They were quick to respond to my initial inquiries, were punctual, worked quickly and provided the service they said they would provide. It was a good experience.

Crew was prompt, very courteous, explained what they were going to do, warned me about potential extra cost if gutter guards needed to be removed and worked efficiently.

They came out when they said that they would. They called me and kept me updated and let me know that the gutters were covered and didn't need to be cleaned but that they would flush out the downspouts for me.

Purchased a HUD home that hadn't had the gutters cleaned in years. Dog toys, etc. in gutters. 3 D Window Cleaning was there to make things right and were very cooperative with timing since the closing got put off repeatedly. Nice people who did a great job and I look forward to using their service on a regular basis.

Arrived and finished on time and performed requested service well.

One person arrived on the date of the appointment. He rang the doorbell to let us know that he had arrived and immediately began cleaning the gutters. The entire job took about an hour and half. Very pleased with the service and would definitely use them again.

The workman was pleasant and showed up promptly and cleaned the 17 windows inside and out without any problems. Everything was done with efficiency.

Removed all debris from gutters, including tree growth and leaves contained in the gutters...which haven't been cleaned in over 15yrs or more. Great Job, guys...would recommend them to everyone...also, they were very friendly. Thanks again "Angie's List" for the referral.

Left voice messages, there was no response. Sent message through Angie's list, I received a call back. I was assured that their person will inspect the house from outside and leave me an estimate. I was told that I need not be home during the inspection / estimate process. Never received an estimate.

The gutters of this house literally had plants growing out of them, it was bad. Because of this, the basement was getting wet and causing problems with the house. 3D delivered as advertised, showed up when they said they would and did not try to increase the price on us. We will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks!

arrived on time; cleaned widows quickly but did leave many streaks; pointed out a few & had fix but l later found more; water often looked dirty as they were washing; had some problems with pieces of insulation stripping coming off as they were working & found laying around by window after they left

The service provided to us by 3-D Window Cleaning & Maintenance worked out well. They did a good job. They were fast and efficient.

3-D called the day before to schedule a time as I needed to be home for the inside windows. 3-D was right on time and the young man went quickly to work. Gutter cleaning and window washing was finished in less than 2 hours. I am satisfied with the quality of the work.

They were mediocre. The price was okay, but the quality of the work was not that great.

They were fine. They did my home and they did a property that I was renovating. They did my home fine. We didn't have to call them back. Everything was okay. The property here, they were still clogged for some reason. It rained one day and I came by and the gutters were overflowing. So they came back and they did them over again and everything is fine. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They were good, very prompt and very professional. Their price is as good as anybody else.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service. I give them all A's and will use them again in the future.

It was somewhat disappointing. I sort of had lip service because it was rental property of mine. It's supposed to be for residential businesses only. I had some discussion about them not wanting to do the work because it was a rental and not a personal residence. I wanted to be there when they did the work and I arrived when they told me they were going to be there. They gave me a two hour window between 12-2 and when I arrived, they had already been there. How I found out, there was a note in the door that I had wanted to be there. The reason I had wanted to be there was to watch their work. I also wanted them to remove some ivy that was high up by the gutters on the second floor, in addition to doing all the gutters. So I didn't get that work done. I called the man and he said he would call me back and schedule another appointment, which he never did. So I just sort of washed my hands of it. I won't be hiring them again. That was a little disappointing.

We scheduled an appointment to have our gutters cleaned but they did not come on the scheduled date. We never received a call to cancel or to reschedule. We still have not heard from them and several days have passed.

They are very knowledgeable. They cleaned up well. All around good people.
