Action Locksmith

Action Locksmith installed deadbolt locks on four of our doors, from scratch. They were professional and efficient. I can't say much about how their pricing compares, as I didn't really shop around. In the future, I would shop around, and, if their prices compare well with others, I'd happily use them again. We've been using the locks for a year now and have had no issues whatsoever. Also, they turned up on time and were very professional.

The work was prompt and complete. Bill was more than I expected as he treated the visit as an emergency call.

They were great! I had lost my keys (long story) and purchased this big deal from them. They called me right back to learn the details regarding the locks I wanted to re-key. So when the technician arrived, he had everything needed. And, since I had lost my keys, they were able to fit me in that very day. The technician was professional and kind. I highly recommend them and would call them again.

We had a door with a lock that was jammed. We couldn't get the door open open. I called Action Locksmith and they came the same day. The guy who came was able to get the lock out very quickly. He replaced it with a new doorknob. He was friendly, professional, and clean. They could not have done a better job.

The provider called to let me know he was running a little late, which was very professional of him. We discussed my request. I thought we would have to put in a whole new locking mechanism on a 90 year door that I want to keep as original as possible. The locksmith explained that a much smaller task of just replacing the locking cylinder would all that would be necessary. The new lock part is in , and is really barely noticeable. I highly recommend Action Locksmith.

We had been renting our house, and wanted to get all of the locks changed before re-renting or putting on the real estate market . We ordered a special on Angie's list for 4 locks, and ended up getting one extra door keyed for an extra reasonable cost. Warren was prompt and courteous. He was very skilled and professional. He had to fix a broken tumbler on one of the doors before he could re-key. I would definitely recommend him to others, and if we need services in the future, we will call on Action Locksmith. We were very pleased with the services provided.

The cost was $170. Shock! I thought the $39 coupon I bought would cover a service call that did not involve replacing parts. Was that tiny key a part? Maybe. But $130 for it? Turns out the coupon was just for the locksmith to come to the house. He then charged for the "service performed" while here..

Miscommunication at first on the service date. But Action locksmith contacted me and arranged to come out the next day. Purchased the deal from Angies llist for 4 locks to be rekeyed at 99.00.Paid 175.00 extra for 2 locks to be changed to be matched to the others. So it only requires one key. Locksmith was courteous and friendly. Paid extra for the convenience of one key to access all locks. Will definitly use them again! Very satisfied with the work !!

The locksmith kept in good touch with me by phone after I explained I couldn't come home for the service call but needed the lock fixed ASAP. I explained I hoped he could fix it, because with multiple key holders it would be a pain to have to replace the lock with a new one and try to get keys to all the residents, tenants and off-site landlords. He told me he could replace the lock without changing the key, which was pretty darn good news! I arranged to have a neighbor in the building let him in and show him the problem. He arrived on time, called to let me know he was on the job, and called to let me know when he'd finished and that he'd made sure the neighbor was satisfied with the lock's operation. He repaired it beautifully.

The service for the big deal from Action Locksmith was alright. The only thing I would have him do differently was that he didn't key both the doors the same way and I would have preferred for that be done. The reasoning was if somebody broke into the house the locks should be different but actually for convenience I think it would be easier if both doors match. I would have rather if he put the same key for the bottom basement door as well so now it is like 2 set of keys. I need to have 2 sets of keys with me, if I go in the basement door I have to have a different key to use than to go in my front door. The pricing was fine.

Warren was very knowledgeable regarding the problem with our door hardware. He fixed the problem and saved me money by reusing the same door knobs I had. Did not take very long and would use them again.

Scheduled very quickly after purchasing a Deal. Locksmith was prompt and professional. He made sure everything worked properly and had me check it as well. I would use them in the future without hesitation.

We were very happy with the service. They were willing to schedule for the evening, and the technician was very polite and did the work quickly and cleanly. I rated punctuality lower, though this was really not an issue. The technician called an hour prior to the appointment and said that he was stuck on another job and would be delayed. Since it was late on a Friday evening, I was afraid that he would cancel. He kept us apprised of his timing, and arrived later that evening. He was pleasant and efficient. He also gave us some tips on security for our home.

First came and recommended I return the digital lock and get a different type due to my door, which I did. He came back 2 days later and installed the lock. Very courteous, knowledgeable technician that I would not hesitate to call again.

I got the $99 for 4 Locks Re-keyed deal. I could not find anybody else to come in the busy holiday time but they came and finished the job efficiently in very reasonable price. He was very professional and courteous. I was very happy.

We were contacted almost immediately when we got the deal. The gentleman was very efficient. He came on a Saturday morning. He called when he hit traffic and thought he would be a few minutes late. We had our whole lockset and handles replaced and have not had any trouble since.

Fantastic service. Incredibly punctual and went above and beyond the job. Helped us pick a lock for an 80yr old door and answered other security questions.

They arrived on time, and took the time to really diagnose the problem with the lock. The locksmith told me rather than replacing this old lock, it would be safer and better to fix the one on the door. He was able to problem solve the issue with the lock and fixed it within 2 hours. He told me that they don't make locks like this anymore and that I was lucky to have this one. He was kind, professional and very helpful.
