It was a small job but we were pleased with it. He was very responsive, service oriented, and pleased me as the customer. His pricing was pretty reasonable.

I called Zach on the recommendation of another Angie's list contractor when it became obvious that the snow and snow melt had done damage. He replied promptly, and we agreed he'd come out and do an estimate when the snow had melted enough. Ten days or a week later, when there had been some melting, Zach called, and we made an appointment for an estimate in a few days. He showed up on time, and ready to do the estimate. I wanted him to see the damage inside caused by leaks, so he'd have a better sense of where to look on the roof. Without my asking, he took his shoes off -- a real point in his favor and not something all contractors with muddy boots think of. He took a good look around inside, then outside. In just a few days I had his estimate. We agreed to have him come out and re-attach a down spout and clean the gutters ASAP, and we are going to have our insurance carrier review his estimate for the roof damage job. He showed up on time to do the downspout and gutter cleaning, and while here estimated another job for me. He did a very good job and he and his helper were quick, thorough and cleaned up well.

I called Zach, asked for a quote. He provided one within a couple of days, and was thorough. I scheduled the service that day, and it was completed professionally within one week, while it was still poor weather. I would definitely recommend.

He is very particular and a perfectionist with his work. He is pleasant, prompt, cooperative and a wonderful individual. I would use him for any job. He is not just good he is superior. I have used many contractors and there is no one like Zachary.

Came out and gave estimate in atimely and detailed way.Showed me pictures of the damage . Offered 2 estimates one for just repair and one for whole new roof which I opted for. Showed up on time. Took good care of the place ithe yard from debrisn protecting the rest of and my neighbors yard as well.

Quick response with estimate in June. A little more than other bids, but there was a lot of peeling and Zach described a more thorough prep process than the others. He followed up in July to schedule the work and showed up as promised. Work took three days. Prep work was excellent, clean-up excellent, painting very good. Would use again.

I've never got a price from them, they came to my house almost 2 weeks after I called, I've never got a pirce frorm them even I called after the left, they told me that they were going to E-mail to me the quote, I told them my E-mail address and I didn't hear anything back until now. I'm very disappointed.

An estimate was provided promptly, and was less than I expected to pay. The work was done as quickly as the weather would allow. There was a slight delay due to the wet weather, which increased drying times. The work was professional and entirely satisfactory. All of the work area was cleaned before the work was considered complete by the owner, Mr. Scholze. This included cleaning up after an accidental spill, leaving no trace.

Zack and Ryan are excellent workers and did a professional job for us. They were on time and extremely courteous. A problem with the toilet showed up in the bathroom but they were able to solve that quickly by raising it up. In the kitchen we wanted to add some decorative inserts but in the experimental stage they looked too overwhelming. Zack's input helped keep the element we wanted while staying within our space limitations. The floors look awesome! During the course of these jobs, we found out Zack has many talents one of which is fixing flat roofs. They came back, did a torch-down roof on our garage, and stopped a leak that had been there for years. We would highly recommend them for household remodeling.

Came out promptly to give us an estimate. Did the work sooner than we expected.The job was thorough including proper surface preparation. The house looks great.

I had used this company once before. We were impressed with his thorough preparation of the surfaces. He is a quiet worker and thoroughly professional. He does the work in an orderly fashion. He is either on or under budget. He does the work during professional hours and within the time agreed upon.

Zach answered my initial email promptly and came to give me an estimate soon afterward. He did not ask for any money until he actually came to start the work, which took about a week to complete. Zach and his co-worker, Ryan, were nice to work with, and professional. They showed up when they said they would, were pleasant and cheerful, and were considerate of our schedules. We were home some days, and out others, but were not uncomfortable leaving them alone in our home at any time. They worked steadily, and were neat and careful; when they were finished, I hardly found a speck of stray paint anywhere. I had made a fuss about my grand piano and hardwood floors, and they were careful to protect both. Zach was also patient when I did not like the way the living room turned out initially, making several trips to the paint store, painting sample spots for me, and eventually repainting the entire room. He also lowered the cost of painting the doors substantially over the initial estimate, as the work did not take as long as he had thought it would. I hired Zach to clean and paint a deck at my mother's house, and have asked him to come back during the winter, after I have some wallpapering done, to do more painting for me. I would not hesitate to recommend Always Perfect Painting to others.

It went wonderfully. They were efficient, they showed up when they said they would, they were courteous, and they did a very good job. I was very satisfied with the work. I would highly recommend them.

I took 4 bids from painters highly rated on Angie's List and hired a painter who bid me less than a third what Always Perfect was asking, and was extremely pleased with the quality of the work. Of the 4 bids, two estimated roughly half and one less than a third of the Always Perfect bid. He may do beautiful work, but I received beautiful work for a third of the estimate Always Perfect gave me.

Changed my work schedule to meet him for an estimate; only to have him call a few hours before our appointment to say that the time was not good and he would have to move my appt. up by a few hours or had to reschedule for another day. So to keep my appt. I adjusted my work schedule again. In the end, he gave me a ridiculously "large" estimate. Just had my 4th estimate today for the same project. The painting of two average size rooms w/ slanted ceilings. He overbid by "thousands" of dollars, no else even came close to his estimate. He stated all these other things that needed done. Not only did I inconvenience myself twice to try and accommodate his schedule, he completely wasted my time. No one's paint job can be THAT much better than everyone else.

Zack and his crew did an excellent job. His prices are fair and, despite his youth, he is a hard worker who is responsible and reliable. We had a few minor issues that needed to be addressed afterwards (mainly seedlings that had blown onto the deck and dried into the stain). Zack returned and took care of everything. I would definitely recommend him.

They did a great job. Zach is very professional. He does the estimate and you go on his waiting list, then he calls you about a week before he is ready to come. He was always on time. I was away so gave him the keys to the house and it worked fine. Zach is easy to reach by phone. He is very attentive to details, such as cleaning any spattered paint and cleaning up after the painting is done.

I am very pleased with Always Perfect Painting. They finished the job quickly and for a very reasonable price. The paint job looks great, and they cleaned up after themselves.

I found Always Perfect Painting on Angie's List, and was impressed with their professionalism from the very first estimate right through to the carrying down to the basement of the last paint can. This was an extensive painting and plastering job, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! As a matter of fact, several contractors who came into my house for other reasons commented independently on how good the plastering job looked! As far as the painting was concerned, their work lived up to the company's name. They all showed up on time, worked steadily, cleanly and efficiently, and were always polite and respectful. I certainly plan to use Always Perfect Painting again, and give them a wholehearted recommendation with absolutely no reservation.

I'm very pleased with the results. Zach was very pleasant to work with. He and his co-worker did exactly the kind of finish on the walls that I hoped for. They look great! The clean-up afterwards was excellent.

They were able to start right away. They worked full days when they were here. They were at my house a total of three days and stayed fairly late on the third day to ensure they finished in the amount of time stated.

The work was done very neatly and carefully. Damage woodward was sanded and patched. Since we were not sure whether the most recent paint job had been with oil or latex, Zach applied a primer and two coats of semigloss latex.
