My experience with Ace Lock Inc Company was excellent. They came right out. They were prompt. They were timely and did the repair. I would use them again in the future if required.

Absolute professionals! They could have told me the lock I had purchased but never used would not work on the door and sold me a new one but, they were happy to use what I had and assured me it was a good lock and there was no need to buy a new one. I was extremely please with the whole process.

My entire expprience with Ace Lock was exceptional. Scheduling the appointment was easy. I requested Saturday service and was able to schedule an appointment the following week. The locksmith arrived on time, was cordial and professional, and cleaned up after himself. I thought the price was reasonable and was told that their rates between 8AM and Noon on Saturdays were the same as M - F rates so that they could accommodate their working clients. Overall, a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend.

We were very satisfied with the company, Ace Lock Inc. They seemed to have solved the problem and the solution has continued to be good. I don?t remember how much they charged us but I remember that it was fair. They did very well and we were happy to get the problem solved.

Mike came out on a Saturday, the same day I called. He still honored the 10% discount for me. He re keyed 2 dead bolts. He came within the hour and was very friendly and timely.

They did a good job and I think they are excellent. They charged a trip fee just to come out but I was surprised since the job was an expensive job and it was a bit annoying for the charge.

Called at 1:35, Tony was here by 2:40 (he called me ahead of time to let me know he was coming) and was gone by 3:00. Wow! He rekeyed the lock and asked me how many keys I wanted. I told him 2 and he told me they were no additional cost, so I asked for 4. He brought me 6, which I was very happy....as he said you can't have too many keys and since I had lost the only 2 I had, I certainly agreed. He noticed the door had to be pushed for the bolt to go in and said you should have to do that, it should be smooth. He shaved the latch plate so the bolt slid in smooth. This is the first time I used Ace and would do so again. Tony was very efficient.

I wanted to change the 8-year old lock to my front door myself. It was a Schlage brand, and I bought a new Schlage lock thinking it would be easy to change. Only later when I tried to do the work, did I realize the lock company had radically changed their design, and there was no way to do it. We called Ace Lock, and they guy did a lot of extra work we just thought of on a whim plus change out the original lock, and spent about 4 hours doing it. We were expecting a huge bill, but they only charged $250, a seemingly great price for the work we had the technician do. We were very pleased, and would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

Doorknob fell off of our front door; old-fashioned knob design. Came same day I called, and had the part on the truck, so was able to fix the problem. Cost was $72/hour, plus $7.50 for the part.

I called around 9:20 AM to get an estimate, they gave me a figure of about 130.00. I asked when they could be here and they said later on today and would call before they came. The service called around 10 AM and was here about 15 minutes later. He rekeyed my front door and serviced the locks on the back door. He made two new keys and within 15 minutes I was writing the check for 99.90. He was fast, efficient and pleasant. I will surely use them again.

We have used their services before too. They are good. They are very punctual and their prices are always reasonable. The guy who comes out provides good advice about what would be best for me. We wanted to change the locks since we were having some problems in the neighborhood. So he talked about the best possible locks that we could put on the doors depending on the kinds of doors we have. He is very good at his job. They are first grade locksmiths. Their price was good. I would definitely use their services in the future too.
