Ace called and scheduled promptly, and technician arrived at location on time for appointment. He performed his task cheerfully despite the morning hour and gave us extra keys for the locks, and even remedied the alignment issue with the basement door.

Used this company a few years ago, and when I needed new locks, selected them again. Easy to schedule the appointment through Angie's List and 10%discount!! The technician called before coming, arrived a bit early which was great, and quickly went to work. He asked me to double check all locks and they worked perfectly. The technician was prompt, friendly, and polite. Highly recommend.

I contacted Ace Locks when I moved into my new house. They're nearby so they came right away to change the locks. They guy who came was nice, he took time and care to do the work well. I would not hesitate to call again if I need to change my keys/locks in the futures.

great job, on time, friendly and good work. bought a new house and needed locks re-keyed and changed. didn't have all keys so a few needed to be picked. work was done efficiently and in under estimated time. overall a great experience.

. Talked to Larry at the shop on 6/1/2015 about problems with doorknobs being loose & sometimes coming off. He set up an appointment for 6/3/2015. Tony arrived at the scheduled time & took care of all my lock problems. He was very pleasant, polite, & professional. He was very knowledgeable & gave me several tips about my locks ( they are very old & require skeleton keys.} The locks still work very well.He lubricated the locks & made some minor adjustments & they lock & unlock very smoothly now.

Just moved into a house and wanted same day service which they provided. Called at 9:00 and someone was there by noon.

I contacted Ace Lock through the Angie's List message feature. I explained that the key would no longer turn the lock on the rear door of my house and asked for someone to come out Friday morning, it was Wednesday when I contacted them. Jacquie responded and setup the appointment to come out Friday afternoon. She also explained what the service call fee was and asked if I was ok with that prior to having someone come out. I explained that the fee was fine. So on Friday afternoon, the locksmith, Mike, arrived early and started working on the lock right away. I would say it took him about 40 minutes. He fixed the lock, ensured that everything was working smoothly and also tightened the hinges on the door to try to bring it up from the ground a little since it was rubbing. He also took the time to explain how the door is older and demonstrated ways to ease the tension on the door prior to opening and closing it for best results. He was very friendly and professional. I only paid the service fee that Jacquie mentioned over the phone and not a penny more.

Tony was amazing! We were his first appointment of the day and he was kind, courteous, professional, and went the extra step of entertaining my two-year-old. He was quick, too! The entire project from, arrival to billing was completed in less than 30 minutes. We will request him when we need service again.

I've used them before and they are just a great company.

We closed on a new house in the afternoon and a locksmith came that evening to rekey all the locks. He was pleasant and professional. The price seemed reasonable for the work and quick response.

I would gladly use Ace Lock again. I was able to schedule a same-day appointment with them. Tony called beforehand to confirm our appointment, arrived promptly, did the repair effectively, and cleaned up after recutting the holes. The charge for the services seemed very reasonable to me, particularly for same day service.

Amazing. On time. Very professional. Spent 5.5 hours opening and rebuilding the combination on safe. Safe works as new now. Brian was very knowledgeable,and tenacious. Got it done. Rebuilt the lock combination. Tested the safe numerous times. If I have ANY lock issues,I'm calling Ace Lock...period.

The locksmith called twice on his way to let me know he would be there soon. Showed up and immediately started working. Re-keyed all the locks in the house and replaced one bad handle while making sure everything worked smoothly. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and even had a few funny anecdotes about being a locksmith for 30 years. I would definitely use again.

The technician called before he arrived. Showed up on time. New what he was doing with no hesitation. Cleaned up after the work. I didn't need him to do that and but he said "That's we we do". First time using this company and they are now in my list of people to call.

It went very well. It was cool to have 4 keys that worked all the locks and to have some poor locks made better. I needed the invoice to be in my sibling's name which the locksmith addressed also. I didn't pay attention to price. I had other issues of time and paperwork that were more important.

Highly recommend. Called Ace Lock and they scheduled a lock change at my new home very quickly and efficiently. They called before the appointment time that they were on the way, arrived as expected, and made quick work of the four-lock change. The gentlemen even helped me in changing my garage door keypad code. I would highly recommend and use their services again.

The technician showed up on time, same day that I called. He put a metal plate on the door where the deadbolt was and also fixed the knob with hardware that did not have screws. He basically saved me from having to buy a new door!!!

I was going out of town the next day and discovered I couldn't lock my front door. I was really stuck. I called ace lock. They said they would be there with in the hour. I received a second call back 10 minutes later . This was a tech person who asked me a few questions to determine what the problem wa in case new parts were needed. 30-40 minutes later a locksmith showed up . 20 minutes later the lock was repaired and I was given a bill for exactly what I was quoted on the phone . These people are the best!!

Our church main entry door lock was broken. We were hoping to fix it, but when the service guy came, he determined that the lock was beyond repair. He didn't charge me a penny for the trip and time spent to figure out the problem. Later I purchased a new lock, and the service man came again to spend more than 1 hour to install it, and only charged me a fee of $79. Great service, value and professionalism. In comparison of another lock smith who installed a lock I bought on my home door charged me $300.

Ace Locksmith came to our home in Dormont PA approximately two weeks ago and provided a detailed estimate for services. We accepted their estimte and the returned on 03/27/14 after ordering a slightly non-standard lockset for our storm door. They did their work in a very polite and professional manner and they came in UNDER their estimate. How often does that happen? Would highly recommend this Ace Locksmith, they obviously understand the importance of good honest service when striving for longevity.

All I can say is "Wow." I called at 9:30 AM on a Monday morning about having an 80-year-old lock set replaced on a front door because the key had stopped working. Markie took the call. She's a bright penny and very professional. At 10:30 AM, Mike was knocking on the door. That's one hour on the same day after my initial call. I thought I would have to replace the entire lock set and was ready to pay the freight, but Mike determined in 30 seconds that only the cylinder had to be replaced. The job was done in 20 minutes. Mike is the Elvis of locksmiths. He left me with four keys, two of them free, a 10% Angie's List discount, a couple of laughs, and a bill for $89.10. Have a lock problem? You need this outfit.

The name of our locksmith has unfortunatley slipped my mind (? Mike), but he was great. He was punctual when he came for the estimate, and called and was very apologetic when he was late for installation due to snow and an accident on the road. He chose the perfect replacement part for our door and even made sure we would like the color of the metal. He also repaired a small defect in another door that kept if from latching properly...free of charge. He was very quick about calling the lock company and letting us know the estimate for replacement parts (same day). Then he immediately called us when the parts were in and came to install them right away. He did a great job and left no mess. The 10% Angie's List discount helped too. Our locksmith was extremely professional and I would definitely call Ace Locks again.

On time, did a nice job, very pleasant. The cost of the lock was a little high compared to what you could buy it for at big box stores.
