They were excellent and it was a great experience. They came out, climbed up on the roof, and cleaned the gutters. They did a very efficient job and cleaned up after themselves.

I read the reviews here on Angie's list so I called. The phone was promptly answered and the gentleman on the phone looked up my housing information and informed me I qualified for the Angie's List promotion. He gave me a window of time to have my gutters cleaned. They came and cleaned my gutters. I received a call back to advise me of what went on and when I came home I had beautifully cleaned gutters. Yay!

They knew the heighth of the gutters, and they had the necessary very long ladders to be able to do the job. They arrived on time as promised.

Went fine; brought 2 guys so one could do outside at same time as other did inside.

I submitted a request for gutter cleaning estimate twice and was never contacted. When I called the company, only got a recording.

I attempted to call several times and was never able to speak to a person, just a recording. I left my contact information and no one called back.

I called for an estimate for window cleaning many weeks ago. I left a detailed message about the job as their answering machine message requested. They never called back with an estimate or request for more information. Not much more I can add...

We got a deal through Angie's List (we bought two deals, actually, because of the number of windows). It was easy to schedule the cleaning and we were quite satisfied with the results. The removal of custom-made, magnetically attached wooden blinds from high arched windows was not part of the service we purchased, but they were willing to do it for us, free of charge.

I contacted them last summer for an estimate using their online form and they never responded. This spring I contacted them by phone and was told to leave a message with the information for a free estimate. After a week, I called back and got through to a human being. She took down my information again and said they would call with an estimate by the next day. 5 days later and I still haven't heard from anyone. I guess they don't want the business from my large windows. I had asked for only an estimate of the front windows that are clearly visible from the street, but the windows in the back of the house are visible from the rear. If there was confusion about this, the company could have had the courtesy to contact me, but they never did.

They had outstanding response in getting back to me to schedule an appointment and were right on time. They're very personable, and easy to relate to. They did their job well.

We called to get an estimate for our 2 story home in the North Hills and it was completely outrageous. Nice enough man and not sure why it was so high, but my husband actually burst out laughing. (I should add at that point we were desperate to find someone as our long term window washers had gone out of business. We were willing to pay well for the service.)

They had the right equipment. I knew it was expensive but I did it because I really need it done.

It went well. They communicated well, showed up on time, and completed the work in a timely manner.

I found 3-D Window Cleaning on Angie's List. They did a wonderful job. We have belonged to Angie's List for quite a few years and they are still batting 1000 as far as our finding wonderful companies when we need them. From my first call to 3-D Window Cleaning I was very impressed. The person I talked to could not have been nicer or more informative. My job was rather small, but I was told that that would not be an issue. Also, because I had to be home for the first visit, since I would have to show the workmen what windows were to be done, they worked around my schedule without hesitation. The workman arrived on time, were neat and clean and did a splendid job. When I asked to schedule 2 more times with them in the coming months they again scheduled me as I requested without any problems. What I was most impressed by however was that when I called the company to thank them and tell them that the 2 fellows (Ben and Yuri) who came were great representatives of their company, the man I spoke to told me the company had been in business 54 years and that these 2 workmen had been with the company more than 3 years and one of them was in the tuition reimbursement program. This appears to me to be solid company that not only values it customers but also their employees. As I get older I may have to relinquish the washing of some of the remaining windows in my home. It is very reassuring to me that I have 3-W Window Cleaning to help me out further when I need it.

Setting up an appointment was easy and they arrived promptly. The work was done in a thoroughly professional manner. I would hire them again.

My son liked them and was really pleased. There was a little bit of a commotion with Angie's List customer service because I bought it as a gift for him. They kept calling me and I kept giving them my son's number because there was a lot of confusion going on, but the company came and did an awesome job. My son wasn't going to be home and his neighbors kind of kept an eye on things and told us they went right up there and got everything done. They were prompt and thorough and did an excellent job. The price was great and they were quite responsive. Those gutters haven't been cleaned in years and they got everything done.

Many windows had smears when they were done and window sills looked like they barely did anything to them.

What he did do he did very well. This was the first time I had used this company.

Everything went well. They did their work without incident and and made recommendations without pressure.

I was away from my home when 3D performed the gutter cleaning. It is a company that has always done good work for me, and did so again.

The cleaners were prompt and efficient and the windows were very clean. However, I completely forgot that some of the windows had lead paint and I did not warn the cleaners about it, and they did not ask me about it even though the windows obviously predated 1970. After the windows were cleaned, my tenant was disturbed to find paint chips on his floor and in the driveway outside the house. I released him from his lease and he moved out. In retrospect, looking at the quantity of paint chips, it was apparent that the window cleaners must have known that paint chips were flying around as they quickly and efficiently cleaned the windows. Why didn't they say something? I put the blame partly on myself and partly on the contractors. As the owner of an old home, I am aware of the dangers of disturbing lead paint, and in fact, had fulfilled my legal obligation to the tenant to tell him that there was lead paint and that it shouldn't be disturbed. However, on the day of the window cleaning, it did not occur to me to say something to the cleaners. But they are professional window cleaners. They must know about lead paint. I think they should have stopped and told me as soon as they saw that they were disturbing paint on old windows. (In case you are worried: I had the windows replaced by a lead-safe contractor after this incident.)
