We couldn't be happier with Zach or his work. Extremely professional and the work is pristine. To make it even better, Zach and his crew are all really nice and easy to talk to guys. Zach even went out of his way to come back after the gutters were up to check on a back up in the porch gutters (not part of the gutters they installed), on a Saturday, to make sure they hadn't left a shingle blocking the gutter - turned out it was just tree debris which Zach cleaned out. He even kept us informed with pictures. I'd definitely have Always Perfect work on our home again and have already recommended them to a friend who is having a roof issue.

Zach and his crew did a great job. They kept in touch leading up to the install. They thought it would be a 3 day project. They worked 12 hour days and finished in 2 days. Then stopped back on the third day to pick up equipment and cleaned up. We are very pleased with the quality and the time frame of the project. We will use Zach again.

AP Contracting return my call the same day and set up a Saturday estimate appointment. The price was competitive, the work finished on time, performed perfectly, and the clean up was like they were never there. I highly recommend AP Contracting and will use them again.

Gutter was repaired quickly, and at a more than reasonable price. He even gave us advice on work that would need to be done in the future. Fair, honest, and quality. Couldn't be happier.

Zach was recommended to to us from another company. He was punctual, knowledgable, fair and reasonably priced and nice.

The job went real well. The workers were on time and always professional. When it turned out additional work needed to be performed they explained why in detail.

Mr. Scholze arrived exactly when scheduled. After taking a short look at the area needing work he and another worker started installing the gutters and were finished in about 3 hours. The rain barrel was delayed in arrival, and not available in the morning at the start of the work. Mr. Scholze was flexible and willing to come back later that day to install it when it finally arrived in the afternoon. He cleaned up all materials and debris before leaving our home.

Always Perfect Contracting Inc fixed the holes but their exploration, they attempted to put a hole in our hole but then we didn't have the money to fix what they had done. They don't take credit cards.

It was quite a job and they did very nicely. They were quite good.

Everything was fine and it was excellent. I have no complaints.

Workers arrived timely, worked efficiently, resolved issue with rotted wood for reasonable price increase. Worked in cold rainy weather and managed to complete job timely. Initial estimate inspection by Zach was more thorough and explanatory than several other contractors contacted for estimate.

I can't say enough good things about Always Perfect Contracting. They were on time each morning, cleaned up perfectly at the end of each day, and their work was meticulous. Zach and his workers are friendly yet professional, and there is not one place, in either room, where anything could have been done any better. I plan on having them back to do additional work. This is the first time we've used a contractor where we weren't unhappy about something -- they truly are "always perfect."

Overall it was a good experience. Zach was prompt in responding for an estimate. He submitted a complete, detailed proposal. The finished job is very nice looking and really enhances the appearance of the house.

We noticed signs of water seepage in our ceiling around the chimney. We called several roofing companies but either did not receive a call back or were told it would be weeks to months before they could do the job; one roofer said he would come to give us an estimate but never showed. When we called Always Perfect Contracting, Zach Scoltze said he would come to quote, showed up on time, took pictures of the damage around the one chimney, where the flashing had clearly deteriorated, and around the other chimney, with similar problems, as well as several other areas of less concern. He broke the estimate down to 4 quotes at our request, listing all work to be performed, and e-mailed the quotes to us the next date. We called him a few days later for the repair of the flashing on the two chimneys and got a date for about a week later. He called the day before the work was scheduled to let us know his crew of 2 would be there the next morning. They arrived on time and completed the work that day, ahead of a late afternoon rain. They did a few small repairs to the cap while on the roof at no additional charge. We received the invoice by e-mail the next day at the agreed price. Clean-up was perfect and all work was done courteously.

There was no work performed. I had called because of a leak in my roof. I had to call back a second time because my first call was not returned. Once i was contacted, I was told that this company is not taking on any new customers, that they had work backed up for several months. It is difficult to place a rating with these circumstances. However, I felt that a phone call the same day would have been appropriate. I am an understanding person - but I too have issues to deal with and my time is as equally important. I would, however, contact this company should any future issues arise.

I contacted Zach based on member reviews on Angie's list since my husband and I were noticing very severe wear and damage to our gutters. One gutter was barely hanging on to the front porch. We had water seepage into the basement because of this and were concered that they would not last another winter. Also, our old gutters were painted an ugly pinkish red and had not been replaced since we purchased the house 13 years ago. We had a bird's nest in one gutter and overflow in all of them. Zach evaluated the work that needed to be done and provided us a reasonable estimate. The work was done one month after that estimate, which worked well for us so we could save up money to have the work done. Zach and his team came on time and he greeted me at the beginning of the work day to discuss the plan for the day. Zach was accommodating when I requested that the drain spouts drain away from the house instead of into the ground as was originally planned. They worked through the whole day and were done by 6 pm that evening and the worksite was clean. We are very pleased with the work that has been done and we will likely hire Zach and his team when we need more done for our house.

Zach from APC came out for an estimate within one day of me contacting him. He was flexible with timing and was able to rush my job (since I had no roof). His crew was efficient and the roof was done well. Cost came in ~$1500 less than other estimates.

Zach stopped by shortly after I called to measure and gave me an estimate quickly. I acquired several other estimates and Zachs price was competitive (about in the middle). I informed Zach that I was interested in his services and the date I wanted to start. Zach and his crew (Him 2 other roofers and a laborer) actually got started a little early and it happened to be on one of the days it was close to 100 degrees. Even in that heat they worked promptly and professionally so I bought them a case of water and had it on ice for them to drink plus my daughter offered freeze pops occasionally and they greatly appreciated it. Once they removed the top half of the shingles and sheathing they laid tow boards for the Mold company to be able to remove all the old insulation and do their work. At night because my house was fully vulnerable to the elements of nature (rain) Zach covered my house with a brand new Tarp big enough to cover everything to ensure no water if it did rain would enter and do damage. Zach and his crew had to wait until all the mold remediation process was done and then removed the rest of the shingles and sheathing. Then they installed all new sheathing (3/4 OSB), shingles(Owens Corning Duration Dimensional Shingles) gutters, downspouts, drip edge, and new aluminum covered fascia boards and covered Gable trim with aluminum then at the end installed new Ridge Vent (Owens Corning Vent Sure Ridge Vent). When the job was completed they cleaned up very nicely. I was very impressed how Zach and his crew was able to work with the other contractors, work in extreme temperatures, and clean up very nicely. I would definitely recommend "Always Perfect Contracting" and actually will have Zach coming back to my house for another job very soon.

I had used Always Perfect Contracting a few years ago, including placement of gutter guards, and was pleased with the work done at that time. So when I needed the porch ceiling repaired and the gutters checked and cleaned I called Zach. He responded within 24 hrs of my call and scheduled a day and time to come out and give me an estimate within a few days. I received the estimate via email two days after his visit, the price was reasonable to me and I accepted it. Since it was a relatively small job Zach told me he would be able to fit me in sooner rather than later and would call when he had an idea of when he would be able to complete the work. Two weeks later I had a phone message setting a tentative date for the following Thursday. After confirming my availability, Zach was able to complete the work 2 days early. They arrived on schedule, were pleasant and professional through out, even avoiding all the plants along that side of the porch where their scaffolding and ladders had to go. When they were done, the full job didn't take as long as he had estimated, so he reduced the bill by 25%. The porch work looks great. They not only put up and primed the new board but caulked the seams so the wasps that were finding their way into the hole can no longer get in. I will certainly use Zach again.

We contacted Zach at Always Perfect Contracting Inc. for an esimate as we had water damage in the attic at the chimney and thought we may need a new roof. We were also interested in new soffit and facia trim around the whole house. Zach returned our call promtly and came out for an estimate. He worked with our schedule so we would be home when he came. He was the only contracter who actually went up on the roof to inspect. He felt the flashing around the chimney was the problem and we really didnot need a new roof. He provided a clear and detailed estimate of all the work to be done. The estimate was comparible to others we received. Because Zach actually took the time to go up on the roof and had a detailed discussion about the job, we dicided to hire them. We could not have been more impressed. They were extremely professional, friendly and worked so hard all day. They worked a few 12 hr days. We never noticed them just standing around. Work. Work. Work. They cleaned up every night before they left. We were always informed on their time frame. When the job was finished, they cleaned up EVERYTHING. Zach walked aound the house explaining everything that was done and answered any questions. We would highly recommend Always Perfect.

Zach from Always Perfect came and gave an estimate on a total shingle roof replacement. Zach was very professional, and was willing to meet me at a time that worked for me to discuss, where as many other roofers came and gave estimates while I was not at home, thus limiting my chances to ask questions. The price of the estimate was fair, and in line with some of the others, but I chose Always Perfect due to the good reviews on Angies List, and the Zach's responsiveness in the communications I had with him. The work progressed as expected, and I was kept informed throughout the process. Zach's crew cleaned up after themselves when finished, and presented us with an itemized invoice (Labor and Material) at the end of the project that detailed how much wood was replaced, and the cost of some minor additions that weren't requested in the original estimate, such as replacement of a downspout. I am very happy so far with the roof, and would deinitely be willing to work with Always Perfect again.
