Description of Work: He came to the house for the estimate, spoke with him 10 days later asking for the estimate he said he would get it to us in a few days and that was a month ago.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate. Was told I'd hear back in a day, never heard back. I called again, and got someone on the line. I had someone come out to give an estimate. The person was friendly and knowledge, and said he'd get back to me as soon as possible with a contract. Its been three weeks, and I haven't heard back. I went with another fence contractor instead. If I ever need another fence I'd give them another shot, but I was unhappy with their responsiveness this time around.
