In addition to needing a new downspout, the gutter on the front of my house was pulling away from the corners of the house. Zac was very prompt in returning my call and was able to take a look at the job and give me an estimate very quickly. I agreed to the estimate and he told me he would do the job as soon as the weather permitted. I asked his advice on leaf guards and he recommended the foam inserts. He told me that they were readily available at the big box home improvement stores and that if I picked them up, he would install them at no extra charge. He contacted me when the weather started warming up and told me which day he could do the job. I agreed on the date and when I got home from work, the job was complete and the site was clean. Other than the job being complete, there was no evidence that he had been there. Zac contacted me that evening making sure that the work was done to my satisfaction and said that he would send an invoice which matched the estimate previously given. The work looks great and the gutters are functioning as gutters should. I will definitely call Zac the next time that I need work done.

Went great - we had to keep rescheduling due to cold weather, but Zach and his team were done in a day, and the results look terrific (& I would not have known they had been here if I hadn't seen them before I left for work) ... when the snow and ice finally melt, I'll really appreciate what they did. I will use Zach and Always Perfect again.

The whole experience was very good. They arrived when they said they would and finished exactly when they estimated they would. The quality of the work was very good, and Zach (the contractor) was very friendly and approachable. They discussed the job in detail and did exactly what we discussed.

I had Zach and his team do my front porch in 2012. I was so happy that I had them do my box gutters in 2013. These guys work like animals. They were there early every day and would work until it was dark. They would work Saturdays. If you have a big job that you don't want to linger, call these guys. The price may not have been the lowest, but it was reasonable, and you get what you pay for. The work was done fast and looks great. I will probably need a new roof in 5 year or so, and will definitely call these guys again.

My experience with Always Perfect Contracting was great! I received a timely call back after my initial enquiry. Zach promptly looked at the work to be done, e-mailed a proposal and it was very reasonably priced. They showed up on time, did a thorough job, and were quite agreeable when I asked for some slight changes to be made and added to the gutter installation. They worked very hard to complete my project in one day and the new gutters look wonderful. I was pleased with the end result and will consider calling Always Perfect for work in the future.

Zac was very quick to answer my request. had an estimate for me within a day and a half (as promised). told me upfront that he was scheduled a month out so I knew there would be a schedule lull. he scheduled me to fit my work schedule. Was very professional and I am very happy with the work performed. Will be calling him again for future work needed.

Zach was here the day he said he would be, called before he came. Did some work on gutters, cleaned them and inspected my roof. Even took pictures of the roof with his tablet to show me any problems he found. Thought that was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable, would definitely call again.

This was the 3rd time I've had Zach and his crew do work for me. Overall this project went quite smoothly and was many months in the planning. This was not expected to be an easy job considering the high roof and limited space between our house and neighbors to work. Also, the dumpster had to be 1/2 block away. Zach was professional throughout, responsive, and was flexible in dealing with the various challenges our property presented. His bid was in line with others I received, but he was more upfront about the potential expenses that I should expect if the roof sheathing was in bad shape. This willingness set his bid apart as I had a much better idea of what the worst case could be. Luckily, I didn't need to go down that path, but it put me in a better position when budgeting for the project. Removing a slate roof is not a "clean" operation by any stretch, but Zach made an excellent effort in protecting our property and our neighbors and they did a top-notch job cleaning up at the end. I have not experienced any issues with the new roof, but I'm certain that Zach will stand behind his work if I ever do and I would gladly recommend him to others.

Always Perfect along with 3 other bidders came to the house and offered a bid. AP's bid was the middle of the pricing of the 3 submitted. However, his explanation was more in depth. Zachary Scholze was the only one that climbed the ladders to the 2nd story roof. He noted a discrepancy on how the front gutter was originally installed. As agreed, the job was done at the end of the fall and beginning of the spring. No problems at all. Highly recommended.

He inspected the gutter from the ground and thought it might need to be re-attached. He came back a second time with a ladder and repaired it quickly. It was easy to reach him. He arrived promptly as scheduled (twice). He assessed the problem quickly and resolved it to my satisfaction.

He came and cleaned the gutter. He did very well. The job was very good. I liked him a lot. I asked him for another estimate too to fix the flashing, and the roof angles. He may be fixing my roof over my windows. He gave me two different ways to fix the problem by providing two different estimates.

They did an excellent job. The plaster under the wallpaper needed more work than expected and Zach's crew worked hard and carefully to get the surface perfect before starting the painting of two coats. I had discovered that Zach also did this type of work when he installed our new roof and gutters last fall. Seeing the care they took on that job and the good results ,we had no hesitation to hire him again. We have been very pleased with the results. While chatting with Zach during a break, my wife mentioned that I had to clean out one of our gutters. Zach asked if he could borrow our ladder , climbed up on the roof and cleared it out for us!! How many contractors go the extra mile like this!! As they were cleaning up our dining room after finishing the work, I noted one of the crew carefully cleaning the individual candle lights on the chandelier. This attention to detail and care reflects true professional workmanship. I recommend him highly.

A tree had damaged our roof and we had a long running problem with a sagging box gutter at the front of the house. We did our research using Angie's List, collected a couple other bids from other respectable contractors, and selected Always Perfect Contracting. Zach was personable and professional, as was his crew. Their price was good and the work was completed on time and at the price that was quoted. They did a great job, even going above an beyond by fixing an exterior step which had just broken before they had arrived to begin work. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

He did a great job! He was quite responsive and a pleasant guy to work with. He was very quick on the job. I no longer have a leaky roof.

I called Zack because I had 6 shingle that had blown off my very steep roof. He scheduled an appointment with me and he called prior to coming to verify our appointment. He quoted me a price that was very reasonable and better than other estimates I received. He was able to do the work immediately. The work was great and I was very pleased. Because my shingles were originally not nailed on properly, Zack offered to secure the other shingles around the area as well. He was very friendly, knowlegeable, and helpful. I would feel very confident in using his services again in the future, and I would highly recommend him.

Zach did a great job for us, and we were impressed with his honesty and workmanship. He helped us choose the best color match for the new downspouts (based on the color of our garage door and front door trim), and was able to install them shortly thereafter. He not only did an excellent job installing the new downspouts, but also corrected other issues that he found while doing the job...at no additional cost. He hauled away the old downspouts and was careful to not damage the yard and landscaping around our house during the job

Have had a lot of problems recently with my gutters and downspouts. Wasn't sure who to call and finally found Zach on here. He came immediately and fixed all problems. Zach was very courteous and helpful and I look forward to using his services in the future.

I was contacted by my Daughter In Law's roof problem! It seems the down spout on their gutter had come down and they needed help! I immediately went to Angie's List as my go to source of all home repairs and suggested Always Perfect Contracting! My Daughter in Law called Always Perfect on May 9th 2014 and made an appointment! Zach and his crew checked out the problem and gave Cheryl (Daughter in Law) a quote which she accepted. They arrived on May 14th at 6:00 p.m. and finished replacing the down spout and cleaning up by 6:30 p.m. Zack from Always perfect said they would need more gutter work which may be done next month!!! Clean up and work was exceptional and Cheryl said she would hire them again and tell her friends about them and Angie's List!!!!

Even when a woman rear ended their parked work truck on the street, the guys, after making sure she was okay, continued to get the work done. They came across some unexpected wood damage and fairly added to the quote, getting everything done in one day.

We agreed on a price. Zach said he would be out in the next 2 weeks. Called a day later and came out the next day. Install complete as quickly and with the quality always provided. Needed some trim wood to make perfect. Went and picked up and finished. No issues or extras. Just wanted it perfect like we did.
