Description of Work: Cleaned our windows inside and out. We had a coupon for this. Thats why I decided to try them. Seemed like a good price for all of our windows. Guys were nice and polite. Job done was ok. Some windows were really srteaky. He said it was because of the glare from the sun, he did try to redo them , still streaky. They broke one of the muttons to one of our windows. I found the piece on the floor after they left. Would not use them again.

Description of Work: For two years in a row, I have had 3-D clean the gutters on my house. They have done an excellent job, including rinsing the gutters with water and cleaning up after themselves. They called in advance to say when they would do the work and left an invoice in the front door when they finished. This year I used an Angie's List special and saved. I plan to use them again.

Description of Work: Gutter cleaning was more because it is a 3 store house. One side is also on a slope. Understand the up charge because of conditions. Well worth it. The 2 guys that did the work we cordial. Jeff (owner) is great!

Once again these guys got us scheduled quickly, were punctual, professional and did a great job. We'll continue to use them for both gutter-clearing and window-cleaning.

Description of Work: I've used this company for many years, and have never found their work to be lacking. In fact, they do an excellent job and the most important thing - - - no streaks afterwards! I used them in 2011 and although the crew was new to me, they were thorough, and answered questions about their background, which I find to be important. Hey, I don't know them, they don't know me, so that's getting acquainted. They cleaned windows in/out, removed and replaced screens, wiped grooves and runners, sprayed same when needed and no damage or no tracked-in dirt.

Description of Work: Good job by these guys. Had a 3 level townhouse. They will also do inside as well...great for those with little time and short ladders. One of my windows was about 15feet high.

Description of Work: Good company. 3-D took 6 large ( 48 inch aluminum) screens original to my 1960"s house and redid the screen material. The frames had seen better days. They made modifications to make them roll easier. 3-D picked up and delivered at no extra charge.. They did not ask for a deposit for the work which was over $200. Unfortunately, they forgot to replace part of the slider handles, but when I called and left a message on a Sunday, a young man was here before 9 am the next day/ Monday. They also called at 7:30am to apologize. Great customer service which is hard to find these days. Business done the " old fashioned way" I am hard to please and they did!

They were excellent, very professional and got the job done in an exemplary manner. I would recommend them in a heart beat. I have used many folks for this type of work but none that I have been so pleased with...hire them.

Description of Work: I called a couple days before scheduted time to ask if I needed to prepare anything ie. remove blinds, drapes, etc. They responded that only valuable objects needed to be removed from sills and suction cups, if any, removed. Worker arrived in the am at an reasonable hour on the day scheduled. Worker cleaned windows, screens and sills/frames. Worker took about 1 hr. 15 min. Worker asked me to check his work to see if I was satisfied. I gave worker $8.00 tip; he said not necessary, but I insisted. Business called 3 days later to confirm satisfaction of the job.
