Zach was quick to come out and give us an estimate on the work we needed done. We accepted his bid and within two weeks, he began the job. He and his crew showed up on time and worked for nearly 12 hours to complete the work! We are very pleased with the way the gutters and downspouts look. Zach even took the time to replace lighting fixtures above the garage. I will definitely call always perfect again for any other home repairs we may need in the future.

I found Always Perfect on Angie's list and contacted him for en estimate. Of all the estimates I received it was the best price and most inclusive. The roof I needed replaced was a bi-level roof that had a couple of leaks and also a leaking skylight. Zach gave me an estimate and qualified by telling me that there may be additional charges for any wood that needed replaced. He even provided a price for the wood on his quote on a per sheet basis. His crew showed up on time on the agreed upon date. As they began removing the shingles Zach informed me that the last roofing job I had done (about 15 years ago), the roofer never removed the old shingles and just put new shingles over top of the old ones. Boy was I surprised. Zach removed all the shingles at no additional cost. The job took a few days and during the install phase Zach decided that my skylight needed to be built up from the roof. The old sky light was pretty much at roof level. He built this frame (not on the estimate) and then went to install the skylight itself. It was then he discovered that he switch the width and length measurements for the sky light and had to reorder a new one. In the meantime his crew finished the remainder of the roof and placed a temporary cover over the skylight until the new one became available. His crew cleaned my yard and driveway pretty good. I did find some nails in the gutters and shrubs but come on how do find every single nail that may have been removed or dropped. Zach just came back today and put the skylight in place. We've had some pretty significant rains and snows since my roof was done and I can gladly report that there are no known leaks. Of course I need some dry wall work done on my interior where the original leaks were and I was so pleased with the roof work that I asked Always Perfect to submit a bid. Good job... Good contractors... what more can you ask for!

Always Perfect Contracting did a fantastic job putting a new roof on my row-home in Lawrenceville. The house is over 100 years old, and was in dire need of new roofing. Zach and his crew were thorough, punctual, professional and efficient. The duration of the project was 4-5 days, weather permitting. They worked through a variety of conditions, including extreme cold, wind and light snow. I obtained a number of quotes. Always Perfect was not the cheapest, but I awarded the business to Zach for a few reasons. First, their reviews (like this one) spoke volumes. Second, their experience with homes similar to mine (older row-homes). Third, Zach's responsiveness, honesty and professionalism. There were no 'hidden costs' within the quote. They knew what they were doing, had a vision, executed, and kept the homeowner informed from start to finish. Another supplemental, value-added offering from Zach came after the project was completed. Zach noticed a few brick/mortar deterioration issues with a part of the home that coincided with the roof. Zach took pictures, wrote a report, and set me up with all of the information I needed to have a professional mason diagnose the situation. These guys go above and beyond, and I was highly satisfied with their work. I would hire Always Perfect Contracting in the future for any other projects for all reasons mentioned above, and I highly endorse this contractor.

Zach and team required 2 days to do a large amount of work. First they installed gutters on the upper level of the home, and the work looks good. On the second day they worked very late to beat the weather, installing flashing and a dormer roof. Zach explained the work he was doing and asked me before doing anything that might be controversial or expensive. They were careful removing and reinstalling the old wood siding on the home.

Although the wait time for them to come to do the work was long, the work performed was excellent and professional.

Prompt reply when asked for estimate. Zach is polite, courteous, and explains what and how he will do things. His crew showed up when scheduled and worked hard and long, even to the point of cleaning up after dark with head flashlights! We were very impressed with them. We may hire them again for some inside repairs. We recommend them highly.

The process went very smoothly. Zach prepped us for the potential replacement of wood under the slate (which it certainly did). He was very conscientious when factoring in additional costs that occur when replacing an older roof. He was very honest about his work. One example is that I had said that I would have some aluminum awnings down before he started and I was not able to get it done. He took them down and told me that he would be compensated by scrapping them. He easily could have charged for that. We decided to also have the porch soffit redone and not only quoted a fair price, but he also did some extra labor without additional charge. The yard was always cleaned and sidewalks swept after the day's work. We could not be more pleased with the work and the workers.

Zach is very friendly and professional. He called when he was going to be a little late and communicated well throughout the project. The project was completed beautifully and for the estimated amount. I will definitely call him again.

Zach is laid and great to work with. He was one of the only roofers to get back to us for a repair. He arrived on time and was able to complete the work earlier than scheduled. I would certain use them again in the future.

Zach and his crew worked steadily and long hours to finish the job in 3 days. They did all the work as advertised and the results were exceptionally high quality. Left unused stain, primer, paint. Cleaned up THOROUGHLY. Workers always diligent and polite. While Zach's pricing is higher than others, the results are as advertised in the name (Always Perfect). This is the second time I've used APC and would not hesitate to use them again. The peace of mind knowing this is the uncharacteristic no-hassle contractor experience with high-quality work motivates me to pay a little more than I would like. Wish I could give him an A+.

Zack arrived on time. I described what I wanted done and he proceeded to give me a price on the spot. I felt it was very reasonable and told him to go ahead. While on the roof, he noticed a seal on an existing pipe was coming unsealed and he proceeded to seal it for me. Job was done in 30 min. Extremely satisfied with Zack.

Zach came by personally to do the walk through and understand the scope. I had two second story gutters that were poorly installed during cionstruction and were ravaged form a couple bad winters with ice dams. THe work included removng the gutters and flashing, inspecting & resecuring the facia boards, and taking two courses of shingles off of the roof edge to install a proper drip lip for drainage. . The original bid was $1125, but during the scheduling call I asked Zach to add the replacement of a 30' gutter section to the bid, so he adjusted the contract on the fly. . All the work was done in one day, the work space was clean, and the job looks great. I would recommend Zach and his crew to anyone needing various home repair options.

The vent fan was replaced with no problems. while on the roof Zachary noticed the seal around the vent pipe was deteriorating and wevmadevplans to have it replaced. The work was done professionally and efficiently. They were courteous and answeredour questions so we could understand the job and what it entailed.

Zach returned my call fairly quickly and came out to look at my roof. I was worried that I had a fairly long list of somewhat small tasks, but he followed up with an email listing all of the tasks I had mentioned. The quote was reasonable ($2200), maybe a little high, but he seemed very competent. When we agreed to the work, he said that they're very busy, and it would be a few weeks until they could do the work, which was fine with me. Several weeks later, Zach called and said they could start that Friday, and it would likely take all day Friday and much of Saturday. Zach showed up with a crew Friday morning and they got started. They were making good progress when I left in the mid-morning. I was surprised to see them still there when I got home around 6:30. They were taking down ladders and cleaning up, and when I walked around the house I noticed that everything had been done. I had originally asked them to repair one leaking spot, but when they were working on the gutter in another area of the roof, they had found another bad area and repaired that as well. When they took off the large retractable awning, instead of inserting a few new shingles where the bolts had been, they replaced 4 full rows of shingles to make it look more consistent. The crew finally packed up and left around 7:00 Friday evening, and Zach came by to tell me that the work had come in under budget, $1950 instead of $2200. Overall, the work was very high quality, and the crew cleaned up very carefully. I would certainly call Zach again for future roofing work.

Being that it was a small job, I did understand that I would have to wait a while, but I had to contact Zack several times before he scheduled my job. He came on a Sunday morning right on the dot and did a wonderful job. While he was there I asked for an estimate on re shingling my porch roof. He gave me the estimate and I accepted it. It turned out my roof was rotted! He came back on July 26 and replaced the rotten wood, installed new shingles and also installed a vent on the roof to keep it from rotting again. In both cases the estimate was higher than the final price and he went over and above my expectations. I would definitely call him again. I am very pleased!

Went well. Total cost was within $300 of initial estimate. Required additional lumber since it's an 80 year old house.

Excellent work. Zach is easy to talk to, straight-up, completely reasonably priced, and he and his crew do excellent work. This was a complicated job due to the height, deep soffits, and the way the original gutters were installed. Other contractors were hesitant but it was no problem for them, took 2 full days, including an evening until 7pm, very impressed with the work ethic. Their cleanup was also excellent. No more leaking gutters, all new, looks great, I'd welcome him back.

He said he doesn't do slates. It was a rule, which was unusual. He came out and he looked. He was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and I would have really loved to have him do the work for me. Instead I'll call him back in the future for other jobs. It was just that he couldn't do slates.

They will replace a portion of the roof in the future, they gave us an estimate for that.

I recently bought a house, and after pulling down some wallpaper, I realized that there was some old water damage/mold in some of the walls. I used Angie's list to find a contractor, and he suggested that a roofer should come out first (work from the top down). He suggested Zachary Scholze. I checked out his company, Always Perfect Contracting, on Angie's List and he had good reviews...I can see why. Zachary was prompt to call me back when I left him messages, quick to come out and assess the damage, and when he came back to fix the problem (a new small side roof and majorly clogged gutters) it was within the estimated time period he gave me. He regularly checked in with me to discuss the utility and aesthetics of the decisions he was making. I enjoyed being a part of the process, and Zachary stuck around to answer all of my questions about general upkeep on my roof etc. I already have him booked to work on another section of my roof in a couple months.
