Service was excellent. From start to finish, everything went great. Something that would have taken me a while day to complete only took an hour and a half for ACE.

From the first contact by phone, it was clear that this is a "Quality" company. Mike arrived promptly and was the consummate professional. It is impossible to say enough good things about Mike and this company. Call this company if you need a locksmith. You will NOT regret it.

I'd tried previously to have another key made and none of the usual hardware stores were able to make a copy for me. Ace had no problem making one for me. They were prompt, courteous and professional. I'd definitely use them again.

This was such a nice transaction! When I called for an appointment, I got one immediately. The friendly locksmith arrived right on time and quickly changed the lock on my storm door so that it will open with my house key. I don't expect to need a locksmith a lot, but I will definitely recommend Ace Lock to my friends. They were really great.

I have used ACE several times for both my home and my business. Anyone in the neighborhood will suggest these guys, and for good reason. They are very punctual and do great work at fair prices. If you have an older lock and need duplicate keys made, head to ACE first. When attempting to have extra keys made for my home, both Home Depot and Lowe's swung and missed, giving me a handful of duds. When I brought the key to ACE, they explained that it was an uncommon style and were able to make some working duplicates within minutes. They are also very responsive when it comes to quick service. I found myself in an emergency situation once needing my home re-keyed. They were there and finished within a few hours.

The locksmith arrived just as I was getting home. I explained I needed the locks changed or rekeyed. The current locks were removed, rekeyed and replaced. The entire process took about thirty minutes for both doors. I have used Ace Lock's services many, many times over the past twenty plus years and could not think of using anyone else. I have a secretary that I had misplaced the key. I went to the store and they were able to fit me with the correct key to unlock the cabinet.

I was treated with kindness and courtesy from the moment the receptionist answered my call. She scheduled the service call for a time of day when my husband and I were both available and the locksmith himself arrived on time and was just wonderful. He has a good sense of humor and he and my husband enjoyed making jokes about being locked in and the quality or lack thereof of new products. It was an altogether pleasant experience plus we got a 10% discount for being Angie's List customers. We own a triplex and have lock issues on the tenant's apartment doors periodically and we have kept the business card for this locksmith and will definitely use them again.

The person on the phone who I dealt with was very helpful. The locksmith came right when he said he would. He was able to repair one lock and replace another. He was very knowledgeable. He discussed multiple options with me. The final price was very reasonable.

I was locked out of my office and they arrived in less than 30 minutes, had me in the office immediately and re-keyed it in 20 minutes. When I need a key copied I only go to them . They do it right the first time.

Ace Lock was fantastic. They were able to set up an appointment for a time that was convenient for me. The locksmith was extremely punctual and professional. He answered all of my questions, fixed the broken lock, and then explained as a matter of my safety that I should have all the locks re-keyed as it was a new house. Really pleasant service from the moment I called, the person who answered the phone was very nice and understanding. She said she'd have someone to our house in an hour and less than an hour later, received a call that they were on their way and the door was opened quickly. Very professional and prompt and while I hope to not need a locksmith again, if I do, I will be calling Ace!

ACE Lock service was wonderful from our first phone call to set up the appointment to the friendly locksmith who did the work. We needed 4 locks for 3 doors in total re-keyed, including an attached rental unit at our new house. The locksmith was able to arrive about an hour early and called ahead to ask if that was OK. It was perfect timing. He was very professional, friendly and courteous and did a great job and cleaned up everything as well. Definitely will hire ACE again!

We were locked out of our home, and Mike helped get us back in. He also made an extra set of keys and helped with a few other doors that had some minor issues. He was very professional and came prepared with everything needed.

I requested to have a lock and dead bolt rekeyed my door. The customer service rep scheduling the appointment was very professional. Tony from ACE Lock showed up for thescheduled appointment. He was professional, courteous and efficient in getting the job done. I will definitely use ACE Lock again in the future and refer my friends to them. I was very impressed with the number of people who responded with a very positivereview on Angie?s List. I use Angie?s List quite a bit and have never been disappointed with the work done.

The Ace repairman showed up on time, performed the service quickly, and even looked at a couple of other locks that I was interested in fixing. He was not able to help with the other problems, which was what I had figured would be the case. However, he was certainly considerate in listening and explained what he was able to do. I was pleased with the service and would contact this provider again for sure.

Wonderful! So happy with the service Ace Lock provided. They came at once, removed the old door lock - which could no longer be unlocked - and replaced it with a new lock. They are busy so I could not have them scheduled as fast as I needed them initially, but they were on time for the estimate and for the job.

They arrived on time went over what was needed and asked if there was anything else needed. He was polite and told me cost before starting the work and it was a fine experience. This is the second time we have used them and they are very good.

From what I understand, when they change the lock the leave the tumblers. I was in the hospital. This kid called them and said that he wanted the locks changed. He does not have the deed. They changed my locks and now they won't take my calls. They never asked for proof of ownership for the home.
