The employee got lost on his way to my house, and he showed up one hour late. He was very nice, though, and called to let me know that he was on his way. He changed five locks in my doors and gave me four sets of keys. He accidentally put one of the locks on backward, but he corrected it. The locks and keys work well.

The individual who scheduled the appointment was very professional and quickly arranged for the appointment. The technician who came to my home was also very professional. he completed the visit quickly and did a great job!

Great. The front door lock needed replaced due to age. I made an appointment and they came right on time. The door knob and deadbolt locks were replaced in less then half an hour. Keys were made. No mess, no fuss.

It went very well. it only took about 30 minutes for the locks to be removed, keys made, and replaced with new ones. Everything tested out fine, no issues.

I did a dumb thing and disassembled the mortise lock on my front door. I took it apart. Like, it was in a bowl. If I couldn't find someone to put it back together, I was looking at serious coin. I took the bowl to Ace and left it with Larry, who put it back together overnight. The next day, when I called needing help getting the lock back in the door properly, they had someone at the house within an hour, and it was done in an hour. It was a small job, but you would never have known it by how well I was treated. Excellent quality, excellent customer service, excellent price. I'm really satisfied and happy, and I will definitely return.

Appointment was easy to make and they accommodated my schedule well. The work was badly done. After paying $114 to replace one doorknob lock and check the others (not replaced), the "repaired" lock got stuck and locked us out of the house. We finally pried it open and when we shut the door again, it got stuck. It was as if a repair had not been made. The neighbor handyman came down and fixed it. I won't hire them again.

Set up a Saturday appointment [no extra charge]...scheduler said technician would call on way. Window was 8 AM to Noon. He called at 830 AM said he'd be there in 20 and he was there as stated. Mike was the tech and he was great. Very professional, nice, and good at his job. Done in an hour. Excellent work. 10% discount because on Angie's List. Would hire again in a minute!

Mike answered the j urial call and was terrific. This was a tough job that wasn't able to be resolved quickly but Mike wouldn't give up. He called two other technicians on the Ace team for consultation and continued to try multiple options to get the lock open. Bill then joined Mike at the job site and they finally got the door opened and installed a new lock and handle. This is why I only use the Ace lock team for locksmith jobs. First class team of true experts.

It was great. I sent a message via Angie's list Sunday night (indicating a non-emergency). I got a call at 9am on Monday and the repair was done on Monday afternoon. The locksmith called before he arrived and did a good job on the repair. Also, he added the Angie's list discount before I asked about it.

Great. Repair person showed on time and ready to deal with the challenges of vintage locks. He respected the integrity of the lock itself and the 1922 door. Previous owners had done stupid things like gluing the hardware to the door jam and the repair person carefully jimmied it all out. Lock is fixed and works solidly.

We were heading out of town so we didn't have a lot of availability, but they still were able to schedule us for the next day. The locksmith called when he was on his way. Changed the locks on three doors and made duplicate keys in under an hour. He let us know we would need to change one doorknob if we wanted to use the same set of keys as the other doors, so he also changed that doorknob for about $20 more. Fast and professional with a 10% new home discount.

I had an excellent experience with Ace Lock Inc. From scheduling via Angie's list messages to the actual service, everything went very smoothly and the representatives I talked to were very courteous and thoughtful. Rekeying my locks took less than 30 minutes from start to finish.

Service was great. 2 locksmiths came and worked quickly and efficiently. They give a discount for new homeowners as well, which is so nice! Their work is guaranteed for 90 days.

Provider was great. Spent time to make two of the doors lock better, including replacing a strikeplate and door knob (without asking). Great attention to detail, including putting a towel down beneath door to protect wood floor.

We accidentally used the wrong key in our son's car and it broke off in the ignition. Tony, from Ace, was here within an hour (on a Sunday) and was able to remove it after a few tries. He told us exactly how much it was going to cost over the phone before he came and made sure we understood that once he got the key out, there was a chance the car wouldn't start if the ignition had been damaged and we would still be responsible for the fee. Luckily, once he had the key fragment out, he was able to start he car right up with the correct key. I would highly recommend this company and Tony in particular.
