These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5).

Very well. Always Perfect Contracting was very professional, they gave an accurate bid on the work and accurate estimate of the time needed. They did an excellent job and the new roof looks terrific and have new, well installed gutters is excellent.

I had interviewed 2 other roofers but these guys impressed me. The actual work was even better! I’m expecting to be dry for the rest of my life. They left and the only sign that they had been here was the nicest roof in the neighborhood. You need these guys!

Zach and his team were excellent. They replaced all of the sheathing and shingles of my roof in one and a half days. They were efficient and did great work.

I did a lot of research on nextdoor before contacting Zach, and I did not disappoint. He is honest and his quote is very competitively priced. Will hire him again if the roof breaks down after 15 years.

Zach and his team did an exceptional job, making short work of re-roofing my detached garage. Communication with Zach was seamless. Additionally, not only did the team show up on time, they finished early. To top it all off, they did a great job cleaning up. I couldn't be happier with the work, and I've already asked Zach to quote other jobs I need help on.

We've hired Zach and his team to take care of a handful of projects over the past 5-6 years. Work quality is excellent and prices are fair.

Zach is a hardworking and honest contractor. He replaced some leaking skylights, and repaired a section of roof that was leaking around another. He and his crew put in more than a full days work staying late to finish the job. His price was very fair and I would definitely hire him again. Of note, he also knows his limitations and did not attempt to work on a larger flat roof and gave me some recommendations for someone to call for that. Much better than working on it and having a bad outcome down the road. I appreciated this honesty.

These guys are the best in the game - I've hired them for 3 separate projects at this point. I hired Burns & Scalo for the same projects a few years back. Burns & Scalo charged me twice as much but did half as good of work. I saw these guys working on a house across the street and I've been using them ever since. They're honest & hardworking (they were doing 12 hour days working on my gutters under headlamp to make sure they were complete before a big storm). At this point I wish they were paying me a referral fee for the number of times I've recommended them to other people.

Zack is a wonderful person and businessman. This is the second job he did for us and the work was done well and in a timely manner. I would definitely hire him again.

I hired Zack based on the good online reviews. He is one of the most honest person I have come across and his work is excellent. He did a couple of jobs and on both the jobs, he made an adjustment (discount) because the work took less than the anticipated time (never heard of such adjustments before). I highly recommend Zack for any kind of roof work.

I first met Zach due to some serious roof and chimney work we needed. Since then we've had him clean our gutters; he always does an excellent job.

I bought the roof maintenance deal on Angies list and will definitely do it again. My house is small so Zach did not even charge me the full price...I did not even ask him to discount it. I am very happy with his service and even more happy that I found an honest, capable company for all my future roofing needs. I would definitely recommend calling them for all your roofing needs.

Zach came and gave us an estimate for a roof replacement and converting our box gutters. He was one of the only roofers that were willing to walk the roof, and then offered candid feedback and suggestions and provided a quote a few days after seeing the project. Ultimately, we decided to go with a different option and scaled back the scope of the job, but I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call in the future for any roofing projects.

It was so easy to book him. I told him what the issue was. He was honest about his timeframe, came the day he said he would and was the ONLY contractor I could find that would actually climb on the roof to look at the job before giving me a quote (I didn't want any surprises and I wasn't totally sure what was needed.) He came the day he said he would, did the job well, charged what he said he would. RELIABLE AND AFFORDABLE CONTRACTOR!

Zach was very communicative and punctual. He was cheerful and ready to explain how he was going to perform the job by disassembling and reinstalling. He was able to complete the work in the expected time, and to my satisfaction. I definitely plan on relying on Always Perfect Contracting again in the future!

I rarely write reviews but I was very impressed with Zach and his crew. First of all, he returned calls promptly and showed up when he said he would. They did a fantastic job replacing the gutters and a year later, we are having no problems, no drips and are still happy. We have contacted Zach to do a few small things since and again, he was always prompt and got the work done. I highly recommend Always Perfect Contracting.

I originally had used Zach and his crew services in the past for gutter cleaning. They were always easy to work with and on time. When inspecting my roof Zach mentioned that my front porch roof was dipping in from deteriorated decking. Since the roof was already close to end of life he repaired the decking, replaced the roof and flashing, and added new gutters. His crew was extremely professional and completed the job quickly.
