Zack and associate replaced missing shingles on the roof. They were efficient, considerate, and hopefully thorough and successful in covering over the holes! The cost for the job was reasonable (took about 3 hours total).

Zachary called us back promptly to schedule an estimate and was able to come out within a few days. He examined the inside of the house where we had the leak and climbed up to the roof to look at the flashing around the chimney. He gave us a reasonable estimate and was very professional. His team was later than expected when arriving for the work a week later, but Zach called us ahead of time to let us know that they were running late, which was much appreciated. They completed the work efficiently. I will definitely call them again for other jobs that may be necessary.

They are trustworthy. We are very comfortable with them.

We have had periodic leaks in our dining room for 45 years. It was time to replace the distressed ceiling. Zach discovered a definite cause for some (hopefully all) of the leaks: improperly installed flashing. We decided to have all the flashing around the house replaced properly. And then we decided to have all the windows recaulked. The redundant convection vents at the peak of the roof were to be removed also. The dining room ceiling was a mess... this was our original goal and the job grew. But these guys were able to handle many different tasks. Zack promptly supplied a reasonable bid to do all of these things and we were off. Zach and two very nice and very capable workers handled the flashing and caulking first and then worked in our dining room. The dining room was very nicely shut off from the rest of the house with heavy duty plastic with zippers allowing them to pass in and out. It was quite messy and dirty where they were working and we barely knew it. They covered our wood floors with plastic and corrugated cardboard to protect it from falling ceiling pieces. They worked hard and steadily, always cleaning up after themselves at the end of every day. They made the job as pleasant as it could have been for us. The results look great. I didn't realize when we signed the contract that they would be painting the entire room after the ceiling was completed. They even cleaned the floor with a wet rag.

They did a great job. They are very friendly and courteous. We highly recommend their service.

I have renovated two homes and these guys are by far the best contractors that I have ever dealt with; they are punctual, clean up their debris, and do excellent work.

I received a very prompt response to my call for an estimate and he came out to the house and returned the estimate within a few days. The estimate we received was in line with the others we had gotten, but we were able to negotiate another roofer down considerably, which caused us to select someone else to do the work.

Very happy. They showed up when they said they would, cleaned up well, and worked efficiently. I'm not a building expert, but the work looks well done and hasn't leaked yet. The warranty offered is quite good as well. The only slight problem was in getting the dumpster placed on the street; the company used to bring out the dumpster was not good about telling us when they'd show up, so it was difficult to make sure the relevant street parking spaces were clear.

Zach was prompt and professional. He performed the work in a timely manner and had a reasonable cost.

They came when they said they would come and gave us a quote. They did the job as they said and I will use them in future.

The workers arrived, laid down drop cloths, and cut out the damaged section of ceiling. While one worker did final prep, the other went and secured a piece of drywall sufficient for the job. They had it in place, the seams mudded, and everything cleaned up in a matter of a couple of hours. I was surprised that the job was quicker and much less of a mess than I feared it would be.

He is coming back to repair our gutters on one side. It has taken a while because of the rain but he is very nice and he did a great job.

It took Zach awhile to get around to it, but I understood that this was a small job that he would be "fitting in" among his other projects. Work was perfect. Zach was communicative and professional. I have now hired Zach to strip, clean and re-stain three outdoor decks; will repot back.

Of all the roofers who came to give estimates, he was the only one who actually got out a ladder and looked at the roof. He was very professional and considerate, going through all the details very carefully of what he would do if we were to sign a contract with him, and he came exactly when he said he would for the estimate. He also emailed me a quote the same day, with all the cost breakdowns. In the end, his price was a little high for us, so we did not hire him, but he seemed exactly like the type of contractor anyone would hope to find.

Initial estimate of $850 to repair and replace a small section of damaged soffit. Getting ready to sell the house and inquired about doing a little more painting. Said he would do this for another $100. This was well worth it. It took 2-3 men working from 10-8 to do the project. They even worked late to finish it. Zach is very informative and came out and gave us an estimate and spent time explaining the problem prior to the job. It took a little longer than he thought from estimate to starting the project but we never contacted him for an exact time frame either.

Very well. They showed up on time; were pleasant; worked practically till dark; cleaned up each night; and didn't gouge us when it turned out we needed additional work done on one end og the gutter.

From my first call, Zach was always very prompt in getting back to me, professional and sincere. He made a couple trips to my home to clarify the estimate and drop off a color sample. I got estimates from 3 other companies and Zach had, by far, the best quote for the work i wanted done. The day of the install went great. Zach was right on time, got to work and kept on task all day. I was very impressed also with the fantastic clean-up they did at the end of the day--which was 8 p.m.! Even after a long day, Zach left my house without a trace that they had been there. ...Except for the fact that now i have great-looking gutters and downspouts! Zach and his team did an amazing job and i would hire Always Perfect Contracting again without hesitation.

I thought I needed my gutters either repaired or replaced, and asked Zach to come out and take a look. I called 5-6 different contractors (all from Angie's list), and of the 2 that showed up, he was the only one to actually climb up on my roof and take a look at the situation. He also had the best price. I was very happy that he was able to come out in the middle of his busy season to not only give me an estimate but get the gutters put on before fall / winter hit. Zach made sure to properly slope the new gutters to ensure the water would run through the trough and down the new downspout.. Zach and his crew did a very nice job while they were here and cleaned everything up when they left. I would call him again for other exterior work without hesitation.

We did not use them because we got a better bid elsewhere. We will get a quote from them in the future. I was impressed with the person that came. He knew what he was doing.

He came right over and took care of it. He even repainted and patched at no extra charge. He was thorough and detail-oriented, and tried to save me money when he could. I am getting ready to call him again to do some outdoor painting for me.

They were great. I cannot say enough good things about them. Their estimate and job were all done in a timely fashion. It was a big project, and they cleaned up after themselves every day. They were very accommodating to all off the additions to the project I made, and did an excellent job. I would definitely use them again, and I have already recommended them to a few people.

He went and checked that we had leaking coming in through the tin. He said it wasn’t the roof that it was a flashing problem. He could not do that work and couldn’t recommend anyone to help us. He was clear that he was not fit for that job as he was not a tin specialist. He was very professional in explaining what the problem was.

I had Zack perform repairs on the gutters on the rear and part of the side of my house. The plan was also to replace any rotting fascia boards. The gutters were sagging above two casement windows, and we were not able to open the windows before the repair. We didn't know the extent of the decay of the fascia boards until the gutters were removed, so he gave me a range for his estimate. After removing the gutters, it was determined the majority of the fascia boarding had to be replaced, and the gutter in the rear of the house was also replaced. They worked to make sure the gutters were placed properly and in a position where we can finally open the two casement windows that were previously blocked. He and his helper worked diligently and efficiently throughout the day and got the work done. They cleaned up all debris. The final cost did not exceed his estimate and his price was very fair. Overall, they did a great job, and I would highly recommend Always Perfect Contracting to anyone.

He never contacted me back. I’ve since called him this spring and left a message, but it’s been almost 48 hours and I haven’t heard back yet.

I called for an estimate on a rubber roof, because the roof on an extension of the house was leaking and the roof is fairly flat. I never received a call back after a week of an email and phone calls.
