Description of Work: Used a technician from Ace Lock to replace all locks on our new house after we moved in - the technician was polite, quick, cleaned up when he was done, and did quality work (all the locks worked better than before). Would definitely recommend them for future work.

He gave lots of good advice and wasn't trying to sell us new locks but rather trying to use the locks we already had on the house. He did an excellent job overall and we are very satisfied with the work. He was very accommodating as we also had movers here the same day.

Description of Work: Serviceman came to the house the same day as called, repaired two door locks, installed a new doorknob, oiled hinges, and adjusted frames so that doors swung freely. Then he swept up the dust. All completed within an hour.

Description of Work: Over the years they have done several things for me, mostly just changing locks etc. Most recently, someone tried to break in the back door of the store. The lock that they had previously installed is what kept the burglar out. The dead bolt broke into the door, jamming the door, which is what they are supposed to do. They came out that day to fix the door and install a special plate to prevent this type of damage from occuring again.

They serviced our area despite the fact that it was a small job & it was almost 10 miles away (2 other companies, Squirrel Hill Locksmith & Monroeville Lock & Safe, said they did not service my area even though we live less than 5 miles from both companies). The locksmith came on time, & was polite & fast. He ended up having to replace a part, which he had with him. I don't know how the price compares to other companies since I didn't get other estimates.
Description of Work: Ace Lock fixed our dead bolt lock. They traveled to the Forest Hills area to do so.
