Zach and his crew were incredibly polite. They were efficient and got the work done in a timely fashion. It looks incredible. They were one of the few contractors that were willing to remove our old box gutters and replace them with new standard gutters and put a new roof over the old metal roof. Given the scope of work, the price was really quite fair and they left the work area in better shape than they found it. I actually suggest Zach every time someone asks if I know a good contractor.

Zach and his crew did a wonderful job, as always (this is the fifth job he's done for me on two different houses). He takes photos and explains everything, including what needs to be done, what can wait, and why he is suggesting a particular approach. He is a good and honest communicator and is great working on older houses with special needs.

Always Perfect was prompt, easy to deal with, and reasonably priced. If I had any questions or concerns they handled them promptly.

Zach did an excellent job regarding gutter cleaning. In addition to the gutter work, he spotted a problem with the trim around my window that I never noticed before. Even though he tried to correct the problem during the visit, it turned out to be more involved and will require additional work to fix. Zach was very patient and answered all my questions concerning this problem. I would definitely hire Zach to do any repairs around my home.

Everything Zach did was excellent. I especially like the James Hardie brand fiber cement siding he put on our chimney: he was able to perfectly match it to the other wooden siding on our house, so it looks great and we can trust it'll protect the chimney. It's been a stormy summer since he put it up and we've had no leaks or other issues. The roof looks great, too. He and his assistant were professional and prompt. I'm very happy with the work they did and will certainly hire them again.

One word...Outstanding. Zach responded very quickly to my request and provided a written contract for the work. After several delays due to weather conditions, Zach completed the job in a very satisfactory manner. In fact, he went above and beyond the work outlined in the contract. He was very prompt in returning phone calls necessary to set up a time to do the job. Zach is very cooperative and easy to deal with and does excellent work. I would definitely recommend him for future jobs. Always Perfect Contracting did a perfect job.

I called Zack and he said he would be happy to look at it, and he would call me the following week when his schedule allowed. He called and set up a time. He came out, looked at the problem, cleaned the gutters, and installed a filter on the front problem area. He said that the reason it would stay fixed was because of the trees near that part of the gutter/downspout area. The sticks and leaves thrown by the sycamore particularly were causing a blockage. The filter sits in the downspout and sticks up a bit so the twigs don't catch the leaves so much. The diagnosis appears to have been right! The last two rains there has been no spattering or erosion! He arrived on time, did a great diagnosis that was remedied immediately and cleaned the gutters...all done, solved.

Zach responds quickly. New gutters were installed, along with a small roof repair. No problems. Reasonable prices. Definitely recommend.

They responded quickly to my request. They did the job quickly and the price seemed right. My interactions with them were very good. It's a little hard to say how the work turned out. It's actually one of the reasons why I hadn't submitted a review for them. It didn't solve the problem, but on the other hand I'm not sure that was their fault; that is, I may have had them repairing the wrong thing.

I think he was very good. I don't have any negatives to say about this company. He returned my phone calls quickly when I called for an estimate. He showed up on time and did exactly what he was supposed to do. He left everything all clean (and there) were no problems at all. I can't get up there on the roof to look at it; I guess it worked okay.

Great! From estimate visit to completion, Zack came out when he said he would, and was honest in declining additional work requests because he wasn't an expert in those areas. The work he did was first rate. Affable and easy-going, pleasure to do business with. Definitely recommend and will hire again as needed. Reasonable pricing and he broke out proposal by individual sub jobs that gave me the option to choose what I decided to go ahead with. I went and did it all and am glad I did!

They are doing some work for us. They have started it, but not completed it yet. We're kind of on hold right now because of the weather. They're installed the down spouts, but it was too cold to paint. They have completed approximately 50% of the work. The estimate was free. We have box gutters. They're not like the typical aluminum gutters you slap onto the side of a house. They are built into the home. He was very thorough in evaluating the problem. I had confidence that I would not have to have him come back later or that he'd be coming back for more money. He was very thorough. He got up on the roof on both the second and on top of the third floor. His response with the quote was pretty quick. He was very professional about it. The only piece was he had other work going on, so there was a significant delay from him getting the quote completed, us saying yes to go forward to him doing the work. That sort of pushed it so that there was no chance of the job being completed. We knew it was a risk when he completed the quote. He said he had other jobs and the jobs took longer than expected, so it did push his work out by probably a month. At that point, he couldn't do the whole job. We were ok with that, but I wouldn't say it was a black mark because he was very upfront with the challenges he had to do before he could do us. We didn't get multiple quotes on this because he came with recommendations from both Angie's List and our local list serve, where we track people in our neighborhood who are doing work. So I can't speak to the competitiveness. The quality of the work was good. He had to work with the challenges of not being able to sink some screws into some loose mortar. We have some loose mortar, so he worked through that. It was a long day for him and he was there a long time. But he got it all done. He always returned my phone calls. When he said he'd be here, he was here. On-time. Didn't have to wait for him.

Cleaned corner of gutter and connected downspout. Took less than 1 hr. Went fine. Zach recommended a product to shield gutters from debris for future. Zach seems professional and courteous.
