He was great. I had just bought the house that day. I called a couple of places that weren't able to come by till the following day, by Ace sent Matthew out with in minutes. He got to the house before we did. He re-keyed the locks and adjusted them so that I didn't have to pull at the door in order to lock the dead bolt. He was great and I will definitely use him again. Ace was less expensive and more responsive than two other places I called.

My fiance locked her car keys in the trunk of her car. We called Ace late on a Sunday afternoon. They had a technician at the house in twenty minutes. He was able to replicate the real key using the valet key (would drive car but would not open trunk). They were prompt, professional and knowledgible. We were also able to pay with a credit card at our house. It wasn't altogether inexpensive, but was less than other locksmiths we spoke to.

They were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised about how promptly they were able to come out. The locksmith came out within two hours of my call to the company. It was not an emergency. He called me before coming out. I spent around $97. I will use this company again.

He came and didnt have the part but was able to go it the part and at no time fix the door. Very nice and explained everything he did to the door and what had to be done to the door.

From the start the experience was a pleasant one. The woman on the other end of the phone when I called initially was businesslike and pleasant. She explained how I would be charged and gave me a time when the locksmith would show up. The next day she called to explain that the locksmith was running late and gave me a new time to expect him - and the locksmith showed up at that time. He quickly assessed the problem, fixed it, and then charged me only the service fee, since it turned out that the problem was easy (for him!) to fix. I appreciated the concern for my time and the reasonable charge for the service. If I ever need a locksmith again, this company will be my choice.

Overall, it went very well. The locksmith arrived within 10 minutes of the appointment time, and got right to work. He was very professional, and did a great job. Before he left, he made sure that I tried all the locks to ensure they worked. While the bill seemed a little high, it was reasonable, especially considering the quality of the work.

I called in the morning and the locksmith was able to come out the same day. He called when he was on his way, and arrived about 20 minutes later (which is exactly what he told me when he called). He was very friendly. He checked out all of the locks I wanted re-keyed and verified that they would be compatible. I then had him check out our basement door which only had an old rusty slider lock. He recommended a deadbolt which I agreed to. He went out to his truck and got his equipment, and installed the deadbolt first. He installed it quickly and it is now the nicest looking thing in my old basement. He then went back out to his truck for a while (to grind keys, I believe) and when he came back he promptly re-keyed the 4 existing locks. He also explained to me why the locks on my front and back door work differently (locked vertical versus locked horizontal), which I appreciated. The price was reasonable- not the cheapest in the world, but the work was quality and the locksmith was both personable and professional. I was quite satisfied.

He was good and the experience was fine. He was what I expected and there were no surprises. I don't remember what he charged me; I wasn't unhappy with the price so it must have been good. If he didn't give me an estimate, it wasn't so much that it would surprise me. He came twice; the doors have those little latches that go up in to the facing plus a dead bold and they weren't fitting properly so he had to redo some openings and the facings. He came once, looked at it and then went out to get all the stuff he needed. He came back again and repaired it. I would use him again if needed.

Great! I originally thought I needed completely new locks but was pleasantly advised that it was just rekeying that was necessary. Loren was the locksmith who came and he was professional and very pleasant. Was able to come out only 2 days after I called and worked with my schedule.

I called in the morning and was told that a technician would be at my house the same day. I was quoted the price of the job over the phone. The technician called to say that he was on the way and arrived about 1/2 hour later. The work was completed as requested in a timely fashion.

He was excellent, courteous and very knowledgeable. He looked at the front and back door and gave me a lot of information that I could use in the future. I was well pleased with him. He came on time, took his time with me, and was very patient. I will definitely use him again.

Very well! The locksmith arrived on time, took a thorough look at the work, and then completed the change out quickly. Replacement lock bodies were only used where needed, and all locks now work very well.

Great: they scheduled us the same afternoon, offered a 10% discount to new homeowners, and performed the entire work in just over an hour. The price was a little higher than expected, but the discount helped offset that. They did exactly what we asked and finished up promptly.

They successully removed the key. They also worked with the lock so I wouldn't have to worry about the key breaking off into the lock again.

Good work. Eplained as he went along. Was careful and professional in checking, lubricating and making adjustments as required.

We have an old iron security door that had a lock that broke over the weekend. I called Ace - on the recommendation of my Realtor who specializes in older homes -- Monday morning, and they were here Monday afternoon. Matthew - the service tech - cleaned and rebuilt the entire security system. I was pleased with his work, so I asked him to look at several other locks in the house which I thought needed repair. I ended up having Matthew do work on four lock systems in the house, including two rebuilds, all for $307. I can't comment on the price, except to say that he was here for three hours, and there were several parts in our locks that needed replacing. I was most impressed with Matthew's willingness to do the additional work, even though it wasn't called for when I placed the initial service request. The workmanship is excellent--now all the exterior doors and locks in my house are working very well. I would not hesitate to use Ace again.

They arranged a convenient time for me on the same day I called. All work was finished in less than 45 minutes. I was very happy to have it all done!

They came, took the entire lock mechanism apart and rebuilt it. I've had no problems since then. They came months ago and it is still working beautifully. The cost is a guess because the work was done so long ago but I was very pleased.

I called ACE Locks to set-up an appointment to have my locks re-keyed. They set an appointment quickly and even came on a Saturday morning and did not charge extra. The locksmith called about 20 minutes before his arrival so that I could meet him at the house. He was prompt and very courteous. He spent about one hour to complete his work.

They were extremely nice and very helpful. They told me they would be happy to send someone out, but warned me that the cost would be $75/hour and gave me suggestions on how to fix the lock prior to spending that much money. They also gave me some suggestions about other problems I was having with my door and that they carried products to fix that.

Came promptly within a day or two of my call.

The gentleman that came out was very good and prompt. The price was a little higher then expected because they gave me the rate for the first hour and the job took longer then an hour.
