They took their time and rebuild some things for us regarding the lock and he was very patient with someone looking over his shoulder.

They came in and and changed the door locks without getting new locks. They were great. I would highly recommend.

I was particularly impressed that they listened to what I wanted to do and suggested a better, more flexible way of rekeying my locks that will save me money in the future.

They made recommendations on how to go about rekeying my home to find a solution that would work for me.

The company scheduled the appointment for the day after we called for service. The locksmith arrived on time and was very pleasant. He changed the locks on three doors. On one door, the alignment on the strike plate was preventing the door from closing fully. To fix this, the locksmith had to drill out the hole and move the strike plate so that the door would click shut. We were very pleased with his work. He did not charge us extra for fixing the strike plate, and he left us three or four keys for each door, even though the service only includes two keys per door. We received a 10% "new homeowner" discount.

The AceLock representative responded immediately to my call, was friendly and volunteered that they had a Angie's List discount, and sent out a person the next day (which I had requested). The locksmith who came called ahead, confirmed directions, was prompt and professional and did an amazing job of solving our problem. He quickly assessed the situation, and realized that we just wanted to change locks but had thought it wasn't possible. He fixed our very old and terribly off-aligned door for less than I expected. Although he couldn't perform miracles (we have to ultimately replace our door because of framing/alignment issues, etc), the way my door is opening, closing and locking seems pretty miraculous. All that and a handful of extra keys....I would definitely call AceLock again!

I believe it was an alignment issue. He cleaned everything and was able to fix the problem. The lock is better than when they first put it in a couple of years ago. We did get a discount for finding them on Angie’s List.

Representative of company showed up on schedule and performed the repair without a hitch. Result was most satisfactory.

They are wonderful and reasonable priced. They guy did a fabulous job, he came in and was able to give me a quote before he started any work. He let me test everything to make sure it was to my satisfaction and called back a couple days later to follow up. I can't speak highly enough of them.

I drove over from South Hills. I spoke to Larry on the phone and he came out to greet me. He worked on my car for over 1 hour and 45 minutes. He refused to give up. He was extremely kind and nice. He did retrieve the key. WOW. Finding Ace Lock was a lucky day for me. I saw many customers coming and going and everyone was treated with courtesy from his staff. I was so relieved I thought he deserved flowers so I delivered some within 10 minutes.

I called for an appointment and got Autumn who is really pleasant and helpful. I needed to change my appointment and she quickly found me a new date that worked for me. The locksmith who did my work was very professional and knowledgable. He completely changed the old locks which were the cheapest ones that you can get at Home Depot and replaced them with high quality locks with dead bolts that key lock from both sides. He worked really hard to get the locks moving smoothly. Many doors that I've had throughout my life require jiggling to get the locks to line up. Now I have ones that easily and securely move into place. I would definitely use Ace Lock again and recommend them to anyone.

The receptionist was extremely pleasant and professional to start with. I called Friday for a non-urgent service and was given an appointment on Monday morning. Locksmith turned up on time. The service was performed quickly and competently. The bill was less than I thought it would be. Thoroughly recommended.

It's was worthwhile because now the same key opens both locks (dead lock and knob lock) on both doors. It was a higher quality key than you can get at home depot (sounds weird but it makes a difference) and he also gave us very honest advice on the quality of our locks - he was not trying to sell us anything, which was great.

They tried their best but just couldnt match the online price.

The folks at Ace Lock Inc were great, from start to finish! I called with a request to have my locks changed, and was told that if the lock itself was in good shape, I could simply have the lock re-keyed for a quarter of the price. They could have simply changed the locks and charged me that higher price, so I appreciated their transparency and assistance in helping me figure out exactly what it was I needed. They were very responsive by phone, and I was able to make an appointment within 24 hours. The technician came out to my home and was prompt, courteous, and did a great and efficient job. I would certainly recommend Ace Lock to others!
