND CALL ME BACK. SHE NEVER CALLED BACK.
