3-D Window Cleaning & Maintenance

It was good. The only problem was we ended up with some siding at the top of the front of the house that was loose that we had to have somebody come out and fix. They told us at the end that it was, "oh you have some siding that's already been loose." We had trouble with our siding on the sides of our house since we moved in here and had to have it repaired and had some replaced, but the front we never had an issue. We looked up and were like okay, whatever it is all the way at the top. We went to leave town about a week later and there was siding laying down; it had fallen. Luckily, my husband had a couple more days and he was able to call somebody and have it fixed. That is my only issue with them is that they said it was loose. I don't know that it was loose; it just seemed awfully funny that it came down right after they left. On price it was expensive. It was a lot more expensive than power washing. But, I think I got a better quality work and I didn't really price anybody else. It was like over $1100.00 to get my entire house done. I would say it was good because it was a lot of work. On quality, the work that was done was an A, the quality of the fact that something was damaged took away from that. On responsiveness, considering they didn't show up for 2 weeks after they said they would and then I had to re-call them. I know they were busy and we had bad weather. But as far as coming out to do the estimate on it and talk to us about it, it was like a day later. So that was an A. Once they gave me a date, there was kind of some confusion and I ended up having to call them a week after they were suposed to have been here because . I was trying to give them time for bad weather and stuff. I finally called them and it was about another week before they were able to get out here. So for that part of it it wasn't quite as good. On punctuality, they came when they did say; they were here on time.

Work went well. They cleaned the gutters and checked for leaks. 3-D came at the scheduled time and date.

Their good. They do gutters and windows. I used them in the past and one time they were good and the other they weren't, they could be more consistent. I wouldn't use them again because we found someone local to do it cheaper.

They were good. I think they were on the expensive side. A couple hundred dollars to get the gutters cleaned. I think just the price. The price was pretty steep to just get gutter cleaned.

This was alright and average. They did it on time and they did what they were supposed to do.

Contractor did not provide services.

Arrived on time'; used blower to get rid of current leaves; hooked up hose; sprayed and brushed until all complete. I had about 3 inches of moss in over half of of the gutter. Note that the 3D person I originally talked to gave me an estimate over the phone. He looked at the house using Google Earth(I believe) as he knew where I lived and what the joblooked like. Very innovative.

The guy who did the estimating was a real turn-off, but I'm glad I decided to go ahead and use them despite this. Everyone I spoke to in the office was very accommodating and helpful. And the work was done quickly once I got past this exceptionally hectic time of year for them. The guy who did the estimating was highly critical of Angies List, although they would not have gotten my business were they not on it. He criticized the way other work was professionally done on our house and was generally negative. Our neighbor saw the 3-D truck at our house, called without getting an estimate first and told them to do hers. She was also very happy with their work.

Provider came out in person to give me a quote. Scheduling the service was easy. The staff was courteous and professional. The final price matched the quote. Very pleased with the results.

I sent an e-mail request for a call and about a week or so later a man showed up at my house unannounced. He was one of the family owners and a very lovely gentleman. We talked for quite a long time and I felt very comfortable with him! Really seemed like a great guy. I then had a few more companies out for an estimate and they came in several hundred dollars less than my initial quote with this company. I felt most comfortable with 3D after meeting with everyone and called back to make an appointment. When I reached someone a man who simply picked up the phone "Hello" answered and I explained my situation and what I wanted to do. He then acted very put out that he couldn't find my information, but once he did he said someone would call me back about scheduling and I explained to him that I had a question about the estimate and wanted to know what their billing/price system was so I could understand the price difference (and justify it to my husband! lol) and he told me in the most rude tone of voice that its job specific and that the man who quoted me had being doing this for 30 years. I told him I wasn't questioning the validity of the person but needed to understand why the other quotes were so much lower he told me to go hire those other companies and hung up on me. Classy.

We went with 3D because of their rating on Angies list. While the pricing is higher than other services we've tried, the work was well done, with no problems with any of the ladders or other equipment around the landscaping or house. We also had an estimate done for washing our siding. They explained that they don't do pressure washing on vinyl siding because the pressure can force water under the siding where it can either leak into the house or possibly mold. Instead, they only quote hand washing. While the price quoted ($1700 for a 4 bedroom home) is high, we will likely go with it, as the last company that did use pressure washing did a terrible job, leaving jet spray trails all over the siding and not really cleaning it.

We have been using 3D Window Cleaning for several years to clean out our gutters and they have always done an amazing job. Our gutters needed a spring cleaning due to an abundance of oak seedlings collecting and so we scheduled our gutter service and decided to add window and screen cleaning for 12 windows. 3D did a fantastic job with our windows and screens, they have never been so clean. From the scheduling call, to the crew that was on site, they were all friendly, courteous and prompt. They cleaned up after they were finished and didn't disturb any of our surrounding landscaping. And the price was perfect....just under $200 for gutters, 12 windows and screens. They did the windows on our 2 exterior doors as well, we were not expecting that to be done...what nice bonus. If you need your gutters and/or windows to be cleaned 3D is a must use company!!

It was fine. I honestly can't remember, as the cleaning was done in 2011 and it's now 2015.

The crew responded the same day I made my call. They were polite, professional and efficient. I would use them again.

I have a four story house so they had to get up on 50 foot ladders to clean the windows. Not many window cleaning companies will do that. 3 guys came out and they cleaned roughly 20 windows I think. It was super!

They were punctual to the appointment and the job went smoothly. They cleaned up all the debris. Everything went well overall.

I just went to their webpage, filled out the form, they cleaned the gutters. It was great. They just clean them and leave you a bill, then you can call them at your convenience and pay over the phone. This is the second time I have used their service and I will be using them again.

He phoned again the day before the 2 man crew arrived. They did a great job & I will hire them again.

The service was fine. I was able to get an appointment over the phone. They came out while I was at work to provide the service.

It was very good! There were no additional fees. The clean up was decent.

I told the estimator that I was expecting to hear a quote of between $90-$129. He said that they sometimes run specials, but that wouldn't be for me. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED. After reading their good reviews on Angie's List, I was expecting an excellent estimate and fast service. I got neither. Just thought other Angie's List members should know that things aren't always what they seem. I decided not to use this business, because I'm so disappointed in the quote for the work. When I questioned the estimator about his quote (even though my husband had done part of the work), his reply was that they like to be able to just give standard orders to their employees, not "do this section, not this section", etc. Not acceptable!!! Totally ridiculous!!

Called the provider Saturday July 12 after noticing water coming into the basement. They were able to come out on Monday, which I greatly appreciated. Work was done and no more water in the basement after the last rain. Would have them come out again..

I am pleased with their estimate for service and then follow up. They arrive when they say they will and efficiently clean windows. I was pleased with the quality of the cleaning as well. I'm calling them the next time too.

I contacted he provider and was told someone would call me to set up an appt. for an estimate. They did not do this. After waiting two weeks I called to learn my status and was told I wasn't in the system and that someone would get back to me to set up an appt. for an estimate within the next two weeks. I never heard from them the second time as well.

They did an okay job. The windows looked good when they were done.
