Description of Work: I actually referred them to my aunt because she locked herself out of her home. They were so quick! I called them at 2:30 and they were there by 4! They guarantee that their locks are unbreakable! And, they are made in the USA! I trust them so much!

I was taken back by the cost, but Action Locksmith had already begun the work on my approval. I should have known better than to agree before a price. The cost was too high! But the work was done well. I used a previous job that was reported in Angie's List as a guide, but the snap decision was my fault.

ON THE MORNING OF MY APPOINTMENT, THE LOCKSMITH WAS RUNNING BEHIND, BUT HIS OFFICE CALLED ME SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE SURE THAT IT WASN'T INCONVENIENT FOR ME TO WAIT AND TO KEEP ME POSTED ON HIS PROGRESS. WHEN THE LOCKSMITH ARRIVED, HE WAS VERY HELPFUL IN GIVING ME INFORMATION ON ALL OF MY OPTIONS AND PRICES. HE WAS VERY QUICK IN GETTING THE KEYS MADE AND MADE SURE THAT I TESTED THE OLD KEYS TO INSURE THAT THEY NO LONGER WORKED. IT WAS A VERY PLEASANT AND STRESS-FREE EXPERIENCE DURING A STRESSFUL MOVE.
