He was punctual and very professional. He worked very quickly and neatly and took care of everything that needed to be done. I would highly recommend and I have used them again since. The people in the office are also very prompt and professional. It was a great experience!

I called this company for an emergency clogged drain (water coming up through a pipe in the basement; it smelled awful). Anyway, I was pleased with this company as soon as an answering service picked up on the second ring (Note, I called 2 other people before these guys and left a voicemail). The operator told me a Frank would call me back ASAP and he was ringing not even 5 minutes later. I should also note it was dinner time on a Sunday AND THE STEELERS WERE PLAYING THAT NIGHT. That being said, I was so happy and surprised when Frank was able to make it to my door in 20 minutes. He fixed the problem, checked out some other things for us while he was here, and even made some recommendations regarding our plumbing which rattles every time we turn on the water. The pricing was steep - a whopping $160/hr - but that was the emergency rate. Quite frankly the smell was so bad in my basement I would have paid anything to make it stop. Could I have priced around? Probably. One of the other guys returned my call - 4 hours later. The bill was a little high for my liking, but I was SO HAPPY that someone was at my door only 30 minutes after noticing a problem.

I am very pleased with them. I have used their services for many years and they always do great work. The repair men are very knowledgeable.

We called AJ Buerkle for a plumbing repair, a leaky tub through to a ceiling below. Although we didn't end up hiring Mr. Buerkle (my husband repaired the problem), he was very prompt in returning his call to us and scheduling our estimate. He arrived when he said he would, and was very professional and friendly. We will definitely call him in the future for our plumbing needs. Great customer service and professional.

Excellent service and Mr. Buerkle was very professional and informative. We have used Mr. Buerkle again for some smaller repair jobs and will continue to use him in the future if the need arises.

We needed an estimate for moving our washing and drying machine into another room. The owner came to do the estimate and was willing to adjust as needed to help meet our budget. While writing up the estimate, he voluntarily looked over our furnace (new to house) and hooked up a disconnected house humidifier at no cost to us. The owner requested that if possible we wait on our project so that his more experienced plumber (who was out for a few weeks) would be available since this type of project was his forte. And the owner followed-up with us. Would definitely recommend this company for service.

They are an excellent company. I highly recommend them. Their price was very reasonable. I would use their services again in the future.

I asked for bids on addtional Heating work, humidifier etc... and they did not call back after a couple weeks. I assume they are busy.

The plumber came on time, analyzed the problem and had to cut a hole in the ceiling. He had to order parts and came back in a week to finish the job.

We like them. We've also used them for heating and A/C. They were excellent and you couldn't ask for better. The people are always on time and come when they are supposed to come. They are clean and you feel comfortable having them in your house. They do good work.

I always call them for our plumbing work and find their employees to be professional, knowledgeable and they do the job professionally and quickly.

He showed up when he said he would show up and he also stuck to his estimate. He did exactly what he was supposed to do and did not do things that were not necessary. The quality of his work was good and I was satisfied with his service.

They did what they said they were going to do. Even though they had to come back for a second trip, they made sure that things worked.

I would use them again, have for years.

They were very clean and professional. They were completely fair and efficient and I was quite impressed with their customer oriented service. Everything was explained to me completely and fixed to my satisfaction.

They did a great job removing the old unit and cleaning up when they were done. I knew we were living on borrowed time with our 19 year old A/C. Naturally it went out during the heat. They were responsive and friendly in spite of working crazy hours during what had to be his busiest time of the year. He even came back out to make sure everything was done to his quality standards and to make sure we were happy.

We have very expensive toilets, and he told us they all needed to be replaced even though they were only ten years old. He said that after ten years all toilets needed to be replaced, which was not the case. They never keep the part with them so that is an extra charge. To me this does not make sense, we did not end up using him for the work because it turned out the toilets did not need to be replaced, and that they could be fixed at a reasonable rate.

Mr. Buerkle came out to my home (the same day I called) to locate a fresh air vent in my back yard that my township demanded I find. He quoted me the price, I told him uh, uh; however, while conversing as he got back into his van to leave, I mentioned another problem in my bathroom. He asked to see it, told me the problem, drew diagrams for me and left without charging me a cent. What a guy . . . .

THEY CAME ON TIME. THEY WERE CLEAN AND NEAT. WHILE AT MY HOUSE THEY RESET A TOILET BECAUSE IT WAS INDIRECTLY INVOLVED. THE CONTACT PERSON CALLED ME AT THE TIME SPECIFIED AND THE REPAIR PERSON WAS ON TIME AS WELL.

The plumber was on time, polite and expensive. Until I see my next water bill, I will not know whether the job was done correctly.

I HAVE WORKED WITH THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS. THEY RESPONDED TO THIS NEED THE SAME DAY. REPLACED THE WATER HEATER AND WHEN, THEY CHECKED THE WATER PRESSURE, SUGGESTED THAT I REPLACE THE GAUGE, WHICH I DID. I HAVE USED THEM TO DO PERIODIC FURNACE CHECKS, AS WELL AS FOR ALL OTHER PLUMBING NEEDS AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN WELL SATISFIED.

THEY PUT A HOLE IN MY WALL AND WOULDN'T FIX IT, I STILL HAVE THE HOLE. I ASKED THEM WHAT I SHOULD DO AND THEY SUGGESTED HANGING A PICTURE OVER IT. HE ALSO CRACKED A TILE IN MY SHOWER. THE WORK THEY DID IS FINE, BUT THEY BROKE STUFF IN THE PROCESS.

AJ BUERKLEY AND HIS EMPLOYEES WERE PROMPT, ON TIME, AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED AS STATED AND FOR THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT. THEY TOOK CARE TO PROTECT MY HARDWOOD FLOORS AND CARPET DURING THE JOB. EXCELLENT SERVICE. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS.
