He was on time, professional, and able to do a job other locksmith's told me I'd have to go to the door manufacturer to do. On top of that, his rate was more than reasonable. I strongly recommend.

We were very impressed with Warren and Action Lock all around. Not only did he offer to come in the very next day after our request (he travelled a long distance on a Sunday morning), but he quickly and efficiently set up everything exactly the way we wanted. The price for the job was very reasonable.

Excellent. they called to say they would be 20 minutes late and arrived at the time they stated. Work was done efficiently. Warren noted a problem with one of the locks that had not been re-keyed properly before and repaired it. He also helped to re-align the garage door sensor which suddenly didn't work as intended.

It was great. They were late because an older couple had been robbed but did call me to let me know they would be late, and were efficient, professional, and careful.

I called them on 5/18/16 and left a message describing a stuck back door lock. My call was returned within 15 minutes and an appointment was scheduled for the next day on 5/19/16. Locksmith Warren called before coming. After inspecting the lock, he provided me with two alternatives: a) install a new deadbolt security lock or b) let them try to repair this old lock. After I asked for his recommendation, Locksmith Warren reported that my present door lock was over 20+ and stressed that security would be optimized by the installation of a more modern lock. I agreed with his assessment. He installed the lock, used my vacuum to remove the shavings, and provided me with two keys. Warren was very professional and personable. I definitely would ask for him in the future. Overall, I was very impressed with the responsiveness of Action Locksmith and the professionalism of Locksmith Warren.

The locksmith arrived on time - just after I purchased my new home. Changed the locks to the front and back doors and offered a suggestion to install a lockable doorknob leading to my interior garage. It was a good suggestion and one I accepted. He did that work too - in a very short amount of time. NOTE: I secured their services directly through Angie's List, which was a first for me. I had to change the date and time of required service several times - the process worked fine. No glitches.

I bought the online deal of $29 service and scheduled with them. The next day at 4 am, yes, 4 am, a guy called me and told me that the coupon I bought on angie's list does work for next day service, and I had to wait until they are available. According to him, the coupon I bought wasn't the right one for re-key service, and it only works as the credit for the service. Good thing is: it is just the patio storage door lock, so we can just wait till they are available without wasting the $29 I spent on Angie's list. Eventually the locksmith came and got the work done. He did a decent job so I gave an A for the quality of the work. But overall experience wasn't really good. Again, who calls customer at 4 am?

They were supposed to be there between a 2 hour time period, but they never showed. When I called to see what happened, they told some lame story about a screwed up schedule. However, they did come that day, just a few hours late and the work they did was good, no problems with the lock.
