It was fine. It ended up costing me some more money because they had to do other locks. They served the purpose of the deal at that time. I had a good deal.

This was on rental property. Tenant was satisfied.

I purchased the deal off of angies list on thursday night around 6 pm, and was called to schedule an appointment around 8:30 pm. We were able to schedule a time for the next day. He was on time, and worked very fast. No waiting around. Without the deal it would of been a little pricey, but the deal saved me! I'm sure any locksmith will be pricey, 3 locks add up!

The locksmith was very knowledgeable and professional. He had to come back several times to finish the job but did not charge extra. He did a great job.

They were prompt and professional. They replaced the lock and spent a lot of time checking out and adjusting the lock on the paired door, without charge. Would definitely recommend and use again. (I don't remember the total cost but it was very reasonable)

I cannot begin to say enough good about this service. The lock on my front door had been difficult for years. That morning it simply stopped working. The door could not be unlocked. Fortunately I got in through the garage. When I looked on Angies List for a locksmith, I saw that this one had a deal -- and the price I was charged included that discount. It would have been more like $239 without the Angie Deal. This was on a Saturday, and I thought for sure I would be waiting all weekend to get a repair. However the technician called me within a couple of hours and agreed to come over that day. He had me email photos of my existing lock so he would know ahead of time what to expect. He was at the house within four hours of my call. He was friendly, professional and thorough. He put on a brand new lock -- wth all the inner and outer hardware, incluiding both the handle and the separate deadbolt. It looks much better than the old one and the difference in locking and unlocking the door is amazing. The price -- discount or not -- was much lower than I expected, especially for a Saturday emergency service call. I would never consider a different locksmith.

Action Locksmith was quick to come to my house to re-key my locks. They were prompt, quick, and courteous. The guy tested the jkeys and had me test the keys before he left. I would recommend them.

From the initial inquiry it was a very smooth process. i got in contact with them through AL and they followed up almost immediately. They used the online scheduling tool and messaging center very efficiently. we were in contact a few times before the visit to go over information, and the day of the service, the professional was courteous and explained everything and what options we had for new locks, etc. Highly recommended.

I have an integral garage in my home, but no door from the garage into my home. The garage has an automatic door opener that suddenly stopped working. We normally have a key that disengages the auto door opener in the event of a failure. I could not find the key. I called Warren at Action Locksmith on Friday morning. He said that he could be at my home in the early afternoon and that he would call 30 minutes in advance. He called and arrived as promised. He "picked" the lock in minutes and was able to provide me with two new keys on the spot. He also stayed to help me re-engage my automatic door opener and replaced the battery for me. Warren was timely, professional, friendly and very helpful. I had also asked him about a remote keyless entry for my second home.. Later that day I got an email from Warren with an attachment illustrating exactly the product that I would need for my keyless entry. I would strongly recommend Action Locksmith to everyone.

We saw all the positive reviews on Angie's list, so we thought we would use Action Locksmith. Scheduling an appointment for the locks was very easy. Unfortunately, the gentleman showed up about 1-2 hours late. In all fairness, I am sure he had a very long day and we were his last appointment. It honestly wasn't that big of a deal for us, and here are the reasons why. First, the gentleman was super friendly and pointed out things to us that we didn't even notice - how the previous homeowners left screws out of the doors and he fixed them - for free. He was super informative and gave us safety tips for the locks. He took about 2 hours and worked efficiently. We used the Angie's list coupon and we saved a lot of money. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, they deserve an A.
