Returned phone call right away. Provided a thorough detailed estimate of work. More so than the other contractors I had talked to. Arrived as said. Worked with my schedule. Managed to replaced copper flashing, fix gutters and slate tiles all in one day! Would hire Zach again!

The work was excellent. Top notch drywall work, in my opinion. The painting was superb. My only complaint is that they left my entire house a filthy mess from all the drywall dust. I was informed that it would be a dirty job, but i did think they would do a better job cleaning up. I actually had to pay $200 for professional carpet cleaning service.

Their bid was exactly what my insurance co. had estimated. They were polite, intelligent, considerate and had lots of equipment. They were also meticulous in the work they performed and in the clean-up afterward.

I was real impressed with comments from other people about the company. They are really, really backed up and it took 1 1/2 months for them to come to do the estimate. They did the estimate the end of September and they said that the earliest they could do the work would be the beginning of next year. I couldn't wait that long. They did come out as they promised. They were very professional and I really liked them.

Always Perfect Contracting worked around our schedule and once they began the roof was replaced in less than 2 days.

The gentleman that answered the phone was honest and forthright; they have too many contracts right now to consider taking on any more work. While I was disappointed (they were top-rated on Angie's List) it was refreshing to have an honest answer right away. Because of the rating on Angie's and his honesty in this case, I would certainly call them again if we need future repairs or services.

The work turned out very well. Those guys are really good! They are prompt, professional and very neat. I always feel very good about calling them.

We solicited an estimate from Always Perfect to replace the roof on our house. The gentleman who came to the house was responsive to questions and on time. He generated a quote but it was obvious from the quote and things he said on-site that he wasn't really familiar with how to handle the type of gutters we have on the house (box gutters). Add in the fact that his quote was the highest of the four we solicited and we decided to go with another roofer. We might use the firm for other jobs but not for a roof with box gutters.

I was very pleased with their responsiveness and their professionalism. I would not hesitate to use them in the future. The way they were doing business by calling me back shows how they are professional. I did call about 12 other providers. 2 of them returned my call and the others did not return my call, they made promises they could not keep or they were very short with me over the phone.

I noticed drops of water forming along a crack in the ceiling in the upstairs bedroom after several days of continuous rain. I contacted the contactor to see what the problem was with the roof. I received an immediate response. Mr. Scholze checked the roof and took pictures to show me what was going on. He said he could give me an estimate but would not be able to do the work right away because of prior obligations. That was ok with me. It turns out he called me a couple of weeks later and was able to do the job. The job was completed in 2 days, even though it was freezing cold outside. The whole experience was very professional and I would hire him again.

Called the company and there was a message that explained how busy the company was and when roof checking would begin. Was very helpful in informing how long a wait there would be for any service which is very good business.

I called 6 roofing companies to come fix my roof. Only Always Perfect showed up. They gave me an estimate 2 months ago but failed to come back and do the work.

Of the roofers we had come to our house Always Perfect was the only roofer to provide us with a written quote. He was very responsive and easy to reach. We've decided to wait to put on a new roof until next spring.

After this busy winter, Zach arrived within a week, looked at all areas of damage inside of the house and provided an estimate. It took several weeks before he had time to perform the work, but this was expected. The work was done quickly and all workers were professional and polite. Cleaned all debris after job was completed.

Wonderful! Very quick and fair and excellent all around. Lives up to the name "Always Perfect."

This was immediately after a series of heavy thunderstorms causing all the gutter people to be really busy. Zach came out within a very short period of time after I called him (I think within a couple days) to give me a free estimate. He later emailed me (it seemed to take quite a few days from what I remember) with the estimate and said he could do the work in about 2 weeks. I agreed to it and right on the 14th day from that point he came over to do the work and left the bill which matched his estimate. I appreciate him being able to squeeze me in at a busy time, and like I said his work resolved the problems I was having. I would use him again.

Once I contacted Zach he came out to the house and gave me an estimate within a few days. The estimate was less than another I had received. I felt like he listened to what my thoughts and needs were, made suggestions as to different ways things could be done and wrote up the estimate. I was given approximate start time of 4-6 wks but it ended up being closer to 8 wks because of the rain this spring. Zach kept in contact with me during those weeks to keep me updated as to when he thought he would be able to do my work. They arrived on the day scheduled, which I appreciated because I work part-time and had arranged to be home when possible. During the work on the gutters, they found that one of my drains was completely clogged from ground level to the exit point and suggested I get a plumber out to clear it before they put the new down spout on. The work looks great and even with the hard rains we have had since, the gutters worked perfectly.

The crew arrived exactly on time and after about 5 minutes to go over everything, we left. It took three days for them to replaster/fix and paint the rooms. At the end of the third day, we realistically expected to come home to a big mess, but were pleasantly surprised to find that they cleaned up, put furniture back to the best of their ability and even re-hung the drapes. One person came back on Friday morning to finish the last room and did just as good a job as the entire crew did. I wish to highly recommend this Company and will certainly use them again if the need arises.

I really liked them and they came quickly. They were able to come and do the estimate as soon as the weather allowed. There were a few other things that we found that we hadn't called them to look at. The price was very reasonable.

Worked diligently while on site and even completed work on a Sunday due to weather. Cleaned up totally after themselves. Would definately use again.

Zac was great to work with. He did a very nice job, was affordable and pleasant to talk with. I would surely recommend Always Perfect Contracting for minor roof repair.

He replaced most of it. I wasn't home. His saw tripped a breaker and he couldn't finish the gate. The rest of it is done and it is quite satisfactory. I called him and asked to get an estimate. He came out and he scheduled a time that was convenient to both of us. He could have come out sooner, but it wasn't convenient for me so he came out within 2 days. I asked him for a verbal estimate over the phone first until I could decide between him and another contractor and then I asked him for a written one when I chose him so that I could submit it to the Home Owners Insurance. His estimate was in the same range as the other person, but I just felt like his ratings were so high on Angie's List and I felt comfortable when I was talking to him. He convinced me that he did have the knowledge for slate roofs and how to handle them. When I talked to him, he talked about putting down some kind of lining that would prevent water from backing up into the eaves from the gutters. The other contractor hadn't mentioned that. That clinched it for me and I decided to use him. He seemed to not charge the least amount, but he seemed to be concerned with the overall quality. I just wanted it to be fixed right and done well. This is a slate roof that we have had on since the house was built. They are very good roofs if you take care of them, so I wanted to make sure that it was done right. Money was not that much of a problem because this was going to be covered by Home Owners. I just felt that he was the best person for the job. The price was not the cheapest, but it was definitely fair. We have got him coming to paint our house.
